Absolutely awful place if you are disabled and shopping with a service animal. My service dog is trained for ptsd as well as other conditions. As i walked in the door and was looking at shoes, i was “greeted” by the question “is the dog in training” which is whatever, it just seemed weird that someone followed us through the store to ask that. I answered “no, she is fully trained” and I continued looking at shoes and at that point my ptsd was already triggered because of the lady following me. My service dog didnt have a vest on (ADA federal law does not require one) because it was snowy and I didnt want to ruin her vest (light colors and slush do not mix well). Next thing I know is my dog barked once (alerting me that my heart rate was spiking and therefore a ptsd episode was starting) and I see a lady (I later found out she works there) come up to me and first asks me “why is your dog barking” and then when I couldn’t answer right away because of the ptsd episode she began talking to my service dog as she was trying to task (she ended up distracting her all together from her job) asking my service dog in a high pitched voice “why are you barking huh why are you barking?” I say “don’t distract my service animal that’s illegal” and turn to walk away and the path is blocked by another lady (first lady who asked if my service dog was in training). This really triggered my ptsd even more and I raised my voice because I was afraid and triggered. I said that it was illegal to interfere with a service dog, that they should not talk to dogs period, service dogs or not. They responded with “well she should really have a vest on then” to which I replied “ the ADA does not require a vest”. They then kicked me out, and followed me until I got out of the store, all the while they kept saying she needed a vest and I kept repeating that she isn’t required to wear one. I would not recommend this store at all. The way they treat disabled people is absolutely absurd and disgusting. They literally caused a medical episode for me and then interfered with my service dog who was trying to task to help me. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

My husband and I were at the store yesterday and we both would like to comment on the associate we dealt with. The minute we walked in we were greeted nicely by John, who also asked if we needed any help while we were looking. John was also our cashier, and we cannot express enough how much we appreciated his friendly (not phony) attitude and how quickly we were done and on our way. One of my biggest pet peeves over the last year has been the attitudes of employees when I am shopping. I am extremely happy to have been able to have dealt with John, my shopping experience was great and very refreshing thanks to him!

My mom and I absolutely love to come see the awesome merchandise & incredible sales, as well as the wide stylish products! BUT!... Thee BEST part is how genuinely kind the staff is to us! They take the time to offer help & engage in friendly conversation! Which is hard to find in most stores. Also... we both look forward to the selection of merchandise that is for local charities & it feels so good to pay it forward & it never hurts to display acts of kindness. Came for the hospitals bi annual shoe sale, spent way more than I should have getting the kids each 4 new pair and some new scrubs for work on sale! Staff is always very helpful and will hold your items up front until you're done shopping. Always my go to shoe store in the area.

The clean store was busy. Staff and management were assisting shoppers with purchasing and trying on their merchandise. Everyone was friendly. Store prices are reasonable. Pet friendly. Men and woman shopping and being in a relaxed atmosphere.

The young ladies were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about their products.I asked about any coupons and they let me know about a current discount for members.I was extremely pleased with the service, products, and the cleanliness of the Amsterdam store. Excellent job ,ladies!!!

Came from out of state to visit family. Have had hard time finding sneakers for my son because everywhere I went or ordered on line, they never fit him right and no one was ever around to help me. I walked into Super Shoes and was immediately greeted by manager, I believe her name was Melissa, sorry if I'm wrong. Anyway she was super nice and helped me from start to finish on sizing my sons proper shoe size. Told me right away that he needed arch support and extra wide sneakers! She was very knowledgeable about all different brands as well. We found the best sneakers for him that fit him perfectly and was great price. I am so grateful for her. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Not alot of summer shoes left. Clearing out stock for fall and winter. However, I found a couple of pairs of great sandals in my size! Pretty much all summer footwear marked down 30%. If you can go, go look! Some great deals! And there's a male cashier there. He always goes out of his way to help, and is very friendly and funny! So go,go, go!

I shop for slippers here for my fiance and didn't know if the sizes were accurate or if you have to buy a size down or up for women's sizes and Denise one of the women at the store tried on multiple slippers for me to make sure that the sizes were accurate so that I would ensure buy the right slippers for my fiance. Extremely helpful and will be shopping here again, thanks again Denise and I wish everybody worked as hard as you did. Thank you

We have been going to this store to buy the kids shoes for my little one. Today, when I was going to pay the credit card, I saw something suspicious on the statement. I thought there may be duplicate charge because the 2 charges were only 1 cent different. I called the credit card company and they suggested to talk to the store.Now, we did it on a very pleasant and professional manner. The rep from the credit card company or I did NOT accuse the store made the mistake on the first hand. We were very polite to the store reps. But the 2 people we talked in the Super Shoes store had a very aggravating attitude. After we hung up, the rep in the credit card company said so, too.I was glad that the store called back within 10 minutes to explain the situation. But the attitude was terrible. All I can say is this....I can give my money and business to other stores in the area.

Stop them just the other day didn't realize this was hey part of a chain. great selection of men's in women's shoes and clothing also have a large selection of children's items. Staff was great especially the manager. Definitely will come back and check it out again.

No selection and when u find the shoe ur looking for don't have the size, but if u want u can have them ordered n shipped to ur house 7 to 10 days later. If I wanted to shop online I would have. Thanks. N I found the snickers I wanted 40$ less n at kohl's next door!!!!!!!! N u may want to have ppl going around chechecking on customers n cleaning up shelves put shoes in the right places. Instead of talking to each other.

I usually wait and go on Black Friday every few years. Never had any issues. Wear the shoes around your house first to make sure they fit if they don't return them no problem.

Went in looking for shoes with my children and was basically stalked and followed around the store the whole time! Not sure if the employee thought I was a criminal trying to shoplift or what but it was super awkward! After saying we don’t need help I don’t understand why I would be followed. Won’t be going here again will go somewhere were I feel comfortable!! Very rude employees

Their shoes are nice but their employees are rude and mean to kids if I could give zero stars I would these employees need to be fired maybe they should not have animals in the store the mama cat was not even with the babies and the lady technically yelled at my 2 year old cousin she got up in her face don't shop here guys

They didnt have my size at one super shoes for boots for work. Had to go to Amsterdam location and they had them waiting for me. Staff were great and they even had puppies!

I love their selection but so often they don't carry the correct size. They can order for you but if you are looking for something in a pinch, you may not find it.
