Needed rear blinker lights replaced. Because I have a campervan it was not your usual bulb replacement and with a bike making access difficult the mechanic was knowledgeable and figured out how to get the job done efficiently.

What else can I say? Walmart doesn’t disappoint. We all know they have a shortage of cashiers & other staff but we come anyway and patiently wait for our turn. Big variety, deep option choices and relatively cheap prices are what we get in return. Friendly service is a hit or miss but you do get it sometimes and is a pleasant surprise. Its a long drive from Crownpoint so these are planned trips reserved for the weekend but definitely worth the trip.

Most of the workers are rude!!!! Encountered ONLY four helpful, courtesy workers. Restrooms were dirty ANDNo furniture in the "Mother's room " I guess Walmart thinks we like breastfeeding our children standing up while inhaling fumes from the floor cleaner and the handle came off as I was exiting the room.

I came in for milk & bread today. The place was swarming with rude, angry natives & overflowing food carts. Then it dawned on me that it was food stamp day. I felt sorry for the worker that was trying to stock the bread shelf. The natives were blocking the whole aisle with their carts and loading up with all the white bread in a mass frenzy like it was the end of the world. Then, going down the other aisles, the natives liked to push their carts against the flow of traffic in a hostile manner & seemed okay with smashing into others... Very odd... 😵‍💫

The cashiers are not friendly. They keep moving things around. All they do is point when you ask them for things. The pallet full of things all over. There are no walk way

Great stuff, the automotive could use some work on their service though. Got my tired repaired, but they didn't repair it and charged me. Tire was flat again soon.

I went there 12/19 a little after 10 pm. I grabbed 2 or 3 items before I headed to the liquor aisle to grab some cheladas to enjoy after work. I know they have a checkout there, and the last few times I used it, the person working the counter has always been more than patient and accommodating. But tonight was different. This rude worker demanded my I.D. before I even put my stuff down. I told her I wanted to make 2 transactions. Again, she just demanded my ID. And then she tell me she can only ring up alcohol. I know she's full of it cuz again, I've done this with no trouble at all. So she says she can't do it if there's a line. There was only one other person and i only had 4 items tops at this point. She ended up ringing up the non alcoholic items and starts demanding me to put the box of diapers on the counter so she can scan it. I told her again, I want to make two transactions. I also wanted to buy a guft card. I had cash. She said I have to take it to the front. At this point I was over her laziness, so I just took the last item to the front. I know work can get tiresome. I too work in customer service. But You do the job until it gets done.maybe she needs to be put in another department. Cleaning work, perhaps, so she doesn't have to cater to us annoying customers. Sorry I inconvenienced her. That was totally unacceptable behavior from an employee.

For being such a big store, they treat customers well except when you need to return or exchange something. I tried to exchange a TV set that I neglected to return the non working set within the 15 days time limit they have set. I did not know it had been changed from 30 days to 15 days. I talked to them and was given a big run a round. Finally one woman in customer care gave me the name of the manufacturer,Funai Corporation in California. They have a years warranty on their product. They also gave me the runaround. They asked for pictures of the receipt, pictures if the set both turned on and off. The set was purchased in April and their warranty was good for one year. After I submitted everything they wanted, they accused me of damaging the set even though there was no damage to the set or even the box it was in. There is absolutely no damage showing on set or box. But I was still accused of damaging the set. So they refused to honor their own warranty. So what can I do?

Worst Walmart I've been to across the nation. Hands down. It's not a store. It's a prison you voluntarily enter and then can't wait to escape. Take my word for it. Go to any other Walmart.

Probably one of the busiest Walmarts I've ever been into not enough cashiers at all five to six or more people in it the lines that were open self checkout went around the corner and the shelves were pretty much empty and like everything like they need help

For the uninformed (Mr. Gutz) Walmart is not putting small sellers out of business, but invites them to list their products with Walmart. They can also have WM ship for them. Sometimes mom & pop falsely advertise and don't send what they advertise. Example: 24 of an item, but only send 12 or parts of an item. Love the services WM offers as we are busy these days. And there is a Walmart almost everywhere I go. 😊

It’s fine. It’s a Walmart. This is like the 3rd Walmart I’ve been to that has only one human cashier lane open during the day. Are times that hard that Walmart has to cost save this? Can’t you just have two cashiers open? I’m not asking for a lot. Ha.

Walmart is a miracle of the modern age. Unless you had an absolutely terrible experience, there is no reason to rate walmart and less than 5.There are drunk/high/crazy and potentially violent beggars crawling all over this parking lot, so be careful.

Hmmm....our Walmart experience in Gallup....Extremely crowded on Saturday. Port-a-potties lined up outside and all front and back bathrooms closed. And no bathroom in the McDonald's restaurant inside the Walmart store. We left and shopped at Safeway instead.

Was approached by a butch lady not wearing a uniform saying we need to check out ASAP and quit looking thru clothes they don’t feel like cleaning after someone this late! I told her you’re not wearing a uniform who are u?! She didn’t respond, she walks off. Another lady wearing a uniform comes out from behind a shelf and says did u hear her we need to close soon and start checking out-leave these things alone or I’m going to call security. I told her go ahead! I plan to look thru what I want, by then I lost interest and told my family let’s go!! We’re not gonna spend our money here on ppl that are more worried about closing then helping customers! Never ever had I experience this kind of rude behavior with Walmart employees. We don’t live here, we were passing thru. The Walmarts that we normally shop at never approached us like this! I read some reviews of this specific Walmart and I guess it’s a normal thing for them. Never shopping there again! Not worth the stop!

We're gonna say 90% of the workers are rude & unhelpful, including the so-called Manager of the hour I spoke to. Insanely jealous of Visitors to the area. We really love shopping in Walmart too but the last few in Mid AZ especially Prescott Valley & Prescott AZ and this location in Gallup NM leave a bad taste in our mouths. We get that people aren't paid well and the store is very busy but learn to treat people with the respect you would want, regardless of the other rude people, regardless of if soneone looks like you or not. We ALL deserve respect & kindness. The world is still full if nice people, it's just getting rarer by the minute. If you hate ypur job then go to school & get a better one like the rest if us did.

Took an hour and a half to change one tire, and one person was ahead of me. Morning meeting in the middle of service is unprofessional. Time management and quick service are needed here at the tire shop at Walamrt

Thanks to Mgr for allowing us truck drivers to park and shop. I was able to restock my truck with groceries n misc I needed. I shopped and was on my way down the road after. Store was pretty well stocked to.
