The cashier asked me where the batteries were that she watched me remove off the rack as if I was stealing them. Too bad she didn't watch me put them back as well. I won't be back. Cold and defensive service, terrible atmosphere for shopping, friendly service has been discarded for the anticipation of theft instead of finding and purchasing of merchandise you're looking for. Do feel sorry for them for suspecting new customers as thieves when approaching the register to pay for their selection if items in their shopping cart. Can't win um all.

This family Dollar is real cool. Every time I go there they assist me pretty fast. When I'm looking for something I usually find it if not then I go to a different store. There is always parking at the store and if there isn't parking there's a side parking where anybody could park. This family Dollar is by far one of the best ones because of their customer service

Store is organized staff is friendly and fairly clean. Not crowded and easy going setting. I enjoy taking my time here. I Don't feel rushed or overcrowded.

They have no air conditioning in the store in artesia nm where the temperatures right now are over 100°. I felt so sorry for the poor employees.
