Meat manager Andy L was amazing. He was supposed to be gone from his shift. He saw me waiting at the butcher and asked how he could help me. I explained I have tried a few times to get a meat plan. That where I used to live we would just ask for one and they would prepare it in 15 mins. He went and prepared a meat plan for me so I wouldn't have to come back yet again. Thank you so much Andy your amazing. Great customer service.

Here's what the Deli section is doing to scam you for a couple more dollars. I bought a pack of chicken. It only had dark meat. The label only had a D scribbled on it to attempt to indicate that it was different than the regular full packs that include breasts and wings. They are doing this because the price for just dark meat packages are suppose to be $2 less. By labeling them with a regular label and doctoring it manually, they are able to circumvent the standard prices for dark meat packages (established at the corporate level).

Prior to when Covid-19 hit in 2020, this was my #1 stop for anything and everything. I've been shopping at this store since I moved here in 2015, but the store has jacked up their prices so high in the past year or two, it's become unrealistic to continue to shop here.The exact same groceries cost $20-50 MORE at Market32 than they do at Hannaford, Target, or Walmart. I mean the EXACT same groceries, down to the sizes and brands.The biggest appeal of this store has always been the quality of its produce, meat, and bakery, but now that they've implemented greedflation, it's no longer worth shopping here.The carts also now LOCK UP if you leave the store without passing through a register. Found that out the hard way, when I came in for one thing, saw they were sold out, and went to put my cart back outside only for an ALARM to go off and a group of employees surrounded me.Can't even try to do a nice thing and put a cart away without them treating you like a criminal!That was the absolute last time I shopped there.Avoid this store, shop at Hannaford for produce/meat, and save yourself $100-200/mth.

I had a horrible experience today at Walmart and called the corporate number. There were no check outs open, shself check out. I was on a ride on cart as my legs are so bad. I asked her of she would check me out and she refused saying she had to walk around and help people. A man ended up checking me out and I stated she could have helped and she lied and Saud she would help but leave me if someone needed her. I told her you never said that. You tapped a register and walked away. I believe her name was Heather.

I happen to have to pick up items on the day of our snow storm nice not a lot of folks out but when I walked in there it stinks it’s disgusting price chopper is always very dirty smell I mentioned this to the cashier because her check out smelt so bad She did nothing This store has always been filthy Price. Chopper market 32 you need to do something about this

Market 32 previously Price Chopper I think there's a good job and are surrounding area with quality of food I do find their meat better than Hannaford's I never buy meat from Walmart. Generally overall clean and friendly staff. They carry take out items too like salads and sandwiches and pizza and wings and some have sushi as well. The produce section I find to be of good quality too prices are definitely equal to or more than other competition in the area

After a crazy week, I was finally able to get to Price chopper in Amsterdam, NY to get my groceries. I got there at about 8:45 pm not because I plan my shopping at that time but because that is the earliest my schedule allowed me to get there this week. At 9:50 I made it to the cash register with an over flowing cart to find that there was just one girl at the self service registers directing everyone. No registers open, just self serve. I had 4 bags with me, no bags on the self serve counter and a very small area on which to do all of these groceries, that I am positive would not have fit back into one cart. While I was shopping, there was a cleaner using a big machine to wash floors around customers, there was an employee walking up the isle yelling that he deserves more pay, but they can't put people on the register. I was not able to make it work so that I could get all of that back out of my cart, scanned, into bags and to my truck. Consequently, I left my cart, cried all the way home and NO GROCERIES, NO HOME CARE products. Probably saved 500$, but now I need to figure out when I can go and start all over. Businesses need to provide the service they are there to provide. If you can't get enough employees to cover the shifts, then the shifts might need to be changed so that the ones that you do have are adequately staffed to the quality I am sure you would hope to have.

A pleasant and well kept grocer that seamlessly merges old-fashioned customer care and attention to detail with modern convenience and ethical sustainability. An excellent local grocer that still somehow manages to exude an air of ‘family business’ despite it being a chain of stores. This Amsterdam location is very clean and tidy and full of helpful and friendly associates.

Market 32 is great for fresh produce! I come here regularly because of that and their olive bar. Also, Market 32 has the gelato that I love.

A lot of the employees are very friendly and professional but the exorbitant prices tend to keep me away from this supermarket as much as possible. I also inquired about a certain deli item being pulled away and sadly my question never got answered by anyone. The pharmacy showcases very poor and apathetic customer service. The store is set up beautifully but I just wish that the management cared more; it would really enhance the store in every way possible.

I Disliked this particular experience I had on April 22 and that's unfortunate because this is a store I frequent often and otherwise love and most of its employees are really nice to me but on the 22nd of April, I ran into a problem with a Matt Aldi who was a team leader on duty that night, the young man was very assertive he tryed to take over a conversation that was going well with me and a different manager, I was in an aggravated state because of a department employee who refused to have a slice of fish cut and weighed and the front end team leader was very kind to me and assured me she would handle the situation and that there shouldn't be a problem, I continued to tell her thank you that this was a service I was provided multiple times in the past before at that department and I went on to tell her that the girl who refused me service was very kind to me but she just didn't seem to want to do her Job, I've never had this problem before, I thought the problem was solved but within a few minutes another team leader showed up by the name of Matt Aldi and inturupted and said no we can't cut the fish because its special and I went on to say that's strange because I have had it cut several times b4 this incident, needless to say the first manager was going ahead and having it done for me and the other manager became extremely assertive, just seemed like he was enjoying refusing me service, and enjoyed having and expressing dominance over the situation, I walked away b4 the situation became to escalated. Weather I was right or wrong in this situation I would say this is a wonderful store but try to avoid the team leader named Matt Aldi and any employee who seems lazy or unwilling to assist you because he definitely is not afraid to make you feel unwelcome in the store on the nights he's in charge. Long story short I wanted a piece of fish that they keep thawed on top of the Ice cut to a smaller size which usually isn't a problem and I've had done before but for what ever reason on this day I was refused service in a way that I felt was just a little rude.

Well where do I start. First they claim the bottle return closes at 9pm. But the staff close it half hour early so they can hang out in the parking lot. There no cashiers on after 7pm. Only self check out. There meat department closes at 7pm. They start closing down at 6pm. And refuse to give you service. The bakery never have staff on after 2pm. And when you speak to any mangement. They tell you to contact corporate. There parking lot is always loaded with shopping carts. There outside garbage cans are overloaded. Price Chopper/Market 32 has gone down hill over the last 2 years and they can't blame covid. Because they never shut down and they never fired or let staff go. They have become a very lazy company.

I'm impressed that it doesn't have a nasty odor anymore. Well at least not today. Love the way it was easy to find my items. Even the gluten free items were easy to find and a good assortment.

The quality of this stores products and services used to be exceptional. However within the past year or so this quality has significantly decreased. I have had continuous issues with expired products. Just recently I purchased shrimp that was bad and bread from the bakery that was stale.I shouldn't have to look for out of date items as I'm shopping and unfortunately that is what it has come to. Not to mention the associates in the hot food area. I have waited and witnessed customers waiting lengthy periods for assistance. I have also, on several occasions witnessed associates in that area not only ignoring us, but arguing amongst themselves about who should assist us. It was almost as if we are annoying them. I just don't understand where the quality went in this store. I used to love it here.

I do almost all my grocery shopping here. I find the prices reasonable and a good variety of items to choose from. I especially like the diversity of their fresh produce and the quality of their deli and bakery items.

Since revamping from Price Chopper, the store has been a little less friendly. The deli is mismanaged when you see 4 people standing around talking instead of dealing with customers. The deli no longer advertises prices for meat and cheese so it's difficult to navigate. The fruit and vegetable selection is not as good or fresh as it was before, I always find rotting food. I still enjoy the store, but it's not as easy to shop as it used to be.

This place has definitely changed alot since I last been there! The store is clean and nicely laid out! The girls in the deli are super amazing!! They are awesome at suggesting great meats n cheeses and slicing just right!! Recommend shopping here of course!

I love doing my grocery here. They have everything i need and i love the gas reward points for having the member card. They are also open 24 hours so i get out of work every friday at 2am and do my shopping before i go home.

We have been using Instacart for a few weeks its has its plus and minus. Yesterday the girl that packed our order did an amazing job, all the cold items together, frozen items together,etc. Thank you so very much it made unpacking so much easier. It's not always that way again thank you

Excellent store, clean departments, huge variety of products. Clearly marked sales, extensive produce and bakery sections, with fresh baked goods every day. Wide aisles and very handicap-accessible.

They have some really GREAT people that work there! Well I should say Everyone is great except for the people that work in the Deli! They're always rude!
