Smiths is awesome. Me and my bro got a sweet deel on these shades. Unfortunately we had to return them because we were one cent short:( I don't think Smiths is AS awesome anymore.

Went to Smith's at 4700 Tramway in Albuquerque for birthday cakes for Grandmother and children. Being in from out of town ordered as soon as we got in and were all set to pick up. Picked them up without issue but the realized the names on the 2 cakes had been spelled incorrectly. Then when eating the cakes the icing was not as ordered and the cakes were not made as ordered. Very disappointing as one would think something that is a one shot deal would get the attention to make sure at least the basics are correct.

I have been mischarged the last 4 times I've been to Smith's. Fortunately, I noticed one of those times immediately before I swiped my credit card. And the first time I let is slide. But now I've lost over $40 in the other 3 times I've been rung up wrong. This last time, I calculated up my total before checking out. It was supposed to be $92.36 not including any tax. It rang up as $106.58 with $1.45 tax. The only taxable item was the liquor. I brought this up to the cashier before I swiped my card. Because I can't really go to customer service to resolve this, because the Smith's employees have told me that customer service is closed at the times I would possibly be able to resolve my issue. And I don't want to have to drive back to the store and get my $10 or so. But after this last time, I was extremely frustrated. Because I didn't want to swipe my card before resolving the discrepancy. But the cashier couldn't help me until I was able to print out a receipt. So I swiped my card and got the receipt and immediately informed the cashier about the products ringing up incorrect. I was told I'd have to come back the next day at 8:00 am to resolve it. That isn't going to happen. I don't know what resolution I might have in this matter, but I'm really not willing to shop at Smith's if this is the new normal procedure. I am not saving any money by shopping at Smith's based on these last 4 experiences. And I don't know how long I've actually been over paying for what I thought were good deals. It wasn't only till the difference seemed outrageous that I noticed. One transaction was just over $40 dollars on an estimated $50 dollars in groceries. That was the one transaction I resolved immediately at the register before swiping my card. Because I cannot go to a Smith's during the new customer service hours. I actually drive a little further than the closer Albertson's stores to go to Smith's for the savings. Now I feel like a fool. I spent over $40 to save like $10. I'm pretty unhappy about my recent experiences at these Smith's stores. And I tried shopping at the other Smith's location to see if it was just a specific store issue. I normally shop at the Smith's on Tramway 87111.

The issue was our cashier, Kelly, who said nothing to me, kept eating chips, and when I asked if I could swipe my card very rudely snapped “Yeah” and then ate more chips. Awful customer service, the Eubank location is better and friendlier. We just stopped at this location because it was on the way. Won’t be making regular stops here again due to the poor customer service.

Very disappointing. Out of stock on simple basic items. Advertised meat on sale is displayed in a very misleading manner, signage does not clarify differences of sale and non sale items. Be careful or they will "gitcha"!

I asked an employee if the restooms are transgender friendly and they said no but on there web google page says there lgbtq friendly and transgender safe space but there bathrooms are not.

I wish I could do 0 stars! I was shopping and picked up a clearly canadian and was stabbed in the hand with a piece of glass!! Obviously this bottle I picked up was from a case that had a bottle break in it, but no I was treated like I was making it up and was told to go to customer service AS I WAS BLEEDING EVERY WHERE!! I went to the bathroom and rinsed my had which kept bleeding, I was given a band aid and THAT'S IT!! NO SORRY, NO ARE YOU OK?! NOTHING!!!

Rotten food being sold. Lots of stuff way past its expiration date (meat, deli meat, juice, yogurts, all things that need refrigeration). Molded produce, containers with rotten lettuce. And these are the full priced items, not the woohoo meat that is discounted.They don't stop people from bringing fake support animals and occasionally it smells of piss when you want to buy food. How is this sanitary?

This place no good grocery store, the managers and supervisor a jerk and trouble makers, the lady manager with yellow hair is a trouble maker and rude, probably they all rude and low life employees,I feel bad for them , I weather go to different locations

Favorite Smith’s in town! I’ll pay extra for the Uber or spend an extra 15 minutes on the bus to go to this Smith’s over the one on Louisiana or Carlisle. Fast checkout, fantastic selection, wide aisles. No trashy, screaming children. People dress a little nicer here, fewer basketball shorts! Peaceful, clean. Thank you for a consistently pleasant shopping experience!

They have a good selection and the same prices as most other grocery stores. Smith's card is a big help. On the minus side, they never have enough checkers and self check almost always has people waiting. Poor customer service! They should have stockers work at night. Customers have to work their way through the stockers blocking their way and the boxes sitting in every aisle are a tripping hazard. There has to be a better way.

FREE FOODI was in Smith's the other day. This mom and a teenage boy. Loaded up their basket with food in the mother told the teenage boy Self check out. They were in the Frozen aisle. You can tell that the boy was scared death. I still there and I watched him go through the self-checkout. The mother walked out and then the teenage son. I went in I told her the employee there that's working in the front. And you would not guess what they told me. They said oh that's okay they do it all the time. I was like what are you serious so you mean I could go back there loading my basket with food and just walk out and you guys won't do nothing about. And you're having a security guard on his phone talking to the young female and not doing his job. Maybe you guys go to put the gate by the door. That just lovely. So if anyone wants free food help yourself and Smith's apparently they don't care.

I opted for self checkout because there were no registers open. After 25 items they came andCounted our items even though others items did not need to be counted even when they were over 25. Do you actually want our business? I know you do not care about one customer but either provide a cashiet or pay me to go more slowly my cart was 100% acurate.

Was at this store at about 5pm on Sunday 3/19/2023 with my wife and son as we went to the self checkout the cashier called for assistance and proceeded to stand and watch I and my son and wife purchase our items and after we were done my wife ask the cashier to deactivate the alarm on the razor blades we purchased and her response was it does it automatically. As I and my wife and son began to exit the store the alarm went off which resulted in the employee not giving friendly customer service and making sure it was deactivated in the first place also being profiled by the employee was very disrespectful and I will make sure that everyone that I know does not go to this store. Word of mouth can make things better or worst for business

Terrible Smiths. Produce outdated, not fresh. Meat looks sub par. Check out clerk went so fast with groceries that a few things got smashed and one item was left behind after I paid for it! Will not shop here anymore. Heading to Albertsons!

I teach middle school home economics and have been shopping at Smith's locations for supplies for the last 5 years. Assistant manager Isabell did not know how to complete a tax exempt purchase. Instead of helping she argued with me, told me they "don't do" tax exempt, cut me off when I tried to explain the process to her and then TOOK MY TAX EXEMPT INFORMATION AND USED IT TO LOOK UP WHERE I WORK AND CALLED MY BOSS TO TRY TO GET ME IN TROUBLE. Yes, you read that right.. I threw Isabell's horrible attitude back at her and she forgot she was the one in customer service, not me. I filled out complaints on the corporate level and the store level and have heard nothing back. Starting with a new vendor next year.

Smith's, you have made it so that criminals get free groceries. While paying customers have become your employees. It is NOT RIGHT! I watched a guy with a full grocery cart pretend to pay at self checkout and proceed to walk out with the groceries. Your staff, can only yell at him and tell him not to come back. Yet they also say that this is the 3rd or 4th time he has done it. So, as a paying customer, why should I even bother? HIRE CASHIERS!!! Make it so the THEFT is hard to do. Instead of making life for a CRIMINIAL easier and HARDER on the REST of US!!!! DO BETTER SMITH'S!

i would rate this smiths much higher but Im really annoyed that the doors were shut and locked 15 minutes before closing at 10 Pm... if your going to shut and lock doors at 9:45 then closing time is 9:45.... RIDICULOUS!!!

This store seemingly never has enough cashiers working. The lines for check out have become looooooong. Also, its produce section has gotten worse and worse over the last few months as they bundle and package inexpensive items into large ticket purchases.
