Overall a good store but always stuff in the aisles. The workers are always late opening the store. Never anyone to ring out customers, they tell you to self check out while they sit in the office. This morning there were customers waiting after 8am outside while the worker was sitting in her car in front. She finally came to open the door 5 mins after. Sorry but the store sign says open at 8AM and that’s what some wait for. And this happens a lot so I always try to avoid this store unless I have absolutely no choice. If ur in a rush in the morning. I suggest Troy king dollar general or Hogback first

The worker here chased out my nephews for one of my nephew pulling up his pants; guess he should've just let it fall off, so he wouldn't get chased out. She said it was in her camera view and that it looked suspicious. I think it was more of how they were dressed because right when they entered the store she went straight to the office. If she thought they were stealing she should've ask them to empty their pockets and she would've seen that they weren't stealing like other stores would.

Under new management, and it shows! The store is more welcoming, put together and friendly. The manager was friendly, courteous, informative. I received great customer service.

Okay prices.Customer service could be better.This lady with red hair, muffin top and ugly eyebrows was just staring at me.No greeting or "how may I help you?"Couldn't tell if she was done helping the other customer or not. She didn't seem to know a lot.Thankfully, the other worker was knowledgeable and knew what she was doing.

ALWAYS PRODUCTS in the isles! How hard is it to put away the products?! And this store is always close around 7? Giving you enough time to get things cleared on the isles ? And outside sign is off, does that mean the store is closed ?

They could be more organized, the workers could be better at smiling and greeting customers like you get at Family Dollar, plus the stores could be alot cleaner and probably better and brighter lights l, the store looks dull and kinda dark however if you go into one of their competition stores it's brighter then their own stores but they do have deals and only one person at checkout I believ 2 would be better!

My family member is pregnant she tried to get the girls that work there she had an accident on her clothes they didnt help her. I went in the store i got after the cashiers they finally helped her. That was good though

Clean store that has name brand stuff. They have a $1 and a Clearance section. Coupon acceptance. Half the time there would be a long line mostly because one worker will be working the cashier and stocking.

The store is always messy and the workers never know the prices or the sales items. I was wanting to buy some little pictures and the cashier took them behind the counter and said she cant sell them. The sales prices are always wrong and the workers dont know how to fix them. Only location I've had problems is in Kirtland

I wouldnt say you would get the best service there but you dont get the welcome feeling. The advertisements don't match up... I ve been turned down for wanting certain items and they don't even have them. The very tall man is very rude..I dont think he even likes Native Americans. Someone needs to talk to him about being nice to customers.

Its a good place to find great things for cheap.. Great location except parking lot is small. And bathrooms are clean.. Store is clean.. No compliants here

It's clean, friendly associates, they try to keep shelf's stocked. The only problem is "No Public Restroom". But other than that I like going to this store.👍🏽😊

You couldn't get down isles because of sticking carts. Kirtland store is the only one like this. Always cluttered

If it wasn't for the pricing, and location (every where), I would absolutely avoid it all costs. Messy, and hard to navigate.
