You pay to be a club member here. They have ample parking. They also have gas pumps here. If you're a member you can use them for cheaper gas. They have some pretty good deals at times. I absolutely hate that you have to bring the paper coupons they mail you. Or else you can't get money off. Other clubs join st give you the money off without bringing in the coupons. Overall it's hot or miss at this place. They also have a robot called Tully that does shelf inventory.

Don't bring in a mini backpack (it's my purse that holds my wallet, keys & phone) they'll tell you that it needs to be checked when you're trying to leave the store even when you're standing there with a receipt in your hand for two cases of water, a creamer & block of feta in your cart. (I even told the guy that I've NEVER been asked to have my bag checked EVER since I've been going to that store for two years now) It's a small 10" x 6" bag/purse. I Have zero issues if they want to check the cameras on 03/05/25 around 11:15 a.m either. I'm the woman wearing a red mini backpack purse & black hoodie. Never going back. There's more but it's not worth writing about. Majority of your stuff is cheaper elsewhere. You're not saving in bulk at that store. Do the math & you'll see it's actually cheaper elsewhere. I My self & family are NEVER going to be back in there EVER again.

Great place to stock up on essentials. Lots of different things, but not as great a selection of rarer items. The bananas we bought from here never ripened though. Everything else is good quality. Really love the cookies and cornbread from here, but then I am a carbs kinda guy.

Large products great for big family's, you need a member ship, you can get gas,fix your car, fill up your propane tank all at one place highly recommended (there is also free air for your tires)

If you want or need stuff in bulk, this is the place to go. They have a decent amount of selection (especially in the dairy and frozen areas, in my opinion), including some things that I haven't found elsewhere. Their produce is so-so, but I don't think produce is the big draw here. You need to be a member -- that should go without saying (it's a club), but I'm mentioning it anyway.

My husband and I went into the Auburn NY BJ’s this afternoon to get a new membership card and update my information. Cheyanne was at the service desk and greeted us with a smile on her face and information about our membership that I wasn’t aware of. She clearly and patiently explained all the perks we didn’t even know we had. It’s not very often you receive customer service like that. She definitely made our experience a good one!

The employees here are super friendly, and some of them have been working there for YEARS. It's nice to see some of the same familiar faces. They will go above and beyond to help you with things from finding an item, to problems with those pesky coupons. Who else wonders how many trees BJ's kills a year with their coupon books? lol

Always great prices on the different meat cuts. Last time thick cut pork chops for $1.99 lb.. they were delicious. Today for 2 roasts in one package for $15.00. Cooking one and freezing the other. Great price on my granddaughters HFX jacket.

If you are a driver delivering here the receiving doors are around back. Had a 4:30am appointment and saw a door was open(only 2 doors) and backed in. They came out for my paperwork and started unloading at 3:30am and left by 4:30am. Plenty of room to get backed in.

I'm a severely disabled 55 year old man. I do virtually all of my food shopping here and go once a month. There is ample handicapped parking and there are ALWAYS fully charged battery run ride-carts. Wellesley Farms is their brand and in most cases just as good as name brand. The staff is helpful, skilled and kind. Bathrooms are clean. Their bakery is excellent. Selection of foods, cleaning supplies, paper goods is always good. Remember to bing your own bags. If you need help loading into the car someone will help you.

I love BJs. I like their meat except for the ribs, which I've had bad luck with. I always buy paper towels, toilet paper and tissues there. The hardest part is spending less than $100 in a trip. That's almost impossible for me.

Certainly not Ithaca BJ's customer service. Four customers in line, one girl checking out. No other registers open except self checkout. Two girls standing over by customer service if watching then one just walking away. If that were Ithaca someone would have opened a other lane. Its a membership like Cosco, etc. Can buy pretty much anything you need. Its bulk buying, grest for families and organizations.
