It’s clean and that’s about the only thing I can say about this place. They don’t have any food at all until after 8am the subway doesn’t open until 8am so if you looking for a truck stop to sleep the night and wake up have breakfast and a shower this is not the place.

... Thank goodness for the night crew!Stuck here for a 34hr and it sucked. Bathrooms were dirty most of the time. Subway was closed part of the day due to staff issues and when it opened, they were out of at least 6 sandwich options due to no steak. The day cashiers were turning away non-card sales due to not having coins, when the night crew forgave the change . It was nice having a door person, because there were at least two or three female cashiers during the day smoking cigarettes every time I went to the store. At 8 am there were minimal coffee supplies stocked, coffee was not fresh or full, and there were issues with the cocoa/cappuccino machine. This was brought to the attention of the day crew which was not resolved until the evening crew came on. A male member of the evening crew investigated and determined that the machine was out of order and signed it accordingly. Make sure to tell the day crew more than once to use your points because they are extremely rude if they have to prompt you, " you need to let me know because we don't ask". If you're looking for the fresh deli items, there was none to be found and a small variety of fruit was available. The fuel lines get congested easily as some drivers enter the wrong direction.

This is my second attempt at grabbing breakfast at a Pilot truck stop today. No dice. The manager just told me they won’t open until after 8:30. Their hours on Google show they are supposed to open at 8:00. The management staff were very pleasant and did their best to make it right, so I give them 4 stars. I appreciate the pizza.

Hands down the worst convenience store in the area, but has the most potential. Soda & drink area is always out of stock of everything. Always. The soda fountain, coffee, cups, bottles water, all the normal gas station stuff. Not to mention the place is usually filthy. I live in the area and it's been like this for quite a while. It's always worth the extra minute to cross I-40 and hit one of the other stations, It couldn't get any more mediocre than this specific Pilot.

Some things I'd like to talk about. The workers are absolutely nice! The General manager is absolutely horrible. Half the time, never seems to be there, either out of town, sick, etc. She also seems to always hide in the office too. It's quite awful of how this location went downhill with this new manager. Manager Jeanette. If you want to stop in to this location. BEWARE. Thank you for reading this, good luck.

We stopped to do our 10 hr break. There was a truck accident right at the entrance causing traffic issues. The fuel island is a full blown clusterf@#k nonstop. We passed on even attempting any fuel . We found a spot and parked and used the Pilot App to book a shower. It took a while to get our shower but it was clean and the pressure was great. The women's restroom needed a little attention , but it was super busy . The employees were friendly . The PJ Fresh food was fresh and hot and delicious, like always. Typical food , snacks and supplies you find in a Pilot / Flying J. .

Waiting for 2 hours to get a shower. There are 6 open. When I asked the lady at the counter if there's any way someone can clean them so we can shower, she said we have 1 maintenance guy and he's busy with other projects. There are currently 8 people waiting.

The most disgusting pilot I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot. Out of ice, out of coffee, it if a lot of things. But I wouldn't have wanted to drink their coffee anyways. The machines were GROSS and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I wish I'd brought my phone in to get a photo.I ended up walking out without getting anything. Guess I'll look for the next stop to get gas and drinks.***ended up going back in to get photos***

Dirty little truck stop with just 6 pumps, no real pet area, and not a lot of options. Keep driving, there will be better stops. Skip this one for sure.

This is the filthiest Pilot I’ve ever been to. I’m not a great fan of Pilot because of their lack of cleanliness, but this Pilot is thee grossest!! There were 4 staff members and not one was wiping down counters or cleaning up spills when they easily could have. I was the only one at the counter checking out and they stood there gabbing with each other. Unacceptable. I’m afraid to go into the restroom. I can only imagine. Definitely avoiding this Pilot.

Travel the country and this is the worst Pilot I’ve experienced. Been here less than 24 hours and bathrooms have been closed more than once. Coffee is awful. Coffee station is dirty.Subway tables are all dirty.

Came here to fuel up and take a shower. Shower water pressure is the absolute worst and the laundry is also malfunctioning terribly, lost half of my detergent pouring it into the designated spot and it went straight through and onto the floor. Definitely wouldn't recommend here for showers and they're limited on food in the area and only have Subway here. Not my favorite place, stuff is cordial but nothing extraordinary at all. Furthermore they could definitely clean this place up quite a bit

Subway is horrible. They will have horrible lines and then have employees sitting on there phones. Probably safer to go somewhere else due to the amount 18 wheelers that will pull out in front of you trying to access the place!

This truck stop doesn't care about truck drivers ☹️Husband & I stayed here all night .Went inside to get breakfast & coffee the next morning around 7:15 & there was no breakfast. We get hungry like everyone else . It's bad enough people treat truck drivers bad but to not have breakfast when we need breakfast to get our day going .Shame on you Pilot !

I would advise avoiding this pilot. as a long time commercial account holder I only stop at pilot/flying J. this one may be the worst.came in and tried to get pizza, while trying to order with the cashier, the heavy set girl snapped and said that's discontinued ( the new buffalo chicken pizza) cashier says we just had some. so I say nvrmnd. I walk over to subway, big sign saying what they don't have. I ask, what can you make? tuna, Philly, chicken bacon ranch. I laughed and said why? no one did prep was the response. while leaving I heard the cashier answer the phone and ask the girl to make a pizza for a phone order, she said no, I'm going on break. like gtfoh. tried to get a shower, we're waiting for someone to clean 5 of them. stop here at your own risk.

Very clean stop. Friendly staff. The ladies restroom was clean...although only 4 stalls. There are showers, washer & dryers & a TV room. This place has a separate Subway sandwich shop. There is plenty of parking.

At 5 o'clock in the morning. Fuel island backed up onto the street, not a drop of washer fluid on the fuel island, 10 people in line inside. All this cause there is one person working. I'm done with Pilot. Gonna take my money elsewhere. Shameful!!

This truck stop is new, you can see the fuel pumps, lobby, restrooms, sinks, floors, drink stations parking lot. It meaningless of everything is dirty. I know you may or may not call somebody a stinky driver, but you can't blame drivers for irresponsible managers and employees. Their job is to keep this place up and running. 100% clean. It looks to me their houses must be the same, seriously.

Busy location. Clean bathrooms. Lots of semi truck parking. Lots of hot food options! Soups, pizza, burritos, macaroni, meatloaf, etc. Lots of coffee options. Lots of trash on the ground...

Not very RV friendly: no separate RV gas pump, no parking spaces for RVs, very little maneuver room around pumps and in the parking lot.Plenty of truck parking in the back, though.Fairly clean bathroom. Friendly service staff.Subway, hot food bar and cold sandwich options.

Just took a shower at this Pilot truck stop it was wonderful!! $12.92 and you have your own sanitized & securely locked (you need a code to get in) complete bathroom with shower & toliet Pilot even supplies the washcloth, towel and floor towel and there's no time limit.

One of THE WORST PILOTS IVE BEEN TO. CAROLINE mgr in there talkkng. Both driver machines broke. All the employess just want to talk to each other instead of waiting on customers. I wondered why all the semis were backed up on fuel isle. Now I know why. Skip this stop in future, note to self.

If you need the restroom, go somewhere else! They have cool things for sale, but the prices are outrageous
