Customer service was very rude, made me feel threatened and intimidated. Accused me of loitering when I had just purchased items and told them I was waiting for my disabled mother to finish shopping and was told by Carol one of the managers to tone it down and that she didn’t have to provide service and to wait outside. I have heard from others after I told them what happened to me and they said that manager Carol was very rud to them.

I was at the end of my shopping experience in the store and looking through their make up selection. This cashier, whose name I did not get. She was tall white had white silver bangs and a long pony tail. Proceeds to ask me if I was ready I told her not yet I'm still looking. She informs me well I'm leaving and walks out of the store. Instead of ok I will get someone else for you or any polite customer service experience, She was very rude. If I wanted to deal with attitudes like that i could have went to walmart. I most certainly will not be back.

Very short staffed but very nice people. Store was very cluttered and messy the shelves needed to be faced and boxes picked up. But it's hard to do that when you don't have enough people. Had four other people in line in front of me for the only cashier so it shows they are busy but their management doesn't have enough people to take care of the store properly.

Very clean for a dollar general. Staff is always in a great mood. Fast and friendly. If you have a low boy camper don't go there hard hitter on the rear end.

I love my Dollar General and East Bloomfield they have done such a great job of cleaning that store up lately the new manager is awesome the customer service is so much better now the new manager is top-notch I'm going to give you guys for stars I would give you five stars but I think they should pass out door prizes

Like any other Dollar general this location is seasonally stocked with a lot of what you need daily. I'd say they're most consistent items are an amazing assortment of chips and snacks.

I'm always a fan of the dollar general stores. A lot of people just think of them as another typical dollar store but the biggest difference about them is they don't get scraps they have their own distributors which allows them to sell high end products (for the most part) at low cost.65% of all items still are 1$23% of items are 5$ or less9% of items are 10$ or lessAnd only 3% are at 10$ or more.You can find great items for just around the house or save some money on groceries. Find toys for your kids/grandkids whatever they've got huge toy selection year around. There seasonal items consistently are changing and you can find a lot of things you normally would be paying 5x as much for that quality doesn't play as big a roll in long run.Everything besides electronics is honestly just as good quality wise & is worth buying here then st the bigger retailers. Every dollar general varies greatly so just know going in that if 1 doesn't have it another probably will

People are friendly here. It's one of the only two Dollar Generals in Aztec. If you need things last minute. This is the place for you. From snacks, house wares, clothes, shoes, personal hygiene products, household needs, cleaning supplies, detergent, diapers, medicine, and cookout supplies, it's here. Very helpful since its near the turnoff of to Navajo Dam/Lake area.

Businesses need to instruct their employees to say "thank you" to shoppers after we check out at the register. We are why they have a job. I said thank you and all I got was a "yeah" as a reply.

I like the prices at DG but the clerk was rude. So maybe plan your visits around the older blonde lady with a fair coating of cosmetics... Just saying.

You can save a lot of money on items at the General Dollar Store. They have a lot of variety including food items Frozen Foods milk and bread and many more items that you need for daily living for instance detergent fabric softener shampoo conditioner and paper towels Kleenex toilet paper. They have seasonal items for summer winter fall Halloween Christmas Easter Fourth of July they sell Flags American flags. They have gum and candy and those kind of things. They have batteries cigarette lighters watches excetera excetera. They sell some furniture like summer lawn chairs outdoor decorative Flags and of course during the seasons like I said they have Halloween candy Christmas candy. Most of the items are very reasonably priced. They also have a large selection of toys models puzzles. You can really save money on things like paper clips, printer paper, markers and ink pens and all the needs for back to school

Employees wearing NO masks even thou we r mandated too. This is like holding a loaded gun to customers heads because of where we are. Also very slow at unloading trucks too busy out smoking cigarettes and Mrg visiting with people in parking lot.
