You need to better Train the people you got taking orders at the drive thru. They have major attitude and aren't kind. Rude behavior and very impatient while a elderly person i was with was trying to order. It definitely was so disrespectful. I would definitely make all your staff do a courtesy training fast because whoever you have needs to improve their people skills. He should have known better.

I'm sitting here in my car right now in total shock about the items that I just consumed in your store. The sign reads: "happy in a cup." But all I can think of is how full my cup was of depression.The best part about my experience tonight was being able to utilize the Restroom facilities due to the fact that I had been holding my bladder for approximately 17 hours. After 5 visits to the young lady at the cash registry, my order never became the item I ordered. To this very second...I'm confused about what I ordered. One minute there was cookie dough. The next there was no dough but tons and tons of chocolate Ice cream (I ordered vanilla). The next time I went up there was the no ice cream and only small chunks of chocolate. And by the time I got my order during the last attempt, I had received the very same wrong item that I had been given at the beginning of my order 45 mins prior. Tonight was going to be a very special evening with my soon to be bride. After hours exploring the nearby scenic routes of the reservation, we approached your Dairy Queen with high hopes. But we are leaving tonight with broken hearts, unmet expectations, and a mouthful of depression. I don't know what else to say other than I grew up in Texas and always had Dairy Queen, but my entire world has been turned upside down-similar to the melted blizzard that could not be turned upside down due to the poor combination of mixed up ingredients and lack of customer service at your location. The next time I come back I'll stick with only using the restroom and saying hello and good bye. This is why I do Bluebell.

Everytime I go there with family or friends…whether it’s inside or drive thru- the cashier Matthias is rude. I don’t know if it’s just the way he talks but he’s rude everytime he speaks with someone. Then when someone complains he always says “do we have a problem”-“is there a problem” - my friends and family just feel on edge when they go to this DairyQueen. They like to go when he’s not working. Other than that the food is good but the service is slow and they always forget when you ask for condiments or sometimes someone’s food.

We were the only ones near the end of the night and the workers I encountered acted like they didn't want to be there or I was a problem because I decided to buy food at their establishment I didn't get a greeting or a thank you and no apology when I informed them of an error regarding the order. Just cold stares and the cold shoulder.This place has disappointed me numerous times before and will disappoint you too. Go to Farmington DQ instead. One of the top 3 worst customer service experiences in my entire life. Despicable service to say the least.

Good quality and very awesome prices.Only thing that sucked was the workers. No one smiled and the atmosphere seemed like no one wanted to be there.Would give it a 5 but workers.Parking: When the line for drive-thru is long it goes right through the parking lot.If you coming out to leave, your gonna have to wait to leave til the line is short.Horrible.Kid-friendliness: Good for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic doors. Gonna have to hold the door open yourself.

This place always mess up my order and are very slow. I go to this dairy Queen because it's convenient, close to home. I don't have to go all the way into town. I ask for three hamburger patties all the time for my dogs and I am always missing one or not cooked all the way. They need faster service. Even when it's not busy. The service is bad.

Food is quicky made. Hot summer days when it's hot, they make your ice cream right away then when you wait in line(drive thru) is melting away, so the time you get your ice cream, it's already in the melting stage. The manager taking orders don't give you time to look at the menu either!

First and last time at this DQ. $22 for 2 burgers, fries and drinks. Then when we asked for ranch instead of ketchup for fries, they wanted $2.50 more. And they lost a sale of 2 blizzards because of that.

A crowd of young employees who are rude and have no customer service skills. If you want the value menu and you've been waiting in the long drive through line because the order person is slow and rude. Best be sure you will be denied the value menu if you are a few minutes past the end time.

Slow and generally makes the orders wrong and incorrect. I have come on multiple instances and had my order made wrong, with employees seeming to not care much about working there or following customer service friendliness that should be common for all businesses nowadays. Wont be coming back here again unless there seem to be some significant improvements in staff.

If I could do zero stars I would. Went by last night around 9 in drive thru and they said order taker will be with us shortly. There was absolutely no one in the restaurant when we pulled up in the first place. So we waited and waited even said "hello we're ready to order" still no one. Waited a little longer. Was there about 15 mins total because I'm a patient person. Well I drove around by the drive to window and there was a girl just standing there texting on her phone. Again there was no one in the restaurant. I don't think I'll be going to any DQ in the future. This would be the 3rd time a DQ employee was just standing there not helping..

I used the drive thru and it took FOREVER. I almost gave up. I ordered a meal deal and an extra sandwich, if it wasn't for the Orange Julius I would've split after the first 15 minutes. I got my food and noticed the packaging for the 3 pc. Chicken Strip basket has changed. It's definitely smaller & it's not in the box it used to come in. I was disappointed.

I'm really trying to figure out why people even eat here. I recently ordered a $5 lunch only to be served a deluxe burger with no as tomato(officially described by Dairy Queen as"thick cut"), a pathetic amount of lettuce, and one measly onion. I called about my concerns and the owner's response was rude and uncaring. Despite the fact that there are a plethora of grocery stores nearby they want me to eat a fully paid meal with no tomato? Unacceptable. I have other stories from various sources who dislike the food and management at this place. The workers are always cheerful though. The only good thing about the store is the plain vanilla ice cream.

It's alot slower :( long lines.. long waiting.. kirtland dairy queen is slower now compared to Farmington.. but I'm proud of them for hanging in there. Food is delicious. Cashier's are sweet ❤️👏

As many workers they had on shift, the service was slow, I had to wait to place my oreder, NO customer service at all.. the employee apparently knew a customer (in front of me) and continued to carry on a conversation. He also gave me the wrong total at the window and I had to correct him.
