Amazing customer service! Took the time on what appeared to be a very busy day for them and answered all our questions. Can't say I have ever experienced that level of customer service before anywhere much less a gun shop. Walked in looking for a gun for the wife and walked out with one for myself as well. Owner was very involved and a really stand up guy and EVERY staff member was truly outstanding and helpful.

We are a local home based FFL. We are brand new to the industry and have been able to rely on Sandman Armory for guidance on a number of matters. Any time we go in there they are always more than helpful whether we're asking FFL questions or actually buying something. You guys have been very kind and accepting to us and we truly appreciate your courtesy and professionalism.I have to call out one member of the Sandman crew in particular. I'm terrible with names but I believe he said his name was Rob. The red headed guy that's always in a good mood and always extremely friendly no matter the subject of conversation. On top of his super approachable attitude he is also very knowledgeable and is willing to take the time to share that knowledge with anyone that would like to know.Sandman Armory, and Rob (I think) in particular can always count on my business even as a fellow FFL holder and you can always count on our positive support of your business and crew as far as the public goes.Thank you guys for all that you do!

Absolutely the best gun store I have ever been in. Family friendly and all of the employees are so knowledgeable and so friendly. I don’t feel like there are enough stars to give! I have taken my son in to this store on multiple occasions and every single time we come in I am greeted and treated with the utmost respect (which is not a common occurrence in most gun shops). Sandman is different! They have never talked down to me, ever! They are always very helpful. They have taken hours to explain different guns and the workings to myself and my son. They are so patient and so friendly. I have never, not one time, felt uncomfortable or disrespected while I was in this shop. The guys in this shop are amazing!

Great shop and excellent prices!! I have purchased several firearms and accessories over the past year and have not had any issues whatsoever. The guys in the shop are super cool and knowledgeable when asking ANY questions. They ordered a new pistol for me that I had been looking for(which I went and picked up today) and I just mentioned that I wanted to try and find a kydex holster for it, but that they are a bit hard to find...they went and pressed one out for me right then an there! That is customer service right there. Definitely going to be a loyal customer from here on out! Thanks guys👊🏻👊🏻

Could not get my Ruger 10/22 back together after taking it apart (watched 3 you tube videos) I took the parts in and asked if I could pay them to show me how to put back in the bolt and spring. Two guys got it done on the spot and refused payment. It’s my total gun shop now. Good customer satisfaction

I had a muzzle break put on a rifle and no complaints about the job. The store boast veteran owned, being a veteran I asked if they gave veteran discounts and the said no! Why advertise veteran owned but no veteran discounts!

These guys are awesome!Went to ruidoso for vacation and I unfortunately left my handgun at the airBnb. Thankfully it was found and I was put into contact with Sandman Armory to get it sent back to me. We actually visited this store before we left to pick up some ammo. Store was clean and impressive inventory. I found 300 blackout ammo so I was ecstatic!Highly recommend visiting here ! Thanks again guys ! Appreciate the help !!!

Upon entering the door I was greeted by a welcoming and knowledgeable staff. After browsing for a bit I came to the conclusion there was a somewhat extensive variety of firearms and firearm related paraphernalia. In addition to this I found their prices to be fair. Best gun shop and customer service. If they don’t have what you need, they can order it quickly, and even ship out of state. Bonus: it’s owned and operated by a US Marine Infantryman who is also an Iraq War Vet — doesn’t get much more authentic than that.

First of all, they said my part was in and it would be ready and it wasn’t. They had two weeks to finish it, these people have no social cues or skills or salesmanship at all they haven’t taken even the most basic, social skill or cue class to smile and greet people they’re uncomfortable grumpy and I don’t feel safe there do not Spend your money at this place !Very disappointed in my experience here
