Cindy and her crew at Eubank and Montgomery are amazing. Cindy helped me decide which flowers to use for my grandmother's funeral. I do my own arrangements but I ALWAYS use her expertise when it comes to things like this that are so important. I can always count on her to know exactly what to use. And if I don't feel like making my own, I know there is ALWAYS something gorgeous in her coolers to grab. They are the best!!!

I ordered the Just Happy Bouquet to be delivered to my mother's work place for her birthday. The measly looking flowers they sent were far below the quality that is advertised. I have bought much nicer bouquets at Smith's for much less.Edit: After the flowers bloomed, the bouquet was beautiful.

I love this flower shop. The arrangements are always beautiful and the customer service is exceptional. I ordered an arrangement for a friend and unfortunately we had a slight miscommunication about the order color and when I called to discuss the situation they so graciously listened to my concerns and offered to redo the arrangement for me.

We worked with the Montgomery location for our wedding flowers (October 2022) , which included a waterfall bridal bouquet and flowers for attendants. The flowers were all beautiful and held their freshness for a long time (and dried well). Working with the staff was easy; we had one in-person meeting and a few check-ins by phone. I was honestly surprised at the good value and wonderful results. I highly recommend People's Flowers.

I highly recommend NOT coming here for your wedding or any important event. The quality we were given was terrible. The experience was awful and disappointing for our wedding. The day of the wedding, we received our flowers and they were in the worst quality they could have possibly been in. Disappointingly enough, it was noticeable in our wedding photos and overall experience. Most of the flowers provided were dry. The flowers that were pink or white looked more brown than pink or white, the flowers had a brown hue to the petals and continued browning at the church, the centerpiece flower arrangement, and the flower girls bouquets were a lot smaller than what had been described to us, the boutonnieres kept falling off of the men, especially the groom. We contacted them to express our disappointment, hoping for a genuine apology and to request a refund that we felt would be fair. A refund was given, but it was not discussed with us or one we felt was fair. They tried justifying to us why they were dry by saying verbatim, "it was a warm day which would account for some of them drying a bit," which disappointed us even more. They didn't care to apologize, respond after that or be customer focused. Terrible experience for a wedding. If we could help a bride and groom or anyone for that matter, to NOT experience what we did, then I hope this review helps. Do better! Unable to post photos here, will post on Yelp!

My wife and I had People's Flower's as the vendor for our wedding . Unfortunately, they were noticeable in our wedding photos. We expected better quality, especially for such an important event such as a wedding. We highly recommend not coming here for a big event such as a wedding. We regretted our decision and would hate for anyone else to feel that way as well.

I recently visited to plan some arrangements for my wedding and the staff was outstanding. I only needed a few things and they helped me pick everything out on the spot. A few days later I decided to send my fiancé flowers for her birthday. I purchased these from the website and it turned out amazing. Delivery was really fast and the arrangement was beautiful. This is the only florist I will be using in the future.

I ordered the Summer Splendor for a coworker because her dog of 15 years passed away. What I received was nothing like the picture online. The flowers that were delivered have only one sunflower that looks like it has life and there is not a single orange/red rose. The purple roses in place of them are tiny, not like the bigger ones in the picture, and the bouquet is mostly made up of carnations. Very disappointed!A manager Josh called me immediately after posting this review and was amazing! He offered to correct the order or credit my account. I so appreciate a business that follows up with reviews and genuinely cares about making it right. I will definitely continue to do business with Peoples and trust that they will fulfill my orders as requested!

This location was awful to me and my daughter. I tried to order flowers for a funeral and at first tried asking about lilies 2 dozen. She said her other location may be best, I then asked about any white flowers that would be available and she again dismissed me and told me about her other location. If you don't want business then shut down.

My sister has an account with Peoples, and she always sends us the best gifts through them: flowers, candy, balloons. On my son's birthday, I was particularly pleased with the great service that deliveryman Marc A. provided when delivering a balloon bouquet. When he saw that my son is a toddler, he warned me to get rid of the plastic bag the bouquet came in since it is a safety hazard, and even helped me with the bouquet when my son cried out b/c he saw me reaching out the front door. I wish I'd had money to tip Marc, but since I didn't I wanted to call out his excellent service here! Thank you Marc, and thank you Peoples :)

I have been buying flowers steadily from Peoples for years. The arrangements are always beautiful and fresh. If for some reason there is ever an issue they will make it right without a hassle. I frequent the Montgomery location where the staff is friendly, helpful and takes an interest in chatting with you about your order. A bonus is the weekend individual flower discount when you buy a dozen or more.My internet soapbox moment: If you are unsatisfied with service you receive from any business the adult thing to do is contact them and attempt to resolve the issue before posting a dramatically scathing review on the internet. If you aren't able to reach a reasonable solution then post a fair review. Most good businesses will want to keep you as a customer and work things out to your satisfaction. Negatively reviewing a business without giving them a chance to make it right can affect many people's livelihood. Let's not be a society of complainers but instead be honest and fair.

Pretty good selection and good prices for making your own bouquets, but some of the older ladies were rude, unhelpful, and wouldn’t even arrange the flowers in the bouquet when it was a large bouquet, stating: “she or you get to arrange them.” Go to another location.

I will NEVER use another flower shop as long as I live in NM. They blew my expectations away. The prices are very fair, and the flowers are the absolute best I've ever seen. I've used them several times now. Each time they arrived on time in perfect shape, and I always get the reaction I'm looking for. If you dont use Peoples Flower Shop you are doing yourself a great misdeed. Use them! They're by far the best in the state. Oh and if you're like me and have no clue what to send, they're reps are extremely knowledgable and always pick out exactly what you're trying to say. They rock!!! The ladies at this store, Cindy and Carol put together a colorful, bright, and bold flowered arrangement that I gave to my aunt was she was really sick. I have always been very pleased with my flowers from Peoples. I waited to see just how long my "Tuesday" buy flowers would last. I received them on August 20th. This is our September 21st morning. Sonrisa Blooms LLC is where you should take your hard earned money! That's what I did after I called People's Flowers. People's flowers said they couldn't deliver flowers without a phone number because of the Pandemic. I was trying to go above and beyond to keep these flowers a surprise and this shop simply wouldn't help me.Sonrisa Blooms LLC was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC AND AMAZING. She was so accommodating in how to deliver and when to deliver, she ask about the person I was sending flowers to so she could design specifically for my friend. She delivered the SAME DAY even after a unexpected snow storm. The flowers were GORGEOUS and she even sent a picture of them to me for before she delivered them. I wish I lived by their shop!!!!!So I'm really glad People's Flowers didn't want to help me.
