You have to be a member or go with a member in order to shop at this bulk item store. They have everything from books, clothing, small and large appliances, bedding, food and so much more. They have self checkouts that only take cards, to pay with cash you have to go to a cashier. Sometimes their items are not more cost effective to buy, but sometimes you pay for the convenience. Over all it's a nice clean store.

Poor customer service. Called for two hours trying to reach member service and tire service. Had a flat in their parking lot!!! They don't offer a service to plug your tire. However no compassion for someone in need of help. But they will sell you a tire if u could get anyone to answer their phone. All I wanted was some help to get me home. Thanks for nothing. Thanks for not answering the phone. Thanks for keeping me on line for 7 minutes before a ... manager answered. Thanks for twos hours of nothing

I shop at BJ's in Batavia every Friday. I love this store and all the employees there. They are all so helpful and friendly. They also know their jobs and are very professional. That includes the greeters to the people who stock.

I was shopping at the W. Henrietta Rd. branch in Rochester, NY and had misplaced my cell phone. A wonderful employee, named Harold assisted me in locating it. He went above and beyond. Now that's what I call service!

Batavia BJ’s continues to get worse. The common brands they discontinue have forced us to shop elsewhere!No more Rice crispies, kosher salt, King Arthur Gluten Free flour, plain whole milk Greek Yogurt , All Free and Clear laundry soap and more. All discontinued and previously on our shipping list at this location.Tried to get our grill propane tank filled the other day and no one there to do it. We PAY a membership to go shop here ??!! Coupons entice us on the app only find not available at our location. The next location is about 45+ minutes for us.The city of Batavia is growing fast! The BJ’s management should wake up to this.

This place charges WAY more than every other BJ's out there. The employees are all very nice, though. I went through self checkout so it wasn't like there was a shady employee or something.Quick example- 24oz pistachios are 14.99 at any other BJ's, here it was 19.49.Just a heads up.

I love this BJs. We shop here all the time. But recently when we go in we get hit up by salesman for credit cards or cell phone service. They ask already about a credit card when you check out. Good enough. I am grocery shopping. I already pay for a membership. I do not want to be harrassed by a salesman. I will stop shopping there. There are lots of options. I don’t want to, but I will.

Always having great stuff on sale I always buy stuff when mark it down half price tvs tv stands furniture I've saved thousands and have BJ's card it's so worth yea it cost lil extra there is 2 levels saved almost 700$ just with the cash back

THEY Automatically tried to renew my membership without permission!!! Stay away from there ... Some things are ok but NOT cheaper ... Got ramen noodles not expired... Tasted like they'd been under a heat lamp... Very poor quality !

Nobody at registers I pay a membership. I want to be cashed out five people standing in front. Just chit-chatting. I want to know why there's nobody on the registers. That's BS. When I asked they said that the one person was on break but multiple managers just standing in front chit chat. Like I said and we wonder why things cost so much

Bought (not ordered) a TV online. Because of extended work hours was not able to get in to pick it up with in a time frame that was not well listed when I purchased it. That time was two days. The notice was sent to me that the order was cancelled and the item placed back in stock.I might understand if I had just ordered it and not paid for it . I was more than aggravated by this action and will think twice before purchasing a big ticket item here. I was not at all pleased with this action

Nice to go for bulk items...while there I saw the yummiest looking angel food cake!! So I got it. Sadly they didnt have any fresh strawberries to go along with it!! My go to spot to stock camp for the summer!!!

While walking to the parking lot after a night of heavy drinking and listening to southern rock at Batavia Downs, I noticed a sign across the street that read BJs. Being new to the area and alittle lonely, I was like sweet, I could handle some fun. So I walked into the establishment, to my surprise it was a well stocked warehouse discount store, like a Sam's Club. Not a bad place, just not what I was expecting.

Had to pick up snacks for.lunches. great timing.to go 95%of the staff was dressed up for Howleen, giving all that was leaving the store,this store is in Batavia. BJ's employees rocks for there great personality.

I have tried literally 50 times to contact the tire center for prices both directly and through having the tire center paged. NOT ONCE WAS THERE AN SNSWER . I then called back to talk to a mmanager and not once was that call answered either. Out of 50 phonecalls ,3days a week and noone answers!!! Don't waste your time ppl it's not worth the b.s.

A small scale BJs that is easy to get around in but many of the prices are quite a bit steeper than nearby BJs. For example, why does the forty ounce whole bean Starbucks French Roast cost $22 in Batavia but $17 in nearby Henrietta? I shop at both and have noticed this and other price disparities fairly regularly over the years.

The Batavia daytime front store manager is not attentive to customers. To busy playing on computer and not looking up to help coworkers who have flashing lights!! Very dissatisfied with Batavia!!
