Consistently out of stock of medications they knew weeks in advance I would need (what are computers for??). If you are on any controlled substances or pain relief medications, they automatically deem you an addict and treat you like garbage. Go here if you want to have anxiety and have issues that dont arise at other pharmacies!!! My blood pressure just rises thinking about what kind of a disaster they will throw at me this time!!! I LOVE DISASTERS.

My husband and I shop at this CVS all the time and always encounter the most friendly, helpful associates. We stopped in on 7/3/22 around 8:20 on our way to see fireworks as happy as could be only to encounter a new employee who had zero customer service skills. As soon as we walked in, we overheard her speaking in a disrespectful, annoyed tone to her manager. Then when we walked up to the register, she said, “One minute. I’m in the middle of a transaction! The lady had to run to her car!” So we waited patiently. She started arguing with the lady when she came back in to pay. Luckily the manager took over and then helped us. As we turned to walk out she walked right in front of my husband and said EXCUSE ME as if he walked into her. I hope they don’t keep her as an employee.

Out of all the cvs's I've been in this is the only one with one self checkout and there was a lady there with a whole bunch of coupons and she was going through all of them go through your coupons before coming to the store.I can't believe the employees didn't say anything to her never going back again they are lucky I didn't say anything . This location needs work.

I went CVS for UPS. When it was my turn I put the package on the counter, the woman said" I hope its not 30 lbs. We don't take it if it is".I told her it was 13. She told me I needed a label. I said I guess I need a regular UPS store. I asked her where one was. She said "I don't know, I've been here 2 days. If you want to know where one is in California I can tell you". I am sure she could have been a little more polite.

Rude customer service at the pharmacy. Tech should leave the attitude outside. Get another job if you don't like this one, if anybody is stupid enough to hire you.

Went to This particular CVS were I needed to return something. The gentleman that was there, wouldn’t return my product said he couldn’t take returns, then told me after 30 days, I might have to get a credit. He had a horrible attitude,and didn’t try to help me at all. I went to another CVS were they kindly returned my product. I’ve been in retail many years, he needs to sharpen his customer service skills! Won’t ever go back there!

Incredibly rude pharmacist. Yes, the staff is overwhelmed, and I am truly sympathetic andpatient, always. Her dismissive attitude meansno more morning shopping there. But the most offensive thing, hearing her take the Lord’s Name in vain.

This CVS is hands down the best in the area! They were able to transfer all my prescriptions from my previous Walgreens and another CVS. When ever I go there they ask how I'm doing, they really care (just had surgery), and my dog loves going because they remember his name and give him a biscuit in the drive-thru! LOL

Just phoned to have a prescription delivered to my parents I explained I am out of the state working and my dad is ill and needs script , they said they could not deliver till tomorrow. Thats not customer service , you would think they would have some compassion and deliver it before then.

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever been to customer service is terrible the people are rude and when you call your recording has you waiting for about a half hour before you get a live person I will no longer be going to CVS I will be going to Walgreens or somewhere else!

Very nice person at the register, BUT If you’re trying to survive on Social Security, this place is NOT the place to buy your things that you need, they are $$$ EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE $$$ , I don’t know how they get away with it and expect customers to come back
