I visit this Dunkin' location once or twice a week and I have been doing so for years. I also travel a lot and frequent many other Dunkin locations all over NY State. The Baldwinsville Dunkin on Genesse St. (and its professional staff) can best be described by one word, EXCEPTIONAL! The staff is always fast and friendly and at the times they are short staffed (or really busy) they always apologize for the delay. I believe there are two reasons for this exceptionalism. The "prep" people and the Manager Jeremy.Jessica and Theresa are just unbelievable at their jobs. When they are preparing the food, it is so fast. It's as though they are doing a dance, never missing a beat and maintaining a rhythm of incredible speed. Jess is lightning fast and at times, you will literally see her dancing at the ovens. (It's also come to my attention that this young lady drives a long distance to the job she clearly loves. This is so rare for a young person today) Theresa is not only fast, she is methodical! She is like the North Star of the Dunkin universe. Always there and always constant. She is a true master of her craft. I am so grateful that these two ladies chose my local Dunkin to share their talents as with their abilities they could succeed at any other Jobs/careers they wanted.You have to tip your hat to the Manager, Jeremy as this consistent high quality of service comes from the top down. He is almost always there, with his sleeves rolled up working along side his crew members. He is leading by example and nurturing is young people continually. He is amazing! (and truly a nice guy) Dunkin on Genesse St in Baldwinsville is exceptional!!!!

Haven’t been to this Dunkin before went to the window instead of going to the box the woman was wicked rude about it so I laughed and went back around ordered got to the window made a joke said thank you and she just looked at me and wouldn’t say a word…..IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB GET A NEW ONE! Have the day you deserve mean old lady! Rotten that early in the morning!

***UPDATE*** They must've had a major overhaul here. The staff was funny, everyone seemed to be having a good time behind the counter. The flow of getting the orders was good, even considering now having the "On The Go" orders. I pray this place stays just like this!-One of the absolute worst Dunkin's I've ever been to. They are very unorganized, their main focus is the Drive Thru so they leave everyone ignored in the store. The employees carry an attitude as if they couldn't care any less about being at work and doing their jobs.

Staff is always friendly and very understanding with my picky order for my iced late. I want to thank the entire staff for being awesome! Shout out to Crystal apologized for not adding the flavor to my late, it was remade. When I tried that late, that was pretty white/light in color. I went back a third time (not like me at all!!) and asked for them to make it again. Crystal made it and it was spot on! What can I say? I am an odd ball. Thank you very much for going the extra step to make sure my late was perfect!!

First time visiting this location, had an overall good experience.Employees were polite, friendly & professional.Gave them 4 stars instead of 5, because of the price point on the menu. Would be nice if the cost was a little lower.

i cannot describe how immaculate this meal was. the coffee 10/10, the hashbrowns were cooked to perfection 11/10, and the bagel was just beyond perfect 13/10. whoever made my food was as an angel sent from heaven. i love you.

I wanted my cold brew with oat milk and when I received it it clearly didn't have any so I asked Nicole to add some (I paid for it after all) and she rolled her eyes and sighed. Then handed it to me without saying a word and just walked away. Really rude.

Wife and I stopped in for coffee and sandwich. A young lady named Shania was extraordinarily helpful in showing us how to use the Dunkin App points to make our purchase properly. She was very patient & knowledgable. Any business would be lucky to have her.

Eh… not the worst and by far not the best Dunkin. Drive-thru is slow and the parking lot is really poorly designed, but that’s not really their fault. I had one lady be really rude to me once, and they also didn’t put whipped cream on my signature latte one day. I do think it’s better than the other dunkin in town, but not the best.

The coffee here just gets worse and worse. It seems like they just brew one big batch and just leave it sitting around. What happened to brewing less, more often. Apparently quality isn't a priority here.Also I ordered my coffee with 7 Carmel, and oat milk, and my coffee is handed to me nearly black. I get it. Following instructions is hard, especially when I'm the only customer there😂😂

Food is always consistent and good. Service is fast. My only complaint is an issue between the app and the stores, sometimes there's a product available on the app but not in the store. Twice now I've tried to order the bagel twist and been charged for and not gotten it in my bag.

So twice I have to call for a bad customer service on this place. I drive up to collect my order. I get, "what did you order????" Pumkin Cols brew. "What was it????" Scream pumpkin cold brew. Women had it in her hand put it back down. This was after waiting for 5mins for the car ahead. I was passed I drove off. Other time young women went and mocked me for saying hi Nikki may I have. She said it sounded to personable who does that. Ya 48 or downer street could have my business.

The early morning crew (before 8am) is always great. Sadly, the after 9am crew is not so good. I went in, paid in cash for my order, the cashier gave me my change and WITHOUT changing her glove, picked my dozen donuts out. GROSS! Plus, since when do you get a dozen of donuts ASSORTED and get 4 flavors (3 each of the same flavor). The up side to this is, the coffee is always perfect.

Horrible place I was standing in front of the cash register for 5 minutes wasn’t busy at all the level of racism I felt here was horrible. My mom went through the line and the order was a incorrect. Was shorted on munchkins and some were not what we ordered. BUT. I called and the girl I talked to was so helpful and said to come back for a free box of munchkins. I can understand errors having worked in the fast food industry. Its fast paced, as long as they work on it I'll be a loyal customer.

The girl could not get my order right over the speaker and then still messed it up after I repeated it I asked for whipped cream and I didn’t receive it like that I then asked for it to get some and there was no chocolate drizzle which shows they don’t care about the customer’s satisfaction. I also ordered an ice water and it took longer then it should have. I work in fast food and know generally how long a water should take. Definitely going to the other one next time.

Overall after dozens of visits I say that the employeesame are friendly, and try hard to get my order right every time. I love the on-the-go app. Easy to use and continue to use it when walking in. You are always have a mistake now and then...nature of the public wanting everything fast.

We went through drive through today for some coffee and food. We pulled up and had a wonderful lady named Donna help us. Not only was she fast but she held conversation with us and made us laugh so much. Such a kind person! Wonderful experience today because of her. Thank you Donna! We hope to see you everytime!!

Always so slow and employees have bad atittudes. Waited over 10 minutes in the drive through line today for 2 coffees and once I got up to the front they said theu could oblo accept cash because the credit card machine was down. Fortunately I actually had cash but idk what happened to the people who didn't. They didn't even apologize and had a completely apathetic attitude about the whole thing. Rude.
