I have worked with Window Service Corporation for the last 6-months. Sam and Sarah are always professional, courteous and provide reliable information and scheduling. We have a house with many windows where the seals have failed (East facing of course!). Sam was able to address all of the past owner's "repairs" and restore the windows. We are now finally waterproof - and Sam was able to do this even when other contractors said it couldn't be done. Highly recommend - particularly if you want it done right the first time, they are worth waiting for.

I have used Window Service Corp multiple times for window replacements, door insulation and repairs, and the installation of beautiful Hurd screen doors. Sam is always on time, professional and highly skilled, as are his sons who work with him. They are fast, accurate and pay careful attention to the smallest of details. They clearly love the work and that makes them very pleasant to work with. I have several rescue dogs and they are great with them as well! Sarah takes care of the appointments and her communications are always kind and considerate. She returns calls right away and keeps me updated on schedules and deliveries. I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of the people at Widow Service Corporation. We have Hurd windows and needed glass replacement....these are the only people that we would ever let work on our windows! They are on time, work steady and completely clean up after the job. I have used a number of contractors over the years and these are truly craftsmen. Sam arrived on time to give me an estimate to repair a sliding glass door. He arrived on time and that is about the only positive thing I can say about this company. He spent approximately 20 minutes here and told me I need a tuneup on all three sliding glass doors even though only one was causing me problems. He charged $50 for that estimate. He said they would send a statement of how much it would cost to do the repair. The estimate was sent within a couple of days and was $566.34 with several notes that the work they will be doing may have additional charges because another company had worked on the door before. They wanted 50% down payment with approximately 6 to 20 weeks lead time before they could get to it.I think this is ludicrous and the whole experience with window service Corp. was a waste of my time. I would leave it broken before I would have this company fix it.

Sam, Sarah and sons did a great job on my glass replacement and door repair. I had several units that needed repair and they handled multiple installs at the same time. I have used Sam and his hi-quality team for many years. They have replaced all my doors and some windows and I cannot begin to tell you how much of a perfectionist he is as well as a craftsman. His team always leaves my home clean & tidy and Sam even stayed late to be sure that my front door locked properly after a big installation on a large new front door that had special hardware that needed to be installed. I give this company a raving AAA+++ and would give higher if such a score was available.

Their whole team is great! We had a number of big projects, including fixing/replacing a heavy sliding glass door, removing a large LR window to correctly seal it (it wasn't installed correctly when the house was built), and replacing 3 large windows on the west side of our LR that were continually letting water in. The cause of this problem turned out to be worse than we all expected, but their team showed/explained the issues every step of the way and did *fantastic* work in fixing it all - including rebuilding part of the wall supporting our windows! We have used Windows Service Corp twice to replace old Hurd double pane window glass that had failed seals. Sam and his crew do an excellent job. The double pane, coated glass replacements from Sierra Pacific are far superior to the original Hurd windows.Service: Glass installation

I have 20 yo Hurd windows. Sam, the owner, and his crew performed maintenance on all my windows and replaced the window panes with high efficiency panes. He replaced the cranks and repaired the screens. In addition all the aging and leaking skylights were replaced too. i dont even post review but I was looking for just estimates and I called this company, the lady I spoke to should not be a customer rep, she should work in a different department. There was no willingness on her part to even provide any inputs. She keeps on reiterating that she deals with "hurd windows" and there is no other input beside repeating the same thing. I would suggest her to take some customer support training.

I live in the East Mountain area, so it's great to have a reliable company that will come out here to do repairs like this. These folks, namely the office staff (Sarah), are beyond rude. They think because they are one of the only games in town for certain jobs they can treat prospective customers however they want. Rude, expensive and completly unprofessional...look elsewhere if you can.

We needed to replace some windows and get new gaskets for many more, as well as having a door repaired and rehung with new weather stripping. Sam and his team did an amazing job, worked efficiently, cleaned up throughout the process, and did first rate, meticulous work. Sarah in the office replied promptly to every request, kept in touch with us and everyone answered all our questions. Window Service Corporation is a first class operation, professional, great to work with and delivers excellent work! We would use them again any time and recommend them enthusiastically.
