When in the Las Cruces area, make sure you stop by Picacho and have a wonderful in-house roasted caffeinated libation.I had the Americano, which was both silky and robust. A woman owned business that really hits the mark for the relaxed coffee experience.Picacho gets three out of three chili peppers.🌶️🌶️🌶️

It makes me sad to only be able to give this place 3 stars. It used to be my absolute favorite coffee in the country - when I wanted a latte, this was exactly what I wanted.In the last three months, they've hired new baristas who clearly have no idea what they're doing: 5 out of the last 5 drinks I've gotten from one specific barista have been undrinkable. You know when you go to village inn at 3pm, order a coffee, and know that you're drinking the bottom of pot that was brewed at lunch? That's what my $6 lattes have been tasting like. I took one sip of mine today and immediately threw it in the trash because it was undrinkable.This used to be my favorite secret - now I'm actively telling people to run as far away as they can.Picacho, now's your chance to close for a few days and retrain your baristas. I won't be back for a while.

For starters, I am a coffee junkie. No matter where I go, the first question is, where can I get a great cup of coffee? I’ve had coffee in More than half the states in the US, and countries far and wide. When I’m asked, what is my favorite coffee, it’s always the same answer, Pacho Coffee.I now live in Colorado and have tried all the local roasted coffee I can find hoping to develop a local supply. In the end, I continue to do a monthly order from Picacho. I have probably tried every blend they offer, and I’m never disappointed. What an incredible source of consistently great roasted coffee beans. Still my main stay and worth the cost of shipping, without a doubt. Just finished a very large cup of Planadas…wow!!!

We stopped in twice during our 3-night stay in Las Cruces. The employees were very kind! The cherry cold brew was delicious, as was the loaf of bread we bought (turns out they make fresh loaves on Saturday, so don’t always have bread on Friday for toast). They were even willing to make us avocado toast from the loaf we purchased and to sell us a pint glass of oat milk. Will definitely stop in again next time I’m in Cruces.

Nice spot hidden on the corner of W. Conway and Harrelson by the railroad tracks off S. Main, Las Cruces. This place was recommended to me by the owner of Quality Tinting. It was a great choice. The service was great. I ordered an Ethiopian blend coffee and a Guava pastry. The coffee was good but the pastry was amazing. It's a good size venue where you can watch the coffee beans being processed and bakery goods being made. I highly recommend this place. The coffee took a few minutes to get done because they grind the beans when you order. Then they percolate the coffee. Yummy.

Super legit operation here. Great coffee, chill vibe, records for sale (good ones). Soundtrack is not heinous modern pop played at an ungodly volume, rather well-curated classic indie gems. Large main bar with metal stools or deep plush couches. I could do without the fluorescent lighting, but that’s really my only complaint.

Very hipster and modern aesthetic. The coffee is fantastic and it's so cool being in the building and watching them roast the coffee us pretty neat! It can be really loud (music and the roasters) but usually pretty slow so it's a great place to study.

I had a delicious cappuccino here a couple of days ago. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, friendly staff and patrons all combined with a good music selection.Their espresso blend is rich and chocolatey with a little bit of a fruity aftertaste - just the way I like it.

This "out of the corner" coffee roastery, is as much delight as it is delish. A registry of flavors of the chihuahuan dessert, roasted subtlety into exotic beans. The 10 oz is the standard size and you get the drink free if you purchase the bags of roasted coffee. Enjoy the HiFi speakers to the turn-table of alt music.

A little off the beaten path, and you have TK navigate a railroad track, but well worth the trek.It’s spacious inside and they don’t blare their music (although playing Queen at 7:30am- they should have). Whether to study or converse about the real estate market, this is a great place to do so.I got a cold brew with a pump of the mocha sauce. Not only was it delicious, but it took me all the way to noon with a smile on my face. I will be returning in the morning for more coffee and small talk with their friendly staff.

World class coffee right in the middle of Las Cruces. Amazing passion for their craft and a lot of skill to go with it. Had a fantastic pour over and bought some phenomenal beans from Colombia and Ethiopia.

Lousy customer service to a long-time customer. It was clear that my business was not valued at all. Most business offer free shipping when you spend a certain amount and your FB post with no qualification said just that. I spent $70 which seems like a reasonable amount to qualify for free shipping. The poor customer service came in your responses. I guess business must be great that you won’t spend $10 to retain a customer. When is lived in Las Cruces, I drove across town to buy your decaf beans. Everybody in the shop was great. When I moved out of state, I started ordering online, 5 bags usually, now a 5 lb. bag. This is such a disappointment.
