I called today and spoke to one of the owners Melissa she was super helpful and understanding that the person that owns the long haired cats has a disability so the cats are her babies. She looked at her schedule and was able to book them both in 2 weeks . She was very friendly during the conversation. We are looking forward to bringing both her cats to be groomed at this business.

My first experience was outstanding. Ellie (golden retriever) and Nora (Labrador retriever) have never looked better. The people are great! Profession, skilled, kind, and very good with my girls. The place is clean and comfortable. Appointment began and ended just as promised. I look forward to our next visit. Will be a regular customer.

Thank you so much for the wonderful cut for our pup, Rainy. She was so happy when we came to pick her up-- which means she was happy being there. I get my dog groomed here and I've only had positive experiences. He was becoming fearful at his old groomer, when he normally loves getting groomed, so I knew we needed a change. He is so calm here and enjoys going, so they have his seal of approval too!

Took our two cats there for the first time today and it was a great experience. Melissa is very friendly and did a great job. Our cats were in a separate section of the shop away from the dogs and the entire shop was very clean. We will be repeat customers for sure.

Our pup hates getting her paws and nails touched.🐾 We tried another groomer and even her vet to try cutting or grinding her nails first; but neither could do it peacefully. Boutique & Pet Spa not only got it done, they also taught us important tricks to make it easier in the future. They were knowledgeable about her breed & why she acts up while getting her nails did. She gets better and better every time we bring her. We are now fur-ever customers!

I brought my dog there about a month ago they did a fantastic job. Brought the cat in today and they did a fantastic job with her too. No drama just quick and easy!

Brought my kitten in for a grooming and there were dogs barking in the room while she got it done. She came home wet and with a huge yellow spot of soap on her. She had dirt on her still and on top of it all she came home with a flea on her. I do not recommend going here.
