Would give this place zero stars if possible. I have a high tolerance for “budget” type hotels but this the worst I’ve ever seen.The room was absolutely disgusting, dirty carpets & stained sheets. Door didn’t lock properly and had been kicked in multiple times, mattresses and toilets in the parking lot. We felt extremely unsafe and the people hanging out in the parking lot made things even more uneasy. Do not stay here, I’ve never left a bad review for a hotel before but felt I had to warn others.

Price was a little high, other people staying there was playing loud music till 10 at night, shouting like they were on other side of building from each other. But rooms and employees very nice. The breakfast was actually great not donuts and fruit loops.

Parking was very convenient, so unloading everyone & everything was a breeze. The room was clean bathroom was spotless! The kids didnt seem to bother anyone in the neighboring rooms, if they did no one complained not to me anyways, and they welcomed the pets as 4 legged guests! The beds were comfy & clean we even got a few extra pillows off the housekeeper, who was very kind & polite. Over all the stay was great. We had to deal with a grumpy older man when checking out the next morning. All in all the stay was great!

The suite was nice and clean, to start off first we had a wedding and used their recreation-room to have dinner and the bar to have the after party the staff was very nice and helpful. They set our room up nicely including the rose petals well done.

The food was great, but my husband had his food at least 10 minutes before mine arrived. The bartender has a real attitude and is just plain rude, but the bar manager was amazing and didn't even charge for my meal after my husband complained about the difference in arrival times. That was certainly not necessary, but very much appreciated!

This is a nice place to stay. They have breakfast and a bar. The best part was the staff who went out of their way to help me look for my cat that had escaped me. After a couple hours of looking I had to leave. After I left they monitored for and discovered my cat. They kept an eye on her until I returned over a week later!! Thank you Lovington Inn!!!

The room was very clean. Desk was friendly. Gave a full complimentary breakfast for myself and my 3 kids. I had stayed at the Motel 6 in Hobbs the night before which was horrible and nasty for the same price.. I recommend this place.. Clean and smelled good.

I stayed at this motel in early August, checking in late on a Sunday night. The Lady at the desk was cordial and I found my room to be very clean and new with all the amenities including WIFI, a fridge and coffee maker.Reasonably priced when compared to other motels in the area who think, by their prices, that they are in the middle of an oil boom.Strong recommend!

Only 3 because the hotel staff is wonderful. The bartender on the other hand, is rude & doesnt pay attention to non locals -but if you're lucky you can get her off her phone and maybe get a drink. Be prepared to go hungry if you try to eat at Dusty's bar and you're not in the rude bartender's circle. Also, watch your check because we, on multiple occasions have been charged for people's drinks -- while they're also being double charged for their drinks.

The bar made this place. The breakfast too. I was in town for work. It stated to snow. Went in to the bar. The crowd there was friendly. Glad I only had to walk across the parking lot. The staff was super friendly and helpful. If I'm ever in the area, I want to stay here. Rooms were nice too. I thought it was going to be a get what you pay for place. I was mistaken in a very good way.

Very nasty place. For that price they charge they can take care of the place better. Our cover beds had cigarettes burn holes all over. And a smell. The breakfast took forever and you had to get cupos. For the love of God, seriously!

My Husband and myself found It to be nasty, our room reaks. The shower doesn't work. The mattress is built on top of a wood form. They're aren't enough towels for the 2 people. No Shampoo or amenities.

Very cute motel, had dead bolt locks and free breakfast (Which was FANTASTIC by the way) also free WiFi and great customer service! If you're looking for high class this isn't the place honestly but if you're looking for comfort, cheap and accommodating this is the place. Did I mention food and customer service was impeccable ??

The motel could be nice if they were to maintained better. When I used the sink, water was running onto the floor under the counter. The floor tile was poorly installed and sharp edges were showing around the doors. The mattress was clean but worn out. TV in the room was fuzzy.The free breakfast is fast. Two eggs, Bacon or Sausage, hash browns(way undercooked), and your choice of toast or pancake. The restaurant is kinda like a reduced menu Dennys.The real problem this motel has is the guests. Dirty and rude would sum up the people that were there during my three night stay. Arguing in the parking lot, working on their cars, and testing their car stereos at midnight are regular activities. Not kid friendly at all.There is also a "night club" of sorts that blasts Ranchero style music till 11:00 or later some nights. If you need a good night sleep this is not the place for you but unfortunately it is the best place I have found in town.

Tub is disgusting. Air/heat didn't work. Tried resting plug. Asked for a non smoking room, got a smoking room with lots of cig burn marks. Not happy. Don't stay here. Lots and lots of noise in parking lot.

The free breakfast is GREAT. Need some new mattress and pillows. Working man's hotel. Nice little lounge for after work beers.
