I feel sonics hit a rut in finding employees that actually care about there job. Service has gone downhill and food is alright but nothing like it used to be! The food used to be great but now all I seem to get is cold tater tots and a burger that is just a mess to eat or/and cold. We really just go for drinks and blasts now and they can't even get our order right on those half the time. So sonic needs to step it up!

Sonic blast are not well made, the last 4 times I've purchased Ice cream here the cups were dripping and my hands got all sticky, ice cream seems like its been out for while and its liquidy. I recommend making the drive out to Canutillo's Sonic, the Ice cream there is well made and very clean.

This is my local sonic I guess the employees have change first thing I pulled up they were rushing me threw my order which was just drinks! Then a employee was cleaning the windows and throwing fingers at another employee in the kitchen and he was throwing them back! Very unprofessional! Then my ocean water had pieces of onion rings in it! Called the store no answer very angry and disatisfied

There was a car show in the next parking lot. That cars made it difficult to order due to blaring their loud music, and revving of the cars as the passed by leaving using sonics drive ways. This to, me made my experience not as good as other times I went by. If Sonic sponsored it, they may need to rethink it next time due to these circumstances. For other patrons may not like annoyance or the music overpowering sonics and not allowing for placing orders.

Good service! Always good with my orders. Also saw Yesenia cleaning and disinfecting the buttons and area for outside orders! I believe that is very good specially during this time. I appreciate her service due to the button not reaching out to the workers. She went her way and ask if my order was placed and I let her know that I ve been waiting. She decided to take my order and had it right out quick! Sonic is always very fast and easy!

Almost all the order was wrong. We ordered doubles and we got singles. We had already asked for our green chili double. We'll still eat there because it's the closest one. But I prefer the one in las cruces.

This location has their credit card skimming installed. Used it and was scammed. The employees are not helpful at all. They might be involved in the scam. Someone should sue them, because they allow scammers to steal peoples money. What a shame.

Friendly service, generous portions and very accomodating for particular orders. I was impressed with how expansive the menu is: you can get jalapeno poppers and ice cream!It's great that they will bring food right out to the car. Also, compared to other local Sonics, this one has less of a wait. I love that there's a Sonic this far out so I got to support it. They're open too when other establishments are not, so I appreciate that, especially if I want a hot meal later at night. The last time I visited, they even advertised that they were open on Christmas, I feel for the workers but hopefully they get compensated for working during a holiday. I hope that the employees are well treated as they always treat us so well.My only comment is that it does take a while for fast food. 5 stars!

Being a customer for over 10 years locally. I could say that today March 18, 2021 Hamburger was good. Fries were made fresh hot. Especially tater tots were really good and not dark or hard. Dessirea took our order. Was good having been coming alot due to hamburgers being cold and tater tots being dark and hard but today was good.

I was going to give them 3 stars as the experience was alright given the dearth of options in town. Staff was friendly and for the price I got an average and plentiful fast food meal. However, when I saw these blue bits in my burger I was immediately turned off. Why would ground beef contain anything blue when it's all supposed to be brown? That's strange and makes me doubt I'm eating the semblance of real food. I'm not an ET yet where I can eat strange food.

This is a great place... The crew from this sonic is very well mannered they ask for the order and repeat it... The food is very well proportioned and correct!.... I didn't have any problems with a wrong order....happy hour for drinks is a great idea!!!... I like it! Recommended. Definitely

The people who work here made this a 5 star. They care. Courteous, they actually LOOK at you when you talk, they ensure your order is correct and you have everything you need. They introduce themselves on the speaker and when they bring you the food. My server even came back to ask if I was o.k. And they all smile. 😀

Sometimes the food is cold, sometimes it's warm.Sometimes the chicken sandwich is perfect other times its over-fried with little to no lettuce.The ice cream taste like their own strange creation and you're better off buying it in a carton from a supermarket.

The price of a medium milk shake which actually is on the small side has risen to $4.45 per shake. Totally out of hand. Also the "buy one..get one free" after 8pm special has been removed. The nice waitress said that her business and associated tips have suffered due to the high prices and loss of available specials.

Today I went and bought their medium ice cream (sonic blast) I ordered 5 and none of them came with the whipped cream and very little sneaker. I ordered the medium ones . And I had never had a problem till now . But really I paid 28 dollars and for that ...! It didn’t seem fair . I hope the better their business and their customers service . I want to get what I paid for .

Ordered the #1 with tots, and the order was made fresh, and I really enjoyed my food, especially the burger. If a place I go to eat at makes their food fresh, and doesn't keep it under heating lamps, that's gonna keep me coming back, and this is why I like going to Sonic

If I could give no stars I would which is very rare for me. I pulled up decided what I wanted and then pressed the red button. Literally 15 minutes later no one has answered to take my order and there were only 5 other cars present. Needless to say I didn't wait any longer. There are plenty of other places to eat around. Don't waste your time here.
