Needed a lockbox quickly... I was pleasantly surprised to see Rite Aid had the perfect size for my needs in stock. It could have been a bit cheaper for sure though.

I paid for my medication using pay n go, but when I went to pick it up I was told I had to pay for it again because some numbers got messed up somewhere, preventing me from picking up medication I paid for

I called this pharmacy location at 7:29pm and sat on hold for 33 minutes and 13 seconds. Twice I was lifted off hold and the phone rang and rang. After the second time, the phone rang several times and then I was disconnected. I am so over this pharmacy and lack of support. Pick up the phone and at least say I'll be with you or take a message.

Best corner store ever! I've often enjoyed walking to this Rite Aid for a quick snack or bottled beverage. The store is kept very clean and orderly. I have to give a special shout out to employee Pam! Anytime I've ever needed help shes quick to assist and always greets me with a smile. Never had a bad experience - and I've been going here for years!

Always a great experience. The lady at the drive thru window always has a smile on her face, been using them for years for one of my meds. The only issue I have is that they're so far out of the way from where I live. If all of my scripts were due at the same time I'd fill everything there. The pharmacists are nice too unlike other places. I like this Rite Aid better then the new one

I wouldn't have given them the 1 star.. been going to this rite aid for 20 not 2 ,20 years. Never have a problem untill Irene the cashier is working. On Saturday the 28 of November 2020 . I was in store close to closing and Irene says to me you have a o get out of here. We're closed. I think to myself ok I have to leaveThe 2nd clerk opened the first set of security doors for me to lete out and as I proceed to walk out the main set of doors, the steel security door was closed partially. Keep it mind I'm 5 foot 6 and I hit my head so hard I seen the big white flash. I asked the clerk for medical attention and she called for Irene the man is requesting ambulance se time went by and Irene was told again that I needed medical attention. And we got no response. I feel I was ignored by Irene intentionally. The store is a typical rite aid, they all have the same stuff. GO TO ANOTHER ONE. I ALSO USED THAT STORE TO BUY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO GIVE TO THE NEEDY CHILDREN FOR THR VFW POST 1616... all I can say is when I'm in that etablishment IRENE treats me with disrespect and ignorance. Irene should not be able to work with the public!!!!!!!!

I bought a sugar dispenser, and accidentally dropped the bag and it shattered in the bag, so I went right back and told the cashier and she said I could grab another one. Then two more workers came up front and she told them the situation and the one women agreed with her and said for me to grab another one....But the OTHER woman said "WAIT-SHE DROPPED THE BAG?"....and by this time I was already going back to grab another one, but they had no more. I went back to the front an told the cashier, and asked if I could at least get my Money back($3.29), but the OTHER woman was still standing up front "acting' as tho she wasn't paying no mind, and the sweet cashier told me there was nothing she could do for me because it was my fault,(which I know it was), but I think because 2 workers told me I could replace it, that the manager should have coincided with them or at least worked something out so I wasn't leaving with nothing! First & LAST time I'll EVER go to this RITEAID!!!!

I’ve been calling the rite aid pharmacy for 2 days , no one answers in the pharmacy, I finally got in touch with someone in the store today on November 7,2021 and they said that the pharmacy is reducing the hours due to staffing issues ! What is the problem? I wish someone would contact me I’ve been trying to pick up my medication that I desperately need
