I've been there at least 3 times before the closing times of 10pm and the store is frequently closed at around 9pm. EDIT: went there 12/2/2023 at 9pm and it was closed, again. Owner, please hire different workers! This cvs cannot be relied on.

Was asked to “pull up, if someone came behind me” because Jenna had to “check my insurance”. Did as asked and my wait was prolonged even longer. Poor customer service.

AVOID THIS CVS. I’ve picked up my prescriptions from this pharmacy for the three years I’ve lived in Albuquerque. I’ve always been pretty happy with their service and their drive-through window. This last time, they made a mistake: there was some issue in their system with my new insurance, so they didn’t fill my prescription, and they also didn’t call to notify me. This left me having to solve the problem on my own and do detective work on the day I needed to pick up my meds. Getting answers about what was wrong with the prescription from the person at the pharmacy was like pulling teeth. Her name is Charlene and she told me (haughtily) that she’s a pharmacist. After more teeth pulling, she admitted that there was a pharmacist manager I could speak to—then put me on hold for half an hour. I transferred my prescriptions to the CVS pharmacy in the Target on Paseo, just down the hill. They were helpful, courteous, and filled my prescription immediately and successfully (without attitude). The CVS at the top of Tramway has had customer service problems before this, from time to time; but never ones that road-blocked the filling of my prescription. I won’t be returning.

I have used CVS for years but it has gone downhill and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. They wouldn't work with me and my I insurance company to get a transplant anti rejection drug which I need desperately. It was like they didn't care

I had no trouble locating exactly what I needed. At checkout, the cashier was very courteous, friendly and helpful. It's nice to see the employees smile and enjoy helping customers.

It's 8:30 at night and they have the doors locked. The young man working inside looked right at me while I was knocking and walked away. Based on the reviews I'm not the only one to experience this. Someone needs to be fired.

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever dealt with. Always out of my prescription. Multiple times they say they order it but then fill someone else. Have had to get emergency medication from my doctor twice now because of this. This is now 4 months in a row that has taken over a week to get my medication filled.

Scheduled and went to my favorite CVS for this year's Fluzone high dose shot on 10/23/21. Tech. Lydia gave me the shot. It was smooth. However, she was super busy with a long line of customers waiting for shots and did not offer the vaccine receipt. I called on 10/24/21 and Niki mailed me the receipt for my records and to send to my PCP. The vaccine record shows they gave me Fluad Quad ... not the Fluzone high dose I came to get at CVS, instead of my drug plans preferred pharmacy Costco since Costco, does not keep Fluzone high dose, but does the Fluad Quad. Disappointed.

The best CVS pharmacy in town. Mike, the head pharmacist runs a tight ship and hires only competent staff. I live close to 2 other CVS locations, but pick up all my prescriptions here: in 5+ years they've never been late with an order or mixed anything up (which I can't say for other CVS pharmacies I had used here in Abq).

Have had nothing but issues lately with the pharmacy refilling medications that I haven’t been on in over a year. Recently they have had a power outage which is out of their control, however, it would’ve been nice to have had a voicemail of some sort stating that. It’s been days that the pharmacy has been closed and a lot of us had no idea we had to go to another pharmacy to get our medications. The sad thing is, if it was a controlled substance, the other pharmacy wouldn’t fill the prescription.Another issue was the horrible attitude and customer service by Lisa. When called to get updates on the pharmacy she was rude and didn’t want to give out information as if it secret service information. She needs a course in customer service skills on how to speak on the phone. You never know what a patient is going through, especially when they aren’t receiving their meds. Compassion is what she was lacking and she needs to tone down the attitude tremendously!I will be leaving this pharmacy for numerous reasons. Tracy, the pharmacy manager has ALWAYS been super sweet and compassionate and I will truly miss her.

Was great until the inability to insure request for meds were being sent to the correct doctor office. Took a prescription in and instead of verifying the address and phone numbers the pharmacist just auto defaulted to what was in the system and then couldn’t explain to us why the prescription wasn’t being authorized. We now know after realizing that the print out the pharmacist gave us that they were calling and contacting the wrong doctors office. doesn’t give a lot of confidence if they can’t get the doctors office right can they get the medications right. I’m not sure if this is a thing for CVS but any of their locations (AZ & NM) seem to have the similar problem. Avoid!!! If the insurance would let us go elsewhere we would. Charlene at the pharmacy could use a training on customer service, phone customer service, and overall ability to be compassionate vs cold and uncaring in her tone and lack of response. 10 min hold didn’t help when everyone knows that store is never busy.
