Prime Rib was not cooked correctly. My medium rare was like rubber. Cooked too fast. My " Twice baked potato was a potato skin with running mashed potatoes stuffed in it. Definitely not baked Twice. Server Anthony was only excellent commodity in the whole restaurant. I won't be back unless they fire the "cook" and hire a Chef.

What a place! Fantastic steaks, excellent wine selection, great appetizers, and a great environment.This restaurant is truly an amazing establishment. Billy Crews himself came by and spoke to us to make sure we were all having a great time.My prime rib was amazing as was the twice baked potato. Loved the horseradish (extra hot) and the house made sour cream. Escargot was good too!

The best steak we have eaten in El Paso. The prices were very reasonable also. Absolutely the best service we have received in any restaurant in El Paso. Very attentive waiters but not bothersome, they were very professional and nice. The decor is outdated but very comfortable. The restaurant remained very pleasant in regard to pace and noise level the entire time we were there and that is a huge plus when dining to enjoy. If anyone has ever been to other steakhouses in and near El Paso, you know what I mean when I say you feel as though you are eating and leaving and unable to relax. At this restaurant, you are dining and relaxing and not being rushed out. What a joy. The owner Mr. Crews himself was present and actively visiting tables to ensure great service. He was so kind and conversed with my husband and I for a bit. What a nice place to unwind and enjoy the great steaks! We will definitely be back.

We arrived at 7pm and our dinner started fine. We ordered our appetizers and drinks. The waiter took our dinner order. An hour and 20 minutes our meals arrived. Unfortunately, 2 of the plates were cooked wrong. My daughter ordered a ribeye on bone and it was tough. My ribeye was cold. The other 2 plane were prepared as ordered. One plate was ribeye on bone.The other kick, 2 other tables arrived after us and were service before us.I paid for 2 plates, the drinks and appertizers because my wife needed to eat for medical reasons and the other plate my son was hungry. He held off for a good meal. My daughter and I decided not eat because it would a longer time to get the meal.The waiter apologized for the badly prepared meals.Management gave me the impression they could care less about the customer. They did come or apologized.I would have understood the circumstances. Just because management could come by to apologize, I will not go back and would recommend Billy Crews to any.

Chewy lobster tiny little steak atmosphere was horrible, bathrooms were gross, two People !! ?our bill was 510$I’ll never go back there again ever,They said our bottle of wine was 250$I was completely shocked!That’s why they add gratuity to the bill ahead of time because they know you’re going to argue!

Hardly a “fine dining” experience. The place is run down and dingy. Needed renovating at least 10 years ago. Ribeye was well executed, but nothing to write home about. “Baked” sweet potato looked microwaved. Servers were friendly, but unprofessional. More like a neighborhood pub than a “fine dining” experience. Salad looked like it came out of a bag.

Best steakhouse near El Paso. We strongly recommend takimg the very short drive over to enjoy one of the best steakhouses in the US. This place is very under rated and holds its own against the other more popular and well known steak shops. We have experienced some of the finest steaks the US has to offer up and this place is right at the top.

Well we made a reservation but it was not recorded. We love to have a good steak so planned a trip to Bill Crews. It was a bit disappointing. Service was a bit slow yet the dining area was not even at a forth full. Not quite up to the standards that it had in the past. For the price, we tend to expect a bit more. Maybe because we are not wine people but steak enthusiasts we felt it wasn’t up to a standard we expected. With Saltgrass, Roadhouse and now a Chop House coming soon, Billy Crews needs to step up.

Not sure how this place makes it. Restaurant looked super empty. Went to the lounge. Not a fan at all. Looks like it’s straight out of 1980, probably the last time it was updated. Service was so awful. It was apparent who the server/bartender knew and served. If they don’t know you its like you offend them to order anything. The blonde server is super rude and is useless. This place should be making so much money, but it looks like they are letting the workers take over. Needs some serious management help! Ordered the steak platter. Nothing to right home about.

Went there for a birthday celebration 2.24.23. We called and made reservations for a group of 15. Apparently Chris, from the package liquor side did not inform the bar that we were coming for lunch. The female waitress was overwhelmed and told us she could not accommodate us because there was no kitchen staff or food for that size group, which doesn’t make any sense to me, especially if they are advertising on FB that they are open for lunch. We gathered up the empty tables and made the seating room for ourselves. The female waitress did not come to over for at least 20 minutes. We decided to write down our food and drink orders ourselves. Finally, she came over and we handed her all the orders. It took her another 20 mins to get us our drinks. We went up to the bar and got our own drinks. The place was not clean. The bathrooms, especially for a fine dining restaurant, were disgusting. The food was great, as always. We made the best of it, but will not be back for lunch. Find another place for lunch and forget about Billy Crews. You will be sorely disappointed.

Had a rack of short ribs oh, and they were delicious. Cooked till they were falling off the bone hand-rubbed herbs and spices very good also comes with a side of BBQ sauce. The service was excellent the restaurant was not too crowded for a Saturday night. They also have an excellent bar that you can we get in while you're waiting for a table. Extensive wine list here.
