A manager searched another employee, including checking in her water bottle and purse, before she was allowed to leave the store- in front of a long line of customers. I can't imagine working for an employer that treats its own workers like criminals, the poor girl looked so embarrassed.

Love the selection and prices but every time I have shopped at the Alamogordo store there is only one cashier. I wanted to purchase an item over the weekend and again only one cashier.And it was Saturday. I got tired of waiting in a long and slow moving line. I put my one item back on my way out the door.Please have more cashiers available,especially on the weekends!

It was as we expected, awesome. We were here last year and we couldn't wait to get back for some real Mexican food. From the chips/dip to the meal to dessert, we couldn't have enjoyed it more. We also sat in a new section that had a lot of pictures and windows. We really enjoyed the customer service and atmosphere. The second time was as good as the first. We thanked the staff for excellent service and food.

I was just at Ross yesterday, and it was a very pleasant experience. Due to COVID-19, the fitting rooms weren’t available as of yet, however I live within walking distance, so if I have to return an item, it’s not a big deal. The return and exchange policy is hassle free, which is fantastic. Even though many of the shelves were empty, I still found more than what I need. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The store itself is very clean. I’m so grateful to have Ross in Alamogordo! 😀👍,

I didn't buy anything. There was an employee at the entrance counting people going in and out. Masks required. Social distancing markers. Flow signs. Employee guided me where I wanted to go. As I was empty handed on my way out, she asked what I was looking for and suggested coming back Monday. I felt welcome and safe. More impressed by this Ross than any other I've been to.

I have started a collection of statues of elephants, wildcats and now I found a pair of kissing giraffes that absolutely magnificent. Ross is always getting new items. The service is professional yet friendly. It will be even nicer when we can see their smiling faces without the need to wear masks which I have a difficult time breathing. I have terminal lung cancer. If you want to I appreciate all prayers 🙏 God bless you all.

5 stars for the staff and cleanliness but 2 stars for the products. This Ross is EMPTY. The shelves and racks are so sparse. Everything is spread out to make the store look more full but when you have an entire row of the same exact plastic baskets spread out to fill space, you aren’t fooling anyone. Get more product!!! Especially since Marshall’s is coming in. Going to be a tough time competing.

I have been to a lot of bathrooms inside Ross all over the US...I know...a weird thing to say..but this was the cleanest I have ever been to inside a ross...even had toilet seat covers...

Their not as big as some ross stores but they are definitely just as good. They always have a pretty good range of sizes and different stuff. Good home range to! The associates are always nice to which makes a big difference.

Nice when its not crowded and during this pandemic, its never crowded. I go maunly to buy the $4 cardboard cat scratchers. They are a grwat size and cost twice that at other stores.

The store was neat and tidy. The deals are always good. Shopping in the evening on weeknights is much less stressful than on the weekends when the whole town seems to be there. Overall a good experience.

Had to run in and grab a shirt for church as the one I had I had spilled coffee on it around 4:50 for a nice blue lightweight fabric shirt and it looked really nice was able to ask someone for help and out quickly done couldn't be happier

Tired of the staff harassing everyone who needs to try on clothes. They also need to stock smaller women’s clothing. The petite section had five items in each size.
