They always have my dog's food in stock and at comparable pricing. Online ordering is easy. Picking up your order is easy. I've never had bad customer service here. I'm glad we have a tractor supply in the area.

So, a young girl employee there today with quite the attitude and very poor math skills was absolutely rude to me. I basically corrected her math and I was told to take the item in myself and have someone look it up for me. You would have thought being a store employee her customer service skills would have kicked in right? I asked her what her name was and she told me I don't know... I went into the store to be meet by a manager named Becky asking if there was a problem. I told her what happened not even a apology or anything. Anyhow between the young girl and the manager I'm not sure what either one of them are doing working at the store because neither one of them know what their job is or proper customer service.

Employees are great just wish the store would sell more variety, like if you tell patches and tire spoons then why not some sort of bead breaker. Also more variety of mower parts. Don’t take me wrong it has stuff but being a local shopper would be nice to have other things or more of.

My husband and I came in to do an exchange and our cashier was amazing! She was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. I believe her name is Hayley but I could be wrong. It's doubtful anyone of importance will see this but if they do, give her a raise!

What's not to love? Great selection, friendly staff, and great bargain prices. They have become my new favorite store! From tools/parts, clothing/apparel... TSC has a wide variety of products to suit many needs.

I went in to look at the ducklings but they had sold the last of them so we decided to walk around and my 4 year old son and my brother decided to play tag. They're running around the store and I'm just trying to get them to stop. The employees didn't mind, they were laughing, it was really clean and they have just about everything you need for pets. I'll be going back.

I love the wide variety of things you can find in this store. Whether its Carhartt clothes, bulk pet food, hunting gear, live chicks or farming stuff, you'll find a lot of stuff. I especially love checking out the clearance stuff because there are so many cool things you just wouldn't expect to find.

You looking for tractor stuff and a bit extra. This is the place for you. The prices are a bit higher cause there is no competition. They are the place in town. I did enjoy the visit. Even though, I didn't find the shoes I wanted. Some other day will be better. I almost bought some overalls and a small tractor. All of sudden, I had an epiphany, I'm not a farmer!!! dah! }:>)

Stopped in to get fly spray had my dog with me and let her pick out a toy she was all happy and squeaking it and some other people in line we're petting her. I had the price tag in my hand so they won't have to touch it a older women that worked there kept on giving us dirty looks and then open the other line and she was rude to me like I was doing something wrong when cashing me out. I have no idea what her deal was but it's fine I go to country max in Brockport now and they love my dog when we stop in.

I only spent some time in the workwear department. Great brands of workwear and really nice quality boots as well. Got a cool cap, but will be back for some John Deere gear.

Worst place I have had to deal with online or in store the person at first was very rude like I was bothering her asking her to do her job,the nicest person was the young man working at the registet,worse on line, I tried to place an order,said i could deliver to home or ship to store.could not to my home so I shipped to store they took my money,confirmed order,then I received another email saying it was cancelled with no explanation.called customer service and they were just as confused as I am! Still haven't resolved the problem,BEWARE IF PURCHASING ON LINE WITH THEM just terrible.

Tractor Supply has really changed over the past few years they have less and less stuff in stock they're supplying fewer items than they did in the years past not sure why I've gone there several times now and not gotten the items I went there for that I used to buy in the past from that location seems like Tractor Supply just declining. But the people that work there are very helpful.

Very nice, Dave the manager was 1st class, the ladies that greeted me and took care of problem was also 1st class. I would highly recommend if you need to shop for snowblower or other equipment this is the place to go in our area

Manager is fantastic. Exchanged a chainsaw That was never used but pull started was locked bought from Lockport and that store manager would not honor. We spend 1000.00 of $ a year on farming and heating supplies from chainsaws, wood splitters, 🐣 supplies, 🐕 supplies to clothing. Will definitely continue going to Batavia Tractor Supply
