I just want to give a massive kuddo's for the great service they showed everyone, I came by to wait for my ride and just hearing how great they are really made me feel welcomed even though I did not purchased anything. I really appreciate the respect and friendliness they showed everyone. I yet to taste the food because I was broke, but there is always an update, keep up the great work. I appreciate you guys. This was my first time getting an iced coffee from here. I had to take back my first order because the flavor was too watery. I went back & the people there were nice & made my coffee again. It was better but I’m going to stick with Dunkin Donuts. I like my coffee strong. I’m happy that they didn’t put too much ice though. I appreciate that

We order 4 coffees all 4 were bad spend over $40.00.we waited for 45 minutes we were the only 4 in the area I told the employee the coffee didn't taste right and she just moved her shoulder and I'm and elder I was treating my 3 children bad experience 🙃 😔 and my son says McDonald would have been better so thats it for DJ coffee. Educate your employees more better better customer service.

I hadn't gone for a coffee in a while but yesterday I thought I would treat myself. When I drove up to the window, I went to the location by Big 5, and the barista asked how I was and I said I was great. I asked how she was and she said, "I am blessed." I thought that was so beautiful and made my day to have someone so positive serve me coffee. Wonderful people, wonderful coffee and a wonderful coffee experience. Everyone at this location is always so sweet and I always tip. Thank you to those that do their job wtih a positive attitude and kindness as it does matter. Thank you!

This is the most inconsistent place to get coffee. Horrible service, always have to ask what my order is again at the window. Today they served me cold coffee so I asked them to make it extra hot like I ordered. She then heated it so hot it blistered my mouth… she said try it and see if it’s hot enough knowing it would burn me. I will never return.

Stopped here around 3:30pm. Ordered an iced Carmel macchiato and a frapajoe. Both large. Asked for two shots of espresso in each drink. Paid $21.29 for both drinks. Both drinks tasted awful and too sugary. We've had a frapajoe here before never had this issue, this was my first time trying thier Carmel macchiato. They both tasted as if there were not even a single shot of espresso and my macchiato probably had only 4 ice cubes and it melted as soon as I walked out the door. My boyfriend and I drank a few sips and just ended up tossing our drinks. Also the crew that was working at this time felt so unwelcoming as I walked in.

The two ladies working on the morning of 10/28/2017 were amazing, had great work ethic and salesmanship. My wife and I both had one of their signature drinks called the "Avalanche". Which is a white mocha with macadamia nut, it tasted great. They had great enthusiasm at 6:30 am, remembered our names all the way until we left the coffee shop, and promoted Durango Joes West the best I've ever seen. If I had them as baristas, I'd never return to a Starbucks again. On a side note, I've never seen Starbucks have macadamia nut flavor, I'd give Durango Joes West another star for that.

Great alternative to Starbucks. Coffee smells and tastes great. Their version of venti is bigger! Am disappointed that the young staff doesn't often know much about their products, can't upsell, can't answer simple questions, and doesn't listen well. Asked for no foam, got foam.

The only issue I have there is the salsa for the breakfast burrito isn't consistent. Most times the salsa tastes like marinara and has only raw garlic spice to it. Other than that I enjoy most menu items.

OMG!! Ok so quick stop was not a quick stop knowing they have a drive-thru. Don’t get me wrong but I have always been a fan of durango joes and visited often at the new location near the West Walmart in Farmington since they opened. We drove up to order then proceeded to the drive thru window and they were about four cars backed up.! NEVER have I ever waited longer then 4 mins for a simple cup of Joe. Ended up waiting 20 mins and could hear the staff talking with no one inside the store.. I mean come on.! With three other cars behind us I can’t even imagine what is going through their minds. Sorry but I’ll keep to Starbucks for now and maybe Durango Joes in the future..WEST DURANGO Joes Farmington. No bueno.!
