I really appreciate the staff here. They all have been pleasant with us, and they just love our dogs. When we had to say our goodbyes to our dog, they were kind and understanding very patient, and the vet talked us through all the choices we had and what he thought would be the best. He has a great bedside manner and is wonderful with all our dogs.

I was a customer and appreciated how they cared for my animals but an employee who is my neighbor is using her dogs to antagonize me and my dogs so no longer a customer. I appreciated how well my dog was cared for by other employees Sorry to part ways but that's just bad form on the employees part putting her and my animals in danger is not acceptable and I can't take my pets there knowing somebody who does this in personal life and can't trust she would care for my animals. Bad form lady. While I don't blame the vet and think the hospital itself is great I can't take my animals somewhere knowing you have somebody who does this kind of stuff outside of thier job with thier pets dogs should not be weapons

Cannot say enough about Dr.Baker and his staff. They saved our precious labs life with an emergency surgery late on a Saturday night. They cared for him post op and kept in close contact with us the entire time. So very thankful for them! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!! Best vet I have ever taken any of my dogs to, by far!

Today was bittersweet for our family. While one fur baby was saved, the other passed away. The staff was very hospitable & respectful during the loss we endured today. The veterinarians and staff at Ark Of Socorro were extremely kind and compassionate when my sweet pup had a devastating health crisis. They went out of their way to make her last days more comfortable, and they helped me get through it, because I knew I could trust them. The respect and love they gave to Miss Minnie will never be forgotten. I've had dogs all my life, and this is the best veterinary clinic I have seen. It's clean, well organized and equipped to handle a lot of different issues. They are always busy, but it's easy to get an appointment.

Great personal touch, staff is very kind to people and their pets. I had to take my elderly dog to this clinic and ending his pain was the only option. They treated me and my pet more than wonderfully. A five star rating does not do this place justice, I wish there was a twenty star option.

I am new to the area, and we needed a veterinarian. I picked Ark of Socorro as it was closest to my work, and I must say that I am glad I did. The staff are always personable. When we had to put Happy down, they were very kind and understanding. They even sent a sympathy card after the fact. I can say that for as long as I am a resident in New Mexico, I will continue to use this clinic. The care is exemplary, and I am a very happy customer.

We did run into an issue with communication that unfortunately caused us to be stuck in Socorro on Easter waiting for our dog, but this was the fault of a lazy receptionist not updating contact info (twice given).However, Dr. Teresa Gonzales is the best vet I've ever had the privilege of working with and she helped bring our Beagle back from tremendous pain with expertise and great customer service on her part. Thanks Doc!

These folks are the best. Brought our pommie cross in....they got an iv going, antibiotics and cared for him until he was back on his paws. We have had regular care and emergencies and they are always kind and carefully with our pets.

I take all my pets to be vaccinated. I trust the care that is given to any pet: small and large. Appointments are always available even at short notice. Practicing covid safety guidelines. I am very impressed with the amount of care I received. Even received a goody bag. I will definitely be going to this vet for the care of my pets.

My puppy Lucy was very sick and limping and she's only 14 weeks. I called the ARC crying like crazy and at first they said they were booked up til next week but she must have felt bad for me and Lucy because she said go ahead and come in we will work her in. Lucy wouldn't eat or drink because her foot and ankle were broken. They said she has thin bones because she grew too fast. They were very nice, kind and professional. I'm going to go there from now on. I'm so thankful to the vet and her staff for helping my little lucy. Thank you

Our dog Buddy got into gummies from a worker at our home on Father's day. I called and the vet tech met us in 15 minutes at the Ark. Dr Gonzales was there shortly after our arrival. All tests were run , Buddy spent the night with a IV and was back to his normal self the following day. I have been using the Ark for 20 plus years for dogs and horses, they show they care about our animals, no matter what day it is.

The doctors and staff are friendly, and compassionate. We started lazer therapy before coronavirus and had to stop. When we started them again. I was not charged for the three treatments from before. I take all my Chihuahuas to the doctors here. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Sent dog into be fixed and chipped, filled out paperwork for both. Find out months later she wasn't chipped, send her back but the vet is unable to chip her without sedating her. Another return visit with another charge for the medication to sedate her (which didn't start to kick in until 45 minutes after we left the vet... This was the reason I requested my dog be chipped while she was out to get fixed. No apology, or offer to not charge for the additional medication, just expected me to pay.
