I like the property. I’m going on my third lease here and I will say that Property Manager very good on taking care of problems that I’ve had in here. I would definitely recommend the apartments. The common area is very nice. The gym area is great for a quick work out. The pool is great for cooling down on those hot days or after that quick workout, lol. It’s been great being able to walk my dog around and they supply bags to be able to pick up the remains.

Tradewinds of Waretown is very clean and safe place to live. The maintenance guys are very good and kind and willing to help me when I need it. The manager Christine is awesome. She is always there to help me with any concerns and questions I might have. She is always on top of things and is a very lovely woman. Between Christine and maintenance Shai and Ahmed they are the best team this place has had in the 2 years I have been living here . Hopefully they will be here for a very long time, as I intend to be here along time as well.Thank you Leslie Dennis

Hello, I would just like to share with you my experience at tradewinds.I have been a resident for almost two years. I love the community. It's clean and quiet and The residents seem to respect their neighbors.Tradewinds has been really helpful with my request to move from a 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom. The pool is another great feature as well. The only thing missing is a grilling area and playgroundThe office and maintenance staff are very responsive to maintenance requests and concerns.Great community with convenient location.

Tradewinds of Waretown is great place to live. I moved in July 2021 as one of the first residents. Christine, the property manager, goes above and beyond and helps you tremendously as a resident of this community. The maintenance men are great as well. I truly love living at this property.

I have been living here for the last 4 months and love my place minus the several noise issues from my upstairs neighbor. I have brought this to my property manager's attention several times and it has yet to be resolved. I was told that she can't do anything, but my contract says differently. There are 3 sections regarding noise. Why bother to have a legal contract that is signed if nothing can be done?The constant stomping, loud music when her friends are over (and I can hear EVERY word of the song), banging their feet to the beat of the music,I was told I should contact corporate (AJH Management) but was advised by them they don't have anything to do with it. When I asked if there was someone else to contact, I was advised to reach out to corporate again, but the call would be directed to the property manager anyways. What does it take to get some peace and quiet after working all day?

We have been happy to say that we have enjoyed our first eighteen months here at Tradewinds at Waretown. The amenities for an apartment are second to none. Christine and her staff has made our time here most enjoyable . The leasing agents are unprofessional and discriminate. I am well aware of how leasing offices work and how staff can be. I spoke with the property manager when my partner and I applied and she stated our application was missing documentation and would be reviewed once that documentation was given (which is no issue) but she proceeded anyway and ran my credit with an incomplete application and then stated she "accidentally" did so. The only reason I even found out it was "denied" was because I decided to apply and move alone as the need to move was URGENT due to a job relocation and my partner was unable to get the paperwork needed in a timely manner and I had yet to hear from her. That's when she claimed we weren't approved. How do you deny someone who's application wasn't even finished and then claim it was over credit that was ACCIDENTALLY ran? Communication is poor. They take one look at you and decide whether they want you or not despite having great history with previous landlords. I have escalated this issue to management and have taken legal action regarding this. Thank god I saved the emails! Communication was all that was needed to avoid this issue but clearly that isn't something the property manager is capable of.

This place is horrible. Christine in the leasing office is SUPER unprofessional. She tried scamming me out of my deposit I put down to move in. She gave us a move in date and less than 30 days before I was moving in she emailed me saying we couldn’t anymore due to her mistake and still wouldn’t release our money . She also wouldn’t give me the cooperates phone number. Christine will try to take your money & scam you! Do not try to live here !!!

Received an email from Christina asking me to submit an application with the application fee of $50. She wanted the application and the fee within 4 days. I had been on a waitlist and apparently I was “up next”. I emailed her back requesting a tour prior to sending the app and the check. At this point I had only seen pictures of the property. Christina did not respond to an email or a phone call. This is hugely concerning to me. I can’t imagine how many people are enticed by the shiny happy pictures and send the check site unseen. Reading another review, my suspicions regarding the quality of this property were confirmed. Im so grateful that I didn’t get caught up and blindly. I smell a scam here. Not today Satan…not today.

Nothing great. Not worth the money in rent. Management is horrible. To many rules. It's like living in abusive relationship lol. Nails all over the carpets. Walls have either not been painted or they used the world's cheapest paint. Carpet is not nice. Appliances are okay. The only thing luxury here is the elevator.

I gotta tell ya. My family and I were hunting for an apartment. We can across Tradewinds. Nice property, friendly people, very informative. I spoke with Jasmine, who was extremely patient with me and helpful. This whole process has been smooth and quick. I recommend it! However, they will fill quickly I believe. Thanks again for all your help and time in helping us with questions and concerns!

These apartments Are great the location has a supermarket across the street The property manager Christina is absolutely one of the most professional outstanding individuals I have met, Also the maintenance department will take care of any Issues you have .Highly recommend these apartments

Me and my girlfriend have been trying for months to get into contact with anyone from this place! We have left voicemails and emails and we have not heard anything back from them.They charge a 50 dollar non refundable application fee and they do not answer their phones. Its a scam. Do not use them. Thanks for stealing our money.
