For a long time we couldn't afford to get our dog properly groomed so we'd just shave her at home (poodle so she can't just grow it out) the dog groomers here were very patient and nice to us and our dog who was not very excited for the new experience. Not to mention how good the cut is on its own!! She's so soft and fluffy! And she always comes home happy!

Consistently great service by friendly professionals. We have an older dog with a long coat and they groom him on the regular. He actually loves going there and is always happy when he goes and comes back looking great!

She is amazing at grooming my mini poodle mix! She has been very reliable and professional. I reached out to her as I needed a groomer who would keep up with my dog as she was it! She replied right away when I first reached out and continues to. She great at communicating if anything changes. She has a great personality. She is friendly and caring. If you need an amazing groomer, she is the one!

I was looking for a new groomer in the area for my dogs. Pampered pooch is excellent! They were able to get me in quickly. Their facility is very nice and clean, with the grooming section in the back, but it has a window to be able to see what’s going on. They don’t groom/crate multiple dogs at once. So you can trust that when you drop your pup off, they’re getting individual attention and then you pick them up as soon as they’re done. The groomers themselves are very thoughtful and caring. I have an older dog and a younger dog, and not only did they know exactly what I wanted in terms of grooming, but they also accommodated my older dog’s needs/tolerance of being groomed. I had a great experience and I will definitely be coming back.

I will never take my dog to that place!! I spoke with the groomer Friday to ask if my dog could be groomed? Gave her the dogs name and time to see if she had a cancelation no. I assure her we would be there Monday at our scheduled appointment. I walked in they had put my dog as a no show gave her appointment to another dog. The groomer stated I didn’t confirm on the text I guess human communication doesn’t count. She didn’t even offer to reschedule my dog plainly said no watched me walk out with my dog could care less. I feel they are racist being Hispanic they gave me that impression. I am happy I didn’t give them my business i wouldn’t trust leaving my dog there. I called another groomer and got my dog I right away.

The women at this shop did such an amazing job with my grandmothers miniature poodle! He has never looked so clean, so happy, and had a typical poodle cut in so long. Fantastic job and will continue to return and recommend :,)
