This store chooses to close whatever time they please. 9:45pm on a Thursday to be exact. This is not the first time. Now I remember why I stopped shopping at this location. I gave one star because the little blonde lady with the low cut is VERY kind and welcoming.

If you get in a line with Stephanie as the cashier, please keep your customer service expectations to an absolutely minimum or switch lanes. Once could've been an off day, but twice is just her trash social skills.

Stephanie was very rude a customer in front of me was trying to pay some coins and Stephanie kept complaining and talking back to the customer, with a smart comment . Once the customer had left the register / store was speaking to me and the customer behind me about the customer who walked out trying to pay with coins. Very rude employee & poor customer service. Attached is proof of purchase

World's worst store employees EVER! I had 2 items in my cart that I didn't want so I asked the girl at the register to take them so she stared at me with a horrible look so I even offered 3 times to put the items back myself and she just blantenly ignored me. I then asked why she had an attitude with me which threw her into a rage by cursing and threwing an item at me! The managers didn't even apologize to me, they just had her go to the back to cool off. Not shocking though, every time I've ever gone here, some employee has always had an attitude or has been rude to me. But this time it was taken too far. She threatened me saying she was going to punch me in my glasses while cursing so loud and trying to get around the manager to come at me to assault me. Every customer was in shock. She should be fired immediately but I'm sure behavior like that is defended due to the reaction by the managers. Disgusting!!

The store manager is ignorant and lazy. I went to exchange a defective item, which is also unused and she refused to exchange it. I had the receipt and the purchase was less than 48 hours ago. The the assistant manager, Andre, was just as unhelpful, unpleasant, and rude. Andre kept regurgitating whatever ridiculous thing the he alleged the store manager told him. I asked why they would not exchange the and he tells me I took too long...so apparently less than 48hrs is too long to exchange a defective item.They need to find competent and helpful individuals to work here; they are really taking from the bottom of the barrel 🙄.

Very unprofessional staff. I goes into store 6/18/22 for balloons. Noone is at register no staff is visible. I walk over to the balloon area and I say hello is anyone here, I need balloons. A female voice coming out of office and say you have to wait at register with light on so we can see you. What the heck I walked in the store and you didnt see me? Okay i go stand at register, noone comes out a few people started lining up behind me still none come out. Finally I leave. The store is always a mess stuff everywhere boxes always all over the floor. Nothing is never neat in there. It doesnt matter when you go in this store. It can be during opening or closing. Whoever the owner is they need to make some changes. #Neighborhood DollarTree

The employees at this location were very rude. I asked one a simple question and had a rude attitude. Then the cashier did not have any customer service, usually a “Hi how are you?, Have a nice day!” is said, and none of that happened. I guess these two employees are miserable at their job, so why are you working in customer service?! Riddle me that!

This Dollar Tree is horrible, the store will have line all the way to the back of the store.They will set in the booth and watch the camera to see who's stealing but they won't come out there and get it an registered.Not well stacked, if you want good service and better quality you have to go to Bound Brook.This is so sad.

Shopping at Dollar Tree..they all seem to have the same problem were corporate doesn't bother shipping them everything that should be on the shelves. And most locations can't seem to keep help because corporate doesn't seem to pay them enough or give them enough hours. The concept is great, the products are great but to bad corporate can't get their act together to maintain and stock the ones they already have. They're so busy opening new stores that they forget to maintain the ones they've got. At least that's the case with the half a dozen Dollar Trees in my area in Central NJ

I love Dollar Tree, but not this location.AN ABSOLUTE DUMP! The entire store is extremely messy, disorganized, and dirty. There are products in jumbled piles on the bottom shelf of the display racks. Lots of boxes on the floor that customers have to try to not trip over.I don't think this store has ever been cleaned since it opened.

Store was dirty and no organization, stuff all over the place. There was 3 people plus the Manager 1register was open until I telephone them then she opened another register. The line was all the way to the end of the aisle and around. I asked the manager why can't you open another register she says I'm going home. Really I want a manager job at Dollar Tree .

Lloyd,the older Black gentleman with the stocking cap, has an attitude every time that I encounter him and overall rude disposition. If he is unhappy in his current position, he should have made different decisions in his life. His attitude and smart remarks make for an extemely unpleasant shopping experience. Would not recommend.

I hadn’t shopped there in months so I was very surprised when I stopped in last week and saw the condition of the store. At least a third of the shelves were empty and the place was filthy. The empty shelves were brown with dirt. What happened? I think the Board of Health should make a visit.

I stopped in for one thing 10 minutes before the closing time and before I could get both feet in the door the manager Andre says “ 8 minutes!” No hello or anything. It made me want to stay until the last second and look at things I’m not even interested in. If I didn’t need the gift bag for the next morning I wouldn’t have even spent my money in there. So rude!

LOVE💗 Miss Josephine!! She is ALWAYS busy, stocking, register, and helping customets. Always pleasant and smiling. Miss her when she is not there. She should be teaching others on how to be a productive and welcoming employee. I hope you pay her enough so you anf I don"t lose her.

This is one of the cleaner, more tidy of the Dollar Tree stores in our area. The staff takes pride in keeping the store neat and well stocked.

This Dollar Tree on route 22 is a little small, but when it got busy they only kept one register open and we had to wait a long time.

Very bad store , I don't know in side but the people for night they don't care, I'm the delivery guy I'm here since yesterday for they unload my truck, but they didn't. They are setting in the care I don't know what they smoking in there for they coming work they don't care. I'm be never delivered to this store anymore
