This is a good hardware store and the employees are very helpful. The store is well stocked with the items I use a lot. The prices are excellent and there are many useful types of tools. Definitely recommend this store for a quick stop.

Horrible experience shopping here. Employees Ghost people as if theyre stealing and im talking about a couple employees going back and forth making sure what i do is not steal anything lol like who does not unless your a kid. Disrespectful i suggest to the Manager but i assume he makes this policy

You can basically find any item here that they have in the bigger home improvement stores , without all the walking and possibly getting lost. Clean store , reasonable prices , and friendly employees. It's now my "go to " for projects around the house

Since moving to New Mexico 2 years ago, each time I have visited this store they have been the most helpful with helping me find an item. If they do not carry it or have it in stock, they check other stores. A young gentleman kindly carried a heavy bag of pellets out to my truck just the other day. All the staff are so friendly and kind. They will always have my business!

I worked at Ace for two and a half months, it started out great and I liked it. The customers were wonderful and I got along with all my coworkers. The management team seemed great, but I slowly started to notice that they were never on the same same page. I have 6 years of customer service experience as well as 2 years of management and really got to know the customers. They enjoyed seeing and talking to me I always did the best to give the customers a great experience. Yet certain managers would try everything under the sun to make me feel unappreciated. Those same managers would talk badly about me and other employees behind our backs, the owners did nothing about this. I felt I was harassed multiple times by being screamed at unnecessarily, not given the chance to speak, being watched all the time, and being sent home for no reason. If it wasn’t for owner Ben and manager Kevin I would have left when things got bad. Do not work here, you will be unappreciated, over worked, and under paid. Not to mention their “policies” are absolutely ridiculous. They wouldn’t let employees use cell phones even for emergencies; many of my coworkers had family emergencies and didn’t even know about them including me. In this day and age it just seems crazy especially when we use phones to help customers who may not know how to look things up themselves. They say “customers first” but they really mean policy first and will use it to disregard employees and customers.

I have made several visits to Ace hardware in Los Lunas. I would like to commend the staff for the consistency with customer service provided to me. The staff always greets you when you walk in and there is always someone to help you find what you need. The customer service definitely is far better than Lowe’s or Home Depot. This store is very well organized and always clean. It is so nice to have this hardware store in Valencia County with exceptional customer service staff.

This was mine and my husband's first time in the store. Neither of us have been to an Ace before. The store itself is a very nice store. Alot of product and neat and clean. The problem I had was the employees. Now I know the neighborhood that it is in gets alot of theft but seriously these people were being ridiculous. My husband was looking for something to fasten a pole that he was putting up. So we looked around the store a bit, found the area for the fastners but they weren't going to work for him. So we decided to keep looking to see if he would find something else. Eventually an employee came up to us to see if we needed help. The guy tried to help but wasn't able to find a better solution. So we went back grabbed the one my husband thought would work and decided to check out the rest of the store before we left. During this whole time we were there multiple employees would pass us by and ask us if we needed help even while the employee was already helping us.By the time my husband asked me to go check out the rest of the store they were circling us, as soon as one would pass another would be going around us talking on there little radios asking for camera checks. It made me so uncomfortable I told my husband to pay for his stuff because I wanted to leave. I understand they have a job to do but seriously this was too much. I will never go back again and if my husband decides to then he better not invite me this time.

Great store! Thankful to have an Ace Hardware in Los Lunas. Good selection of merchandise. Good quality and very helpful staff! Purchased a 20 volt Craftsman drill and I love it! They have everything from yard tools to barbecue grills. Definitely recommend our local Ace!

I love going here!. Always helpful and they always seem to have a sale or discount on everything I need. I even got coupons in the mail for being a rewards customer already and the establishment has only been open for less than 6 months.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I took in 5 window screens. I was told it would take four days. It took the two weeks and they didn’t fix them right. I wanted the frames and screens redone. They screwed me out of $110.00. They wouldn’t give me even a discount. The man told me he didn’t take the order I told him Robert did.The one is so bent if I put it in it will break. I’m elderly disabled women with disfigured hands from rheumatoid arthritis. I just hope I can put the one that’s bent in without breaking it.
