We stayed at Casa Rio on Oro Fino and booked through VRBO. The house itself was great! A short walk to the town (too long to carry all your ski gear but easy to walk back to town in the evening) but far enough to not be disturbed by any late night partying. There are two rooms downstairs (R1- 2 queen beds, R2- 1 twin or full) and two upstairs (R3- 1 queen with ensuite bathroom, R4- King with ensuite bathroom and sauna). One full bath downstairs and two upstairs. We had internet issues on our first day but the office staff went above and beyond to help me get access to internet for some work I had to get done! I REALLY appreciate their help!! The kitchen is small but the dining room table is huge. Plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family rented @standingBearLodge red river nm for 4 nights. Took great care of the home. Ironically, we chose this house over nicer ones for the hot tub. On the first full day the hot tub filter was not working and office was made aware and was asked for replacement. They dumped more chlorine in hot tub but same filter. After using hot tub 3 times my card was charged $500 for dirty hot tub. The heating was also tied to first floor so either burn up downstairs or freeze upstairs. IMO I would definitely not stay in this lodge and would think twice of going through @reservationsUnlimited.

Have rented with Reservations Unlimited many many times. This time was a little disappointing only because we rented a house (Mountain Cardinal) that had several issues that I feel need to be addressed by the owner. The hot tube (one of the main reasons we rented this home) had a cover that was falling apart and literally leaking its content into the hot tub water causing the water to be murky and gross. I did tell the office who offered to send the maintenance man who never showed up. I don’t think the tub had any chlorine in it, it was a bit slimey on certain surfaces of the tub. The house screen door has a handle that continuously comes off, could not exit at one time. The sink in bathroom has a pretty good crack in it, also the hot water handle on the sink falls off into the sink. Other than that, the house is wonderful. Check was so easy and accommodating. Check out is too early -10 am for a large family and large home makes it uncomfortable.

Easy to check in. Check out is a little too early. You might want to put a lock on the upstairs bedroom. Overall, it's not bad. It was definitely hot!

We stayed at Mountain Cardinal and were disappointed. The house is ok but not at all worth what they charge ($800 per night including all taxes and fees) The description states it has a "gourmet kitchen??" No...it doesn't. It's extremely outdated and the refrigerator had a very loud constant humming sound that can be heard all throughout the first floor! Didn't have a working ice machine either. The hot tub was gross, when we turned it on, black gunk came out of the jets, and the water wasn't clear even before that. There wasn't a chest of drawers in the bedrooms on the 2nd floor and just a few hangers so we had to leave our clothes in our suitcases. The bathrooms are very small and in need of an update. My family loves Red River and have been going since the 60's and have rented many homes over the years but we won't stay at Mountain Cardinal again. Way over priced for what you get!

We recently came back from Red River where we stayed in the Almost Heaven cabin.I called with a couple of questions before our arrival and found the staff to be very helpful. I asked about the coffee maker and they made sure we had a regular drip and a keurig for our stay.The cabin was very comfy and well decorated. Great location and beautiful view from the living room.We had three families, with five kids between us. The bunk area was perfect for the kids. We all had enough room. The cabin was beautiful and very well stocked. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, even a slow cooker. There were night lights in the bathrooms, which I usually have to bring for my littles. Plenty of towels and the hot tub was a hit with all of the kids.We had a minor problem during our stay and had someone over to address it within 20 min even though it was past 8 pm. The only thing this cabin needs is some chairs for the porch and fire pit.I would highly recommend this company and cabin and would love to book again soon!!

Our first time to visit Red River. We spent the week of Christmas there. Loved our cabin!! We stayed in Grandview #9. It was perfect! The beds were comfy, the place was clean. We'll definitely use Reservations Unlimited again.

I have been staying at different cabins/condos for six years in a row in Red River, and "Our Red River Cabin" has been my absolute favorite! Very charming, quite roomy...so very nice! It was perfect for myself, my husband and my kids...plus my parents joined us this year in Red River and they LOVED it! We will definitely stay there again!Thank you, Reservations Unlimited...we really appreciate everything!

The house was great but it was very warm. We are Texans and are used to ac. It would be helpful if there were some fans—other than ceiling fans available. The location was good. We had a group of 8 and it was great for us. We would stay there again.

Very easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. Condo was gorgeous and allowed plenty of room for our stay. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies to make meals. Right off of Main Street and easy walking distance to restaurants after a day of skiing! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We stayed in the Bear Bait Cabin. Very old and out dated, pictures on website do not clearly depict how the place actually is. The porch was nice, that was the only good part. Entrance to the drive needs to be graded, you will not make it in or out if you drive a sedan. Furniture is old and stained, one lazy boy chair was broken and stained. The other living room furniture was old and didn't seem clean. The wooden floors were filthy. Towels were left over in the bathroom from the previous guests. The bathrooms were not clean, shower didn't drain - you had to stand in a pool of water, the caulking around the tub is old and moldy. The best for last, they have a major rodent problem!!! Rats could be heard all during the night and will keep you awake, they even got on the kitchen table and knocked things off the table, got into any food that wasn't in a sealed container. Notified the reservation company of the issue and they were prompt in sending out an exterminator, but that didn't get rid of the rats immediately, we still had 2 nights with them!! The reservation company was appreciative being notified of the above issues, but did nothing to make it right, poor customer service with all the issues I brought to their attention. Worst rental place I have ever stayed.

We stayed at the Double Dog Inn in Red River with a group of 14 friends. The Double Dog Inn was a perfect place! We All enjoyed every minute...from the gourmet kitchen...to the dining areas...to the fireplace living room area...even the outside sitting area was ideal for a big group! The beds were comfortable too! I would recommend The Double Dog Inn to Everyone! Then the town of Red River was quaint and delightful...all the people in town were so kind and helpful! We also enjoyed the restaurants and shops. It’s a Great place for a family vacation or a vacation with friends!

This was our first time visiting Red River and it definitely won't be our last! Reservations Unlimited does a wonderful job at making you feel like home. We rented the Papa DJs cabin location and it was perfect for our family of 7! Great rates and amazing views. Also, the staff was nice and friendly at the Reservations Unlimited main office. They were so helpful and attentive. I would recommend them if you are looking at making a trip. Their website makes it super easy to book which means less stress and more fun!

Our family enjoyed spending the Christmas holiday at Sunny Bear. The home looks like the pictures on the website. We had plenty of space for five adults and five children to sleep comfortably. The views were great too. There is a good area outside the home where the kids enjoyed sledding and we also had a small herd of deer we could feed by hand. The wood burning stove was too hard to figure out how to use so we missed out on that feature. There is a floor furnace for heating the home ; we were concerned about the little ones burning themselves on the grate. The driveway to the house has a slope we were not able to drive up. Even with these concerns, it was a wonderful time for our family to have a Christmas filled with lots of great times and memories. We will definitely consider Sunny Bear for future stays.

We stayed in the knotty and nice cabin and it is excellent. We had two people and had plenty of room. Great kitchen and very roomy bedroom and living area. Close enough to walk the town but quite also. We will stay again.

Response to owner: your records are obviously not accurate. We arrived in red river at 2:00 and had to wait 2 hours to check in. We did NOT arrive at 12:00. We did NOT know you had fans and there were none at the residence as you stated. Also, we talked to both guests at the residence on the side and informed them we had small grandchildren and we hoped we didn’t disturb them. They were more then understanding and said to enjoy ourselves. They had a baby that needed to go to bed early and we can’t control that. We were on vacation but tried to be respectful of them. We did NOT have more people at the residence than was expected! I sprayed for the ants and didn’t feel it was necessary to bother you during our stay as they couldn’t exterminate anyway. As for the internet, we called YOUR office and a technician came out. There is no way we would have known who to call to service the internet nor would we call anyone without calling you first. He did come out but it didn’t stay on long til it went off again. I find it disturbing that you do not keep accurate records. My son (who was with us on the trip) is a pastor and we are a Christian family. We would have no reason to “cover up” or lie -“ about our experience. I just want others to know what we experienced so no one else’s vacation may be hampered in any way. I also find it strange you didn’t apologize for your staff’s unfriendliness as I think this would be one of your top priorities.

Great experience with these folks from booking to stay in Red River. We had a problem with plumbing and they handled it better than any prop management company i have ever dealt with and i have been renting properties for 24 plus years. Not only was it fixed within 2 hours, they offered to clean the condo immediately for us.

We stayed at kings Kabin: We absolutely loved it! Very clean very spacious for 3 family's had a great view! Kids enjoyed the sledding right next to the house didnt have to go far! We definitely will recommend and come back!!

The location was absolutely perfect within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and skiing!! They went above and beyond our expectations helping us while we were there! Our stay was nice as far as the room was concerned. Just the two of us on a last minute snowboarding trip!Parking should be easy we assumed, however even when we parked completely out of the way of ANY units, directly beside our unit (which is behind all units, at the end and by river/ditch) we received a note each morning from the permanent residents complaining. Addressing how to please them and instructing your guest would help!The tv stand is in an akward spot and makes it uncomfortable to be in bed and watch. Let me add being in the bed is the ONLY way to see the tv other than sitting on the floor directly in front of it. Not ideal if you hit an icy spot and crashed:)With the addition of the above and internet, this would be perfect for two people! We did find you offered hot spot on the second day, so that helped us when our cell wouldn't work to find food options etc.Again, it was pleasant and comfortable for what we needed. If you plan on spending time in what you rent for your stay, choose from their other fabulous places as this is obviously a one room place that isn't made for all day inside!

We extended our stay because the comfort and peace we felt was worth another night. No words can truly describe the stay, it's a must try!

Reservations Unlimited, I booked a rental with you via VRBO that clearly stated "100% refund" under the cancellation policy. When I cancelled well before the deadline for a full refund, your personnel tried to tell me there was a cancellation fee. After I emailed them a clear screenshot of the cancellation policy, they admitted to the 100% refund and stated the "check was in the mail". That was May 4th, 2021. I am still waiting for that check today, Aug 8th, 2021. Please honor your policies, this is ridiculous.

Very nice place, would go back today if i could, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We love the ducks in the river just behind the house.
