I called this company to make an appointment with Albert and he was very nice. Once I called again to confirm the appointment and let Albert know the maintenance guy was going to open the door his whole demeanor changed. He snapped at me and raised his voice saying he did not want to wait on a third party and to meet him there today to get it done. I kept telling Albert I did not have a key and that we would have to deal with the maintenance guy either way. By that point Albert was yelling at me and told me they were just going to cancel the service. I don’t understand why he had to get so mad and speak to me so rudely. He could have simply stated they would not prefer to wait for the maintenance guy and apologized stating they would not be able to make the service call.
