We absolutely love these condos. They are within walking distance to the slopes, restaurants and shopping. The units are spacious and super clean and the staff is outstanding. But the deer. The deer are absolutely amazing. If you stay there, bring carrots, apples and popcorn for them and you, too, will have a vacation to remember!

Great place to stay in red River, right next to the ski area and close to the main town. Beautiful views of the mountains and a lovely pond.

Love Caribel. Angelique and the crew always take such great care of our family.Rooms are spacious and very well cared for.Kitchens are adequate, some better equipped than others. Electric stoves.If there are any whippersnappers playing in the halls you will know it. Walls and floors transmit the sounds of rambunction quite well. BUT, other guests are always such fine folk that things shut down early and we always sleep great.Love you, Caribel!

My family and I have been going to the Caribel for years. It's sad that I have to write this review. For one our bathroom door didnt lock. The cleaning people won't make your bed if there is one piece of clothing or personal belonging on it. Guests should also get fresh towels daily. My bar of soap was never refilled and in the past we would normally get shampoo and conditioner. Okay whatever right. I'm not a picky person but after our 5 night stay they had the audacity to charge us a $100 fee for dishes and dirty towels. We hand washed the dishes before we left. We also cycled them through their broken washer that never drained. We went offloading one day and that may have been the reason for the towel charge but who doesn't get dirty going camping? I wasn't aware we had to wash our own towels too. I wasn't going to leave this review but that $100 charge definitely put me to the top. I've stayed at higher end suites and have never had a problem in the past.

Red River generally and the Carabel condominiums specifically are very family-oriented relaxed atmosphere great time. Skiing is good. People all seem friendly. Didn't seem like much of a party place, but with young kids, it was exactly what we were looking for.

Extremely clean with spectacular staff! Barry & Angelique are fabulous & extremely helpful. Just a hop skip & jump to downtown & the slopes. Great fishing during the summer. We'll definitely be back!

Stayed in 13A/B nice, clean, and maintained unit. The staff was extremely friendly and the area was gorgeous. My only complaint is the couch bed springs were a bit rough. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Dated. Simplistic. Efficient. Conveniently located in proximity to the ski area and other town points of interest. Uniquely has a small pond on the premise, with private playground and direct access to a hiking trail or more. It had an old military barracks feel. Well maintained. Perhaps a bit to vanilla for the higher end expense, but it was a nice last chance option during a prime time.

Really neat place. I didn't actually stay here but spent time here on vacation. Loved all the roominess, huge porch and direct access to stream!

Red River is the cutest mountain town! If I could move there today I would! If you ever get the chance to rent a cabin, anywhere in the town, do it!

Just exactly what you need for a trip to red river, its simple but clean, i recommend getting a room on the second floor with view to the pond. Those are the best.

Great room, and the local is amazing! There is a coffee shop downstairs, and the commumity center is only a short walk away!
