We just adopted a dog and I wanted to try somewhere local and close to home! Our girl came back feeling and smelling wonderful!! She had the basic grooming but the gal there did an awesome job, I highly recommend!! Our dog Charlie has anxiety and some health issues that has made him very aggressive as an older dog. He won't allow us to brush him and he looks like a shag rug most of the time. Despite Charlie putting up a fight, Amanda is so sweet and takes amazing care of him. I am so impressed by how clean she gets him and how much hair she is able to cut off, he always looks beautiful and feels soft coming out. So grateful to Amanda and this salon!

First time bringing my baby m Guero here and I’m so impressed with their work!!! They left my baby very handsome and over the ladies are supper nice and if I could give them a 10 stars I would!!! My Bugaboo Marley who's a Jack-Chi puppy came in to get his nails done. He'd been here once before. He had a great experience with the owner. I quickly learned by my pups good judgement that the other locations we went lacked compassion and we're some how bad people because my puppy has never experienced what he was put through. Not here. What a blessing. This time we had the pleasure of having his nails done by Destiny the owners daughter. She was amazing. My pup has Never gone to anyone that easy. He smiled the entire time. PGS is the best grooming place my fur baby has been too. I had been wanting to give my Pomeranian a shorter cut rather than trim and was nervous, but these girls killed it! They also were very flexible letting me add a coloring service the day of! My fur bby has never looked prettier 😍

I take my cat to get her nails trimmed. I am able to get in and out very quickly. The attendant is friendly, efficient and is very gentle with my cat which is very much appreciated.

I have been looking for a local groomer for months! Amanda was the only one who returned my call...and I'm glad she did. Took my 3 rescue dogs, two had never been groomed before. All 3 are clean and she did a great job shaving them too. I am very pleased and will be back! I highly recommend. She also is much more affordable than many other groomers.

Don't let the location deceive you. This place is absolutely AMAZING. I brought my dog in today for the first time and met Amanda, who is the owner and operator. She is super nice and professional. She understands that our animals are family and they treat them like so. My dog left out of there as happy and excited as when we first walked in. My Sadie (female German Shepherd) came out of there just the way I expected, smelling and looking awesome! Two thumbs up for PGS Pet Salon! 🐶

I have had Simon for a year now and this is the best haircut he has had. Looks like I took him to "Grandma's house" where he was taken really good care of and got lots of love. There were other dogs around and they, too, looked happy and not stressed about where they were. The dogs that were done also had great cuts. They brought to my attention an issue they found in his ear so we could get him taken care of right away. He was happy when I picked him up with no signs of having been upset or scared. I will definitely be back!

In the past, I've taken my dogs to other grooming places, but for the past several years I've been using PGS and I won't take my dogs anywhere else. Amanda (owner) is one of the nicest people I have ever done business with and I've grown very fond of her. Not to mention, she's very accommodating, always getting my dogs in on short notice and I've always been happy with the service and the price. She treats my dogs well. I'm a forever customer. ♡

They did the best job I have found so far in Albuquerque. I am definitely going back. They only took a couple hours, which was great because my doggie is 19 years old...the last groomer would keep her for four or five hours. She did exactly as I asked and she did it well. Even left little lashes on my doggie. My dog seemed like she was treated well when I picked her up. I can tell when the groomer was mean and these people treated her like a queen. They even offered to let me stay if I wanted. When I walked in I could see them with the other dogs and they were not being mean and the dogs did not seem stressed. Like in other shops. I really don’t understand these very few bad reviews because I am very happy and they now have a loyal customer in me.

I have been taking my three dogs to Amanda for a couple years. As most im extremely busy and usually forget to set an appointment but almost every time Amanda will get me in within a day or two. I have 3 very spoiled dogs and are high maintenance and over the last two years my dogs have went from very clingy to letting them groom them now. I know that they are treated really great or they wouldn't have grown to be thus comfortable . Thank you Amanda for always taking care of me...showing kindness to my three dogs and for everything you always do. I will always recommend you and will always bring my dogs to you!!
