We were charged more than the price on the menu ($7.49 for a cheese burger, charged $8.49) When I pointed it out to the worker, she said "the owner raised the price, it's not my fault.". I get that prices are increasing, but be up front about it and don't try to sneak it in without telling your customers. And, unfortunately, the burger wasn't very good.

I love that this location feels right out of my childhood. Unfortunately that’s where the greatness ended. The employees were less than friendly and seemed more interested in the upcoming football game than I’m taking our order. They insisted that they didn’t have gravy for the chicken strips but i overheard them talking that they just didn’t want to make it. So sad. They also don’t have a restroom so know that before you try making a stop for food and a bathroom break while traveling. If you just want. Quick shake or ice cream I’d say stop but otherwise, probably choose somewhere else.

I have no idea what the deal with employees here is about but they're always rude and unprofessional. I'm sure not all of them are this way but that really just makes the entire business look disgraceful. When someone lacks common courtesy they should not be the one taking orders or handing out food. Don't bother saying thank you. They just slam the window on ya.👎

No smiles, looks like they hate their jobs.Wheelchair accessibility: With a railing and a garbage can on the sidewalk, good luck getti g a wheel chair thru there. Thats just the front of the store. Zero accessibility from the side, where the parking is.

Worst customer service ive ever seen. Rude little teen girls working. They close at 8 we were waiting in line with 3 others in front of us they didnt take any of our orders instead made us wait till it was 8pm to say they were closed and then where disrespectful no manners. Will not return shouldnt let teenagers ruin your business

Be prepared to wait more than 25 minutes for "fast food" if you want to try this location. Go to probably any other place in town for faster service especially if you're on the road.

Have not stopped at a DQ for a long time. On a friend's suggestion we did. They raised the $5 special to $7. My sole own shoe has better flavor than their burger. But the ice cream Sunday was great.

I love this little place. It truly is quaint. The owner makes it feel like a mom and pop shop in that I always feel like I'm eating fresh food from a house kitchen. The food never disappoints and the ice cream is always a delicous treat. The ladies behind the counter work hard the kitchen never fails to deliver warm or hot food as I like it.

The fries were ok. The chicken strips were dried out and overcooked. The sundae to me didn't have great taste, but I'm sure it isn't real ice cream. Not a fan and would probably never go again unless in a pinch, which was basically why we went there to begin with. It's cheap but not good. Sorry 😐

Little to no seating, long wait time. Would be quaint as an old throw back walk up window for ice cream orders if there was actually any way to enjoy the outside? Coupled with a rough local hood, not a family stop off. Go to the other location in town.

We stopped by here on the way back from El Paso . Everyone had blizzards. My son's also had a hamburger which was pretty good and the chicken fingers which were okay. The fries were very good. The blizzards were great. The place is very small and we don't expect much from Dairy Queen but it was very decent.
