I just picked up my dog from Starr Grooming and he looked fantastic! He was terrified when we went in but the gentleman behind the counter heard how he had been abused at petco in albuquerque, and gently picked him up and kept rubbing him and talking to him until he quit shaking. Then his wife came out and heard what we had been through and reassured me my dog would be safe. I highly recommend Starr to anyone reading this. I made another appointment. Thank you Starr!

We absolutely love our groomers! Everyone is super nice and welcoming. We take our two girls here. My Coraline can be a little more fussy than the other but they always take their time and ensure she's comfortable. They even sing to her the Coraline song to calm her, lol. She always looks and smells great. They're amazing!!

After having some big problems with the big named pet stores in town grooming my dogs, we tried this place. We have a dog about 45 to 50 lbs that several of the smaller places wouldn't touch. These guys took great care of her in less than an hour and a half and she still smells and looks great a week later. They're deshedding was fantastic and this is the best my 11 year old dog has ever looked. Will be back!

I always take my mini poodles to Ace. Their prices are very reasonable and they always do a great job. They can always get us in pretty quickly too which is great, and everyone who works there is very nice.

Took her 4 hours (I wouldn’t have minded the wait if my dog wouldn’t have looked so horrible after) When we called to check what was taking so long she said our dog was difficult so she couldn’t shave her face and would need us to come hold her so that could be done. Keep in mind we already waited 3 and a half hours and she still wasn’t done, never even called to let us know. Our dog looked patchy and uneven, her hair was left extremely long on just one side. And not to mention they cut her in several spots while trying to shave her. Never taking my dog back there. They didn’t even bathe her, or do anything I was told on the phone that was included
