Pretty decent place to shop. Love that the manager, Alonzo went out of his way to get the product I asked for from the back ...I appreciate him for that. Oh ,and I can not forget Mark ,from the deli . He's so nice and I always receive good service there.

Such a great store ! The baking aisle has many hard to find flours and the best ever Blue bird flour from Colorado . Also large array of gluten free products and lovely fresh meats.

The staff at the register were very serviceable, and friendly. They have quite a variety of items like cereals, spices and meats. Veggies are fresh! This ia good placefor a quick grocery run. I also appreciated the chart to choose how thick you want your deli meats.

The cafe/deli was delicious. The food felt like it was made in my kitchen. It was warm when served, well seasoned, and a decent serving size. We had the cheese burger. You could get tater tots, fries, or onion rings. Tater tots had the crispy crunch yet tender inside. The fries were well seasoned and went well with the cheese burger. The dining area was clean and had lots of light from the surrounding windows. Plenty of napkins and condiments are available to serve yourself. Free refill on the drinks, and the wait was reasonable. The eating area offered booths only, and the comfort was short-lived . I would have preferred a little more seat cushion but the booths are what provide the casual, diner vibe. No fuss , no muss.

I always grab something from their hot bar when going there. I also love that there are plenty of employees working and they are super friendly. I believe those are the key qualities that allow small hometown stores to stay afloat when the corporate stores move into the area.

I've been shopping here for 2 years the reason I gave y'all more than 1 star is cause it's actually a decent store with decent food and prices what more could you ask for it would have been 5 stars but the lady at the front at the self checkout wants to act like I'm a thief and think I'm trying to steal and won't leave me alone y'all should not treat customers like that

Friendliest people in town. They go out of their way to meet your needs and even will carry your groceries out for you if needed. We go there every time we're in Artesia to get their jumbo eggs. Always very clean and produce and meats always fresh.

Absolutely love their bakery! The prices for groceries and house hold items are a little high but it's better quality all the way! Their lunch options are the talk of the town! Must try!

Okay well I don't like talk bad about the only few stores we have in this town especially since I've been across the country and seen many towns with many little stores with good prices good deals good service what happened t-town ? How sad knowing that I have to work all day long trying my best to take care of this town this town can't even take care of me all I want is some meat slice to make sandwiches for lunch but because nobody wants to work and can't get them to keep the restaurant open long enough to get our meat sliced after work I'm in a dilemma? Don't know how to rate my own little town store it's starting to lose allure hope you don't get too big town mentality!!!

Fenn's is not the same store as it was 2 yrs ago..What happened to all the female workers , who helped bring the atmosphere of shop at Artesia home town pride Fenn's..You now have rude workers who act like it's a problem to help customers..Handicap people have a hard time getting around the isles shopping because of the displays leaving little room to pass ..The store has not got a great public relationships as it once had ..I stand firm on what I see and how people are treated..A place of business should be run properly to bring in all customers..

Little higher prices on some things buy meat isn't filled with water to make it heavier and they will not only ring up your groceries they will carry them out and put them in your car. Unlike Walmart where to shop you have to do thier jobs

Nice little grocery store in Artesia. The workers here are pretty friendly and they do carry Dolores Salsa out of Albuquerque. I'm glad they didn't run out today.

Fenns is a great supermarket in Artesia. Prices are reasonable, although everything everywhere is too high.They are one of the two competing with the big W and the closest to my home, so I shop there most often.The butcher counter is very helpful, meats are fresh and delish! Their produce is fresh, and the deli is also very good. (I suggest the Bulldog burger.)There are self-service gasoline and filtered water stations in the parking lotAnd the parking space is plentiful too.

This rating is specifically aimed at the deli counter. I pass by here on my way to work every day and I stop for breakfast every few days. The choices are priced right and delicious. They also do lunch options, i can only soak about the burger which was really good, just know they are busy so either order in store and go shopping for everything else you need or call it in before you leave, that way it'll be ready when you finish shopping or you arrive. Thanks for the great service and fantastic food.

If I could give it 4.5 stars I would. They carry hard to find products in this part of the world from Tamari to Gruet. Phenomenal liquor, beer, and wine selection. Puts the Walmart to shame. Plus the meat is the best around. What would make 5 stars would be a better seafood selection. Especially if they carried squid, scallops, and salmon.

Love this store! Especially the Deli. All the employees in the whole store are very helpful, store is clean, taking every precaution available. And all of their homemade salads keep me come back. Im from out of town, so homemade is king. Thank you guys. Chicken salad is my favorite.

Fenns provides items at a slightly higher price than competitors like Walmart, but In my opinion has better produce and more enjoyable Customer / Employee interactions.
