We went in with the expectation of being helped by one of the two women working there today. They we both chatting away with 2 people about life and working at special metals and small town gossip. I went up to one and asked for assistance and she rolled her eyes and told the people at the counter I’ll be back. She showed my bf where to look for things and then went back up Front to continue her conversation. We were completely ignored as we were leaving the one woman the older woman said happy Easter, and they were still talking to the other customers again completely ignoring us and our needs so we decided to go to the shoe department in new Hartford, where we were not ignored, and we actually found shoes of the same quality same brand at half the price the manager should be embarrassed of her employees treat their customers and their lack of custom service

Thank you rayleen for being so courteous and getting exactly what I needed as soon as I walked in. In the other hand Susan is very unprofessional and impatient. The way she wasn’t confident when trying to order items and talked rudely to another customer. Shame

This store is amazing. Stopped here for new sneakers and scrubs. They offer 10% discount for all healthcare personnel purchasing healthcare items (scrubs, clogs, etc). The staff are very friendly, informative and attentive. Will shop here for all my scrubs and shoes.

Very nice shoe store. It's great to not have to go to the mall to shoe shop. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If they don't have what your looking for they can order it for you and have it shipped to your door.

I buy all my boots here. The staff is always friendly and does whatever they can to make you happy. Bought a pair of boots five months ago and the sole was coming apart. Brought them in and they returned them no problems. Highly recommend this store to everyone

I used to buy all of my scrubs and shoes here, the selection is way down on both. I will not purchase Cherokee scrubs as they do not last and have to be replaced all the time, and this is most of what they have now. Shoe selection for kids is very minimal. I did find a pair of crocs for my daughter at a decent price though.. I miss the way supershoes was...

Pulled in to the parking lot. Sign on the door says closes at 8. Still have ten minutes. They see us pull in and they come over lock the doors and shut the signs off. Seems pretty lazy to lock up ten minutes early when a customer has pulled in.
