This location has a lot of things it needs to work on the employees are Hit or Miss there is one young lady who's always over the top pleasant and willing to help the rest are kind of just there including the store manager on multiple occasions I found out of date items and I don't mean by a day or two I'm talking over 4 months the drink cooler is hardly ever full there's always freight on the floor you will definitely wait a few minutes for somebody to check you out there is constant complaining about the location and just about everything else from the employees if you don't want to work here then don't work here play customers don't need to hear that

I’ve never once had any problems with the pharmacy dept but now they seem tobe failing. They never answer calls or hang up and my medication is always delayed but come to find out my meds were stocked. As pharmacy tech, it's your job to take into consideration and importance of your patient/ customers health.They seem to not be there for the patients. I used to trust this pharmacy but now my review says it all.

Needed life threatening medication, and the pharmacy was closed for a lunch break, waited for hours. Noone ever showed up. If you don't have staff to keep up the pharmacy, close the damn pharmacy permanently until you can find some half wat decent techs. Obviously I'm not the only one that has complained about this . 2 stars is embarrassing.

No customer service, only cashier was in the alcohol section, where miners were checking out. This store definitely needs investigated by ATF and will be filing complaint tomorrow. Go to Albertsons down the street, 1/2 the price and service is much better.

Their pharmacy is the worst! I waited for too long on hold for them to give me the wrong information and because they don’t know how to do their job I am staying with my old Walgreens pharmacy even though it means I have to go to a different part of town for it.

I go to this Walgreens very often because it is in close proximity to my work. Tonight I go in after my shift around 11:08, your store is open another hour, no one is in the front because everyone is in the liquor section. I go in to get something as well, knowing what I want and I’m told that alcohol section is closed, and the last person to be getting alcohol (small line so it didn’t close at 11) seems to be a manager of some type from the store (I’ve seen him before) and I feels unfair that because I don’t work there, I don’t get the same service. I understand wanting to close but I’ve never been refused service while the area is still open and actively serving.

One of the pharmacists here has been super welcoming and helpful with my prescriptions and how to administer them. Her suggestions helped a lot and she was very professional. One of the most positive experiences I have had at a pharmacy. I’m transgender and that type of acceptance and professionalism will have me using this pharmacy as long as that person works here.

If there is 0 star i would have give them. So irresponsible! I’m pregnant with gestational diabetes, everytime i need my test trips through insurance there was always problems. I can never get enough the quantity my doctor prescribed.

Delivery drivers should all just stop accepting orders for places that won't let you use the restroom. This is a company issue not a store specific issue. By not allowing people to use the restroom, you re discriminating against people with disabilities.

I bought a bottle of liquor and they overcharged me. The liquor cashier said he needed a manager to fix it. There was no manager in the store.( after 10 minutes of searching for him)I came back the next day, and they can’t give you a refund, just credits on their account.That’s not acceptable.

I've always had Pleasant time dealing with this Walgreens location and the pharmacy is very very helpful excellent staff very courteous. It's easy to locate right on the corner of Juan Tabo and Montgomery so if you need anything from Walgreens this would be a good one to go to

the staff are nice but I genuinely have never been to a slower location. I scheduled a Covid test for 12:15 thinking that would be PLENTY of time to get it done before work at 1. I HAD to get it done because I am a childcare worker. I was in that line for thirty minutes and no one ever saw me. There’s no option for a Covid test specific line. I totally understand being understaffed but the fact they let a single person back up the line for six people knowing any number of said people could or would have appointments is so ridiculous. At what point do they ask him to park and they’ll be with him in a moment. What am I supposed to do? Not go to work? Guess so!The employees inside also have super incredibly slow lines but they’re nice at least and I’m sure at some point would have the gall to ask someone to wait because there’s so many other people waiting on them. Not the pharmacy though!

This is not directed to the retail part of the store, this is because of an experience I had at the pharmacy. I have never had any problems getting my prescription whether that be a prescription that I preordered online or a prescription that I pulled up and ordered at the window, but this one visit was awful. The lady at the window had a weird attitude from the second we pulled up and I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I know how some customers can ruin your whole day and maybe she had a bad interaction with the person in front of me. I made a simple request, the same exact one I make every time when I ask for a refill. And a few seconds after gathering my information she told us she couldn’t find any prescriptions on my account under the information I gave her and started asking questions I’ve never been asked before, questioned the conversations I’ve had with my doctor about dosage and suggested I wait off on the refill till I talk to my doctor and have a new prescription made. First of all, from that moment, If I called my doctor and made an appointment, I probably wouldn’t get in till a week later or longer. I have limited ability to travel around to take care of different errands after I totaled my vehicle and I hadn’t been able to pick up my refill for four days. My prescription is for anxiety and depression and the side effects when I miss doses are rough. The last thing I needed in that moment was to fight over receiving my prescription which is usually a breeze. I tried to call and make a complaint but the line kept disconnecting, like I was being hung up on repeatedly. I’m sorry for anyone who’s had a similar experience. She lady had short black hair and was wearing pink scrubs that day.A side note: I scanned the prescription bottle she gave me on the app this last time I got a refill, to avoid the same experience I had before. And when I went to pick it up, it had the exact dosage I asked for the previous time that the lady said she couldn’t find in the system and didn’t give me.... someone explain this to me.

I miss going to CVS but my insurance only covers prescriptions through walgreens.They are seriously understaffed which makes the whole interactions rough. I called to request a very specific brand of medication, which my doctor even noted on the prescription. They went ahead and refilled with generic, I had problems with generic and asked that they don't do that.After calling again they said they would order what I needed. Two weeks later... they said they are still trying to order the correct ones.I ended up paying out of pocket and having the prescription transferred to cvs and i got my medicine same day.You can refill your prescriptions online and they never ever go through or get filled. Terrible pharmacy

Knowing that there is a high demand for the new omnicron vaccine, I decided I would try to make an appointment for the vaccine a couple weeks early. I wanna do it while I'm off and I have plans this weekend and next weekend so I was gonna make it for the weekend of the 30th. The web site and app said my profile is incomplete and won't schedule me. So I called the automated system and it won't schedule me. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes (it would ring, someone would pick up without saying a word, and I would hear hold music again) they said my profile is fine but they can't schedule me behind the counter and they don't have enough vaccine anyways so try again later?!?! I'll use CVS instead

Pharmacy staff and management is unprofessional and apparently isn't interested in making money. Drove up to the pharmacy at 1:27 and at 1:31 a staff member came on the intercom (not the window) and told me they're on lunch. I told them I've been here since 1:27. No response. Called to tell the manager and got placed on hold three times, and eventually hung up on. I'm absolutely floored. Will be taking my business to a family-owned pharmacy.

It's a joke everytime I come (no matter the location). One time, the servers were down so they were trying to stop people from coming into the store, only to lock my girlfriend INSIDE despite me telling them she was in there. Today, I stood at the front for 20min waiting for a cashier. I could've walked out with armfuls of stuff.A joke.

Absolutely horrible service. Staff have no clue what they are doing. One of the pharmacy tech told me I don't know how to process the medication. Spoke with the manager and she said we hired new young people and they have no training. I mean really how these people pass their test and become pharmacist is beyond my understanding. Shame on every single person working at this pharmacy.

My daughter needed to use the restroom while we were shopping and when we requested it's use, we were told they don't offer public restrooms. They said since they are privately owned they aren't required to provide one. The manager said "due to safety concerns such as use of drugs and other problems, Walgreens will not be offering public restrooms any longer.". I told him not everyone is a drug user and since they allow public shopping they should make public accommodations. EVERYONE NEEDS TO STOP SHOPPING AT WALGREENS

District mangers need to come see how incompetent and rude the manager is at this location. First she tells a customer that she's the only cashier, but two minutes later she called for a back up cashier. Then the customer she was helping asked for 4 one the same type of cigarette only to have the manager grab one then when the customer told her she said 4, the manager rudly said "no you didn't". I heard her and other customer heard her say 4. But even if the customer didn't, that's no way to treat customers. I would give a zero star. This place is the rudest place I've been in. Never going back and I don't recommend anyone to shop there

As I and my wife were putting our items onto the counter at the register there was an old heavy set lady with glass that was talking to the young lady who was about to take care of us and this heavy set older lady told us that we had to wait for her to finish having a conversation with the young lady about how to do her job. Now as a supervisor myself I would have taken care of the customer first then I would have proceeded with training after the customer was taken care of. That showed some poor management skills and that just speaks volumes on how well the people are trained. Very disappointing 😞

Editing review: Pharmacy is doing better.PHOTO although - do NOT get your passport photo done here!! They were EDITING it right in front of me and said “this is normal”. Came home, measured per U.S. Department of State form and it’s incorrect! Save some time (and likely hassle) and go down the street to Staples - photo dimensions came out perfect.

Their hours are totally random, not what the website or phone recording state. Hours will vary week to week, day to day, and you can't get your prescription sent to a different Walgreen's if they're just not going to be open at all. It can take days, up to a week, to get a prescription filled, not good when you're supposed to be starting medication immediately.

Another add. I called them before I went to pick up my prescriptions to make sure they ran them thru my 2nd ins. When I got there if they hadn't ran them.To add to this review. I didn't think it was possible but this Pharmacy has gotten even worse. They have new people and they still don't know what they're doing. My doctor faxed over my scripts. I then checked online to see if they were ready. They were pending. I checked 30 minutes later and they were removed from my account and wasn't filled. They have done this dozens of times. People beware!!!"READ THIS REVIEW" This pharmacy is one of the worst. I have two insurances and they never apply the second ins and I always have to wait for them to run it through again. We order our Christmas cards and get a call telling us we need to order a different kind of paper (they're out of the glossy). I ask to talk to the manager and sit on the phone until they hang up on me. We resubmit the order with different paper and get an email that they're done. Turns out they were never even printed. Fail.

When I entered the store; the cashier said hi and I said hi back but she gave me a puzzled look. Then I proceeded to the health section but could not locate the item I was looking for. When I noticed a heavy-set Walgreens, employee emerge and following me. I walked through the aisles to locate an item I came to purchase but then I saw another Walgreens employee and she took me to where it was located. Then she left and the heavy-set lady was right behind me and treating me like a thief due to being a minority. I work in the legal field and this is racial profiling. Also, I noticed that other customers who were not minorities were not monitored. This location made me feel like I was doing something wrong looking for an item I came to purchase. Please train your employees from racially profiling someone based on the color of their skin. Probably reaching out to ACLU and NAACP to train your employees from not trying to intimidate customers who are frantically searching for an item would benefit this location.Remember not all minorities are thieves when they enter a Walgreens!It has been a few weeks and no one from Walgreens has replied on Google Reviews to my review. Seems like this Walgreens location does not care for their customers complaints.

I would not even give this walgreens a store as for the pharmacy not sure about shopping. I been trying to refill a prescription for days now and it rings someone answers and immediately puts it on hold then I'm on hold forever then the samething happens over and over again till I finally just hang up very unprofessional it's 9:13 am u can't be that busy! Now without this prescription I experience horrible withdrawals or sidewefts from my Cymbalta hate the medication in the first place! Come on you guys!!!
