Chloe and the rest of the staff here have been doing a great job at delivering quality service. Although they lost one of their locations, their dedication to care and quality has not wavered. Would recommend if your'e in the area and wanna see some friendly faces :)

I just want to say the staff was absolutely amazing during my visit. I had an issue with my insurance - Ayah and Chris took excellent care me, they explained everything and did everything possible to get everything resolved.

The store, front staff and pharmacy staff are always absolutely lovely. I've only ever encountered problems here because of inconsiderate/overentitled customers.

The pharmacy is an absolute disaster, the workers are severely understaffed, over worked and getting a vaccine here is a nightmare. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes or more. Who ever runs this store needs to seriously consider properly staffing the Pharmacy. I made an appointment and after 40 minutes of waiting I had to leave.

WORST service. They never pickup the phone they just keep putting you on hold, always a problem with prescriptions they’re NEVER ready. I hate them. PLEASE hire more people you’re obviously understaffed. It’s an endless cycle of being put on hold just for no one to ever attend to you. I’ve never had a medication ready when I arrived always asked to come back

My wife had the Dr call in a script for my baby who was sick and had an ear infection. When she showed up, they claimed they never recieved the call (Dr says otherwise) and so they resent the script to the pharmacy. Later, the pharmacy mentioned they may not have listened to their messages yet. Initial estimated time was incorrect. Took them an hour to fill the script with our sick baby in the car. No sense of urgency, care, explanation or apology. Didn't offer or explain how to use the drug (oral) and failed to provide the oral syringe needed to measure the drug (or mention we even needed one) so we we needed to go out again once we were home. Awful experiance. You would think they would have apologized or even explained how to use the drug after waiting an hour. I will never go there again.

Although the main pharmacist seems extremely knowledgeable I personally feel that the pharmacy department at this particular store (and possibly ALL their stores) is short staffed which is very concerning. It is practically impossible to get through to them even if returning a phone call per their request. Walgreens needs to add additional staff if they expect their employees to fill prescriptions, service the window and the counter, answer the phone AND give injections.

Came for covid booster and flu shot. Scheduled appointment online and filled out forms online to speed process. They don't get the forms at store so I had to complete again. Vaccinations are lowest priority for pharmacy staff. They service everyone in prescription line and only tend to vaccinations once all Rx customers have come and gone. 45 minutes later I am still waiting. :-(

Worst pharmacy ever. No matter if I do drive through or pick up , prescriptions are never ready. Sitting here and watching them unable to find anyone prescriptions. I was told they were working on my daughters prescription it would be five minutes. Walked around the store for at least twenty five and came back- she told me 15 minutes again. They do the same thing when my daughter is in the car , fever sick and all. It takes hours for them to have your medicine ready … and then the lady with the glasses was talking loudly about someone being rude, which is just wrong to begin with. Probably about me because I said I was told five minutes twenty five

Yesterday I went to Walgreens and had photos made. I was helped by Nora and the process was very easy thanks to her. When I went home I received a phone call from Nora saying I had left some of the pictures there. It was so very nice of her to call me. She is a whiz on knowing where things are located in the store and is truly out to help everyone.

I’ve never had such a negative experience at a Walgreens.. this one is almost comical if it didn’t put me in such a bad mood.For starters, it was cash only, so I had to pay an ATM fee to purchase anything… a lot of their shelves were totally empty and they were out of of so much. I was looking for something specific, but when I asked the associate, she really had no idea. A customer ended up helping me find what I was looking for but of course, they were out of stock.I needed a passport photo, but was wearing a cream-colored shirt. The woman was pretty rude about it. I asked if she had anything I could drape over myself like a towel or a sweater or anything. She said no, rolled up the backdrop, and walked away from me…in a pretty unfriendly manner in my opinion.Luckily, there was someone nearby who heard what was going on and he lent me his sweater (thank you random stranger!). She seemed so annoyed by me at this point that she didn’t even pull the backdrop back down for me when I was ready to take my pic…. I pulled it down myself.I was surprised that she didn’t let me see my photos before printing them (they were horrible) and she barely had a personality during our interactions. I paid $16 for the pics which I thought was pretty outrageous (I paid $7 and $10 in other stores… lesson learned, I’ll go somewhere else next time) but whatever. I’m glad to be out of there…Maybe I caught this woman on a bad day, but her negative energy definitely transferred over to me. I’m grateful for the other random people in the store who were much more helpful than she was.On another note.. there was one lady working there who was super friendly… I appreciated her ◡̈

This is my second negative experience with the store. First time was with the pharmacist outright lying about my benefits, and I know she lied because I’m a pharmacist myself and contacted my pharmacy benefits provider to go through each attempted transaction performed by the Walgreens. So I can prove the staff didn’t do what I’d requested or what they said they did.This time my complaint is about the cashier at the front of the store. I placed an online order online for pickup. The next day I got a text and email saying it was picked up! I immediately called and the cashier said she’d look into it and call me back. I didn’t get a call so I called back. The cashier answered the phone by saying “Hold on a sec”, nothing else. Then she left me hanging there while I heard her taking care of transactions for a minute. Then She hung up on me.Shady and unprofessional store staff. Will lie and be rude.One male pharmacy employee seems pleasant when I called to speak to the store manager. I called the pharmacy to put me in contact with the store manager because I didn’t want that cashier hanging up on me again. But it turned out my purchase was still there. Makes me wonder if I hadn’t called in response to the alert saying my purchase was picked up, whether it would’ve been taken by an employee.

Incredibly LONG wait times for everything. Staff not super friendly. If this continues, I’ll be switching to a different pharmacy even though this location is convenient. 👎🏻

When my family and I went for the covid vaccine, the pharmacist attending to us was really sweet! She made us feel comfortable and helped calm my younger brother down before giving him the vaccine. Overall, a very good experience!

The store personnel are present in body only and the pharmacy staff seem to take pleasure in being as sarcastic and unresponsive as humanely possible. On my last visit, 12/5, the excuse given for why my script was not ready was "well maybe you failed to pick it up in the past when it was ready so we didn't waste our time to fill it this time". Yes, a direct quote from the pharmacist. Further, same night, another patron wanted to ask the pharmacist a question, only to be met with a kirt "well, I'm closing in one (1) minute"; as if to say (rudely at best) don't waste my time.Given what seems to be a deliberate disregard for providing competent service this is truly, and should remain, a last resort stop for any shopping need and an absolute DO NOT GO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES for your pharmaceutical needs...lest you risk your health further in incompetent hands!

The pharmacy department is excellent! I had a complication during my pregnancy that required regular medication. Not only did they always order it promptly so I did not have to worry about having it in time, they helped walk me through the administration of it when my doctor didn't know herself. All of the pharmacists have been a great help and beyond nice, they even know me by name! Kristin, especially, went above and beyond when my insurance company refused to cover my medication, making me spend over $1,000 on a week's worth. She spoke with my insurance company, called other pharmacies and even followed up with my doctor to make sure I didn't miss a dose and it was 100% covered. I can't say enough good things, we are so happy they opened in our area!

This pharmacy charges more for the same meds as other Walgreens. Some of the pharmacy staff are helpful. But, others couldn't be more rude & less helpful (Rissa) and provide inconsistent feedback. She provided inaccurate information & told us to call the next day (when she wasn't working, it seems). This delayed access to a needed medication.

Do not go here to get your covid testing done. I went with my family last Monday and we still have not recieved the results so that is over a week!! I completely understand the weather plays a large role and safety is of utmost importance, but then they need to come up with another plan. The results are sent to a lab in Kansas which makes no sense. There are plenty of labs in New Jersey. Making customers wait a week when they already dont feel well during the panademic is incredibly irresponsible. Go to CVS and get your results in a timely manner.

Brand new and it's great! Switched from Target once CVS took over, CVS stinks. The pharmacy at Walgreens, especially at this location is great. Everyone is happy and willing to help. The rest of the store is a typical Walgreens, but again it's new and all the products on the shelves are well looked after. Hopefully it stays this way as people switch over from wherever they go now.

Incredible lively cast of super workers under the direction of Ayra(I want to say her name)...these are smiling and hustling people who care about their jobs but above all the CUSTOMERS...COMING in for meds and covid-19 issues simultaneously...they greet, they hunt down your script(s) moving thier feet like Natasha & co...great crews make the selection of Walgreens over rite aid a walk in the park..these employees care about me and a lively and busy pharmacy...try them out if you're unhappy with your present pharmacy!!!

Can helpmost times but when I needed a few Tabs of Zolpidem Tart Tabs 5 mg because my prescription is with Express Scripts and they had no prescription for that pill they could not give me a few pills as my prescription from Express Scripts won’t ship until Nov 18 and I have only one pill left. Very disappointed!😢

I had an urgent prescription that my doctor called in close to closing. The pharmacy tech said she didn’t have the time to fill it. If I were in that position and someone needed medicine, I would do whatever it takes to get it to them. This is not going above and beyond for customer service in my mind.

20 minutes waiting to pick up at window and there are easily 3 cars behind me. They know I'm here and now refuse to answer the call button. Beyond rude.
