I walked into the store and ordered an ice coffee and a plain bagel with butter and very lite strawberry cream cheese. The coffee was perfect, when the guy handed me my bagel I asked him if it was the one with very lite cream cheese and he said yes. When I got into my car and opened it up, there was so about a half an inch of cream cheese on. It was a mess, it was all over the bag. Of course I didn't have time to go back in because I had to get to work. Now I had to wait until I got to work to eat it. I had to take off 3/4 of the cream cheese. As you can guess I had to eat a cold bagel. I'm not very happy at all

Always great service. Window clerks are always nice and accommodating because my grandma likes a dome lid on her frozen coffee. My only gripe is my chai is sometimes only 3/4 full.

Words can not express how much I love this Dunkin Donuts. I can't give them 11 stars so I gave them 5. All of the staff are friendly. They never hesitate to give me a glass water with a smile and always give me Ice. They have earned a customer for life here just for letting me plug my car in here and I will buy my coffee and breakfast every day here.I would have to be hard-pressed to purchase my coffee anywhere else in batavia.AAA Plus!!!!11 STARS!!***********

The man on headset and at the window at 10:00 am was patient and awesome while I needed to get help due to the fact I couldn't see the screen. The coffee and hot chocolate were made well and fresh, along with the munchkins. It was also very quick. Overall, service at the west Main street with a drive thru in batavia Dunkin' was amazing.

My favorite place to get coffee. They have closed off most of the dining area since Covid began, and because of the location, the drive thru is usually full lately, but if you have the time, it's well worth the wait! They've never messed up my order, and are very efficient at their jobs.

I stopped by here to pick up coffee for the family as hotel coffee will just no do for them (they are coffee snobs). I downloaded the app, signed up and made my order. Upon arrival I walked in and everything was waiting for me.It was such a great experience I came by on day two of the trip. This time we arrived s little earlier than expected and the order was not at the pickup place; however one of the workers had just finished making it. She confirmed who we were, asked if we needed a carrier and away we went.

The workers there belittle each other, along with degrading. You can hear yelling and such through the speaker. There is a woman that works there who is just so rude and has AWFUL customer service attitude. There is definitely no sign of management because if there was, the way they were treating another employee, would not have happened. It’s disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s so bad. There are some uptight workers there. I’m pretty sure one of the employees names started with a T but I’m not sure. She has the worst attitude of them all.

Fast service but the dining area is too small. Only a few tables. Also very busy location and not much parking available. On a busy road which makes it hard to get in and out of. Not my favorite location to go to for these reasons only. The coffee is always good though

I was there yesterday when I heard an employee say they needed to go home and change due to a personal issue and then come back. The male manager said OK but then a female employee starting complaining saying something on the terms of no and we will have to shut the store as well as cursing and yelling in front of customers. The employee was unable to leave. They looked embarrassed and belittled. They had evidence on the clothing yet was not allowed to go home to change. I hope this is not normal policy for dunkin donuts and this girl comes back to work as she is always so helpful and polite.

Their iced coffee is the best and they always follow instructions. Some locations hear 2 cream 1 sugar and think all the cream and sugar. Hot coffee there isn't bad but not great, but that's more of a personal preference so that doesn't affect the rating whatsoever.

The sandwich was alright, pretty expensive for a breakfast sandwich. The tea with milk was so bad. I dumped it all out, maybe the milk was bad or maybe it was just really bad tea. Dunkin should definitely learn from Tim's on their tea.

Can you not go inside and order here?? I was going to purchase 4 gift cards so I figured I'd go in instead of holding up the drive thru line- which was already moving very slowly. And there is a sign on the door stating that masks are required but the door is locked!?? What exactly are masks required for then?! If you can't go inside I can see why people get upset with the ridiculously long line out into the road there.

The only complaints I have are the location and the setup of the drive thru. Entering and exiting the lot is convoluted and a pain, the lot is very small, and the drive thru is hard to manuever even with a small car.Otherwise, the store is bright and clean, and the employees are always very helpful and quick to correct any problems with no questions asked. We come here pretty frequently and have never had any major problems. Definitely recommend.

Very efficient Dunkin location!!!! Everything ran like clockwork! Visited on a Sunday morning. They were very busy, but moving people through quickly. Our order turned out great! Food and drinks were tasty! Salted caramel coffee is delicious!!!!

I bought a medium Vanilla chai before getting on the thruway. First, it was only half full and second it tasted terrible. What a waste of almost $5. We didn't make it back until after they closed, it was a Sunday, so I attempted to return it today. Guess customer service is not their strong point there. I am out of luck because I didn't pull over on the thruway and call immediately nor did I rush back to town that day.

Second post in a matter of months about the poor service. I ask for 1 shot of French vanilla and they give me 3, I asked for 1 shot of coconut and 1 cream and they give me 3 shots of coconut and no cream. The customer service needs to get better.
