This place is an absolute disaster. I'm not saying the employees aren't trying their best but either they don't have enough employees or the manager isn't doing their job. I'm included pictures of the mess found on every aisle in the store.

How does this store stay open? It's like walking into a war zone. Boxes and trash everywhere, broken equipment parts sticking out. The parking , has the worst pot hole I have ever seen. The outside of building is filthy with what appears to be a torn banner on the wall. How does home office let this continue?

Good old T or C !!!!! I've noticed that most businesses around here are just like your store.. looks like a war zone, like they've been robbed and no one restalks or cleans up. Keep up the work!!

We stopped for marshmallows but they weren't visible on the shelves. We asked an employee, her reply was "I have them in the back but I'm not going to get them now". We then asked when, her reply was "I have no idea".We haven't experienced customer service that good in a very long time.

Was kicked out for stealing a pack of $1.75 ink pens.Problem is, I paid But the guy manager kept My change.He is rude, always greasy looking, extremely rude to All customers.Have seen him behave in many bad ways.Store is Always dirty yet manager does his best to hide from us paying customers.He likes to keep the change owed to you. Many people have told me he's done that to them.Why? why is he still there

Made two trips in iver two different days, youd have thought it was two different stores.First trip...the isles were loaded with boxes and was difficult to manage through the store ..say disorganized and grumpy staff didn't help.Second trip next day,...much better got in and out just as youd expect and happy people working...as happy as they generally are...lolSo...50/50...gets ya a three.

Went today to get Christmas clearance. Tried to get Christmas trees and they aren’t on sale. Asked if they could put 50% off and said no. Guess they think people are looking for full price Christmas trees after Christmas.

The staff is helpful as always I believe Nate is his name wonderful service however your greeting card selection left a little bit to be desired maybe you could bump up on that otherwise a great experience

Horrible service and wait times even if there are no customers. Wanted to buy a bottle of Gatorade and couldn't cuz one cashier was locked out of register and the other was counting change in the drawer. After the fourth count of 70 coins I just left. Not even a peep out of either of them. They clearly don't care

We like Family Dollar Store very much especially during the Christmas holidays. We can get toys cheaper than Wal Mart. This year I bought one at the regular price and one half price. I t saves us money to shop at Family Dollar.

When Walmart had NO boxed Valentine's Day cards (the kind kids in grade school exchange) in February 2021, Family Dollar came through for me, albeit with a small selection. The selection was Trolls, SpongeBob, Paw Patrol, Spiderman, LOL Surprise, Pippa Pig, and the Avengers (or some comic book super hero group). I went with Trolls. Wouldn't have usually been my first choice, but we do what we must.

Shopped here several times for household products. Have been impressed by the range of products they carry. Staff have been friendly every time. I will be shopping there again.

Disgusting place with homeless thieves in front of the store who are related to the workers with the neck tattoos what more can I say? They will not ask the drunk bumbs to go away.

Located at the bottom of the hill once you enter in to T or C. It is your typical Family Dollar store with some food and clothing products, 🏠 household items, cleaning supplies, bath & body, tobacco and medicine. They accept EBT.

The most dirtiest store in T or C and if you're looking for one of your employees you can never find them you stand at the counter waiting for somebody to come it's just the nastiest store

The entry appearance was not welcoming at all. This store was very messy! Isles were trashed with damaged merchandise. I will not return to this store.
