This restaurant is located in the same parking lot as the hotel at which I'm staying, so it was very convenient and a short walk. Thursday is kids' night so it was a bit loud in the restaurant and quite busy but I was seated immediately and enjoyed a beer while waiting for my salad. My server was friendly and my order was freshly prepared with the small alterations I asked for (chicken instead of steak). There were lots of drink and food specials and the bathroom was clean. Nice environment for families, just be ready for a loud environment when it's packed!

The food & drinks are amazing no complaints here. I was actually speechless when my old fashion was made perfectly. They really have a family atmosphere with live music and events going on weekdays honestly I highly recommend checking Breakers Kitchen out. 👍Parking: It's a big parking lot

Breakers is one of those places you drive by and never think about stopping in for lunch why I don't know. Me and my son decide to stop because we were looking for a French dip and we saw they had a prime rib sandwich. I originally thought it was going to be sliced like a roast beef but when I got the sandwich I was extremely surprised to find it was a slice of steak beautifully cooked and tender on a bun. I can truly say if they stuck that on a plate with mashed potatoes and a vegetable they can probably sell that thing for like 20-25 dollars. It was amazing. I can't wait to go back and try their burgers. I will definitely update this review after I go back again but I'm telling you if you're ever in the area stop by and get the prime rib sandwich.

Came for a happy hour and all the food was delicious. Enjoyed the wedge salad and bacon Mac & cheese. I heard the Guinness burger was very tasty as well.

The service was fair, the server did his best to keep up with the influx of clientele. He was the only server at the bar during lunch with at least 15 patrons. I sympathize and the rest of this review is not reflective of his service.The food was terrible. I ordered the chicken francese, and it was one of the worst I've had. The chicken was overcooked, the pasta was also overcooked and almost mushy. The entree was very one dimensional, there were no lemon slices or parsley to garnish and add the barest attempt at enhancing the dish. For $17 I expected a bit more.I ordered the key lime pie for dessert and was disappointed yet again. It was $6 for a wafer thin piece of pie with virtually no adornment. If you're going to serve a thin slice of pie at least add some substance and texture with toasted merengue.

I came here on Friday night around 9pm. I ordered a burger and wrap to go. The place was empty and it took 30 minutes to get my food. Food was cold like it was sitting for awhile before being brought out and just not good. We ended up throwing most of it away. My daughters wrap was not what I ordered. We were very disappointed as I have loved the food here for years and never had an issue.

We took my granddaughter to see the character Bluey last night. We should have left after taking the photos. We had a reservation and understood there would be a wait. When we were finally seated a waitress approached and took our order. We placed our whole order drinks, apps and meal. My granddaughter got her meal within 30 minutes. After that our waitress went MIA. I finally went looking for the waitress after 45 minutes of additional waiting. The food(and I use that word loosely) was delivered by another waitress. The food was almost inedible . A simple Philly cheese steak was burned beyond recognition and the bread was as hard as a rock. The other meals were not better than mine. We went to pay and leave and I expressed how disappointed I was. I jokingly told the waitress we would come back on February 30th. She said oh okay not getting the sarcasm.

Update December 2023. Sad to hear it sold butPlease say that you will keep the gluten-free options! And waitress Vickie!!!This is a great spot. They offer gluten free and are very accommodating. I had the blacken fish tacos and tgey made my husband fresh fries gluten free. Great service and yummy sangria!

My fiance and I loved this place!! We wanted to try somewhere new in waretown, and we were not disappointed! The service was wonderful, staff was so nice and seemed genuinely in a good mood. I got a substitution of salmon that should have been more expensive but they chraged me regular price. The food was AMAZING..it was all extremely good and tasted home made. Literally the best vodka sauce I've ever had, and the pierogies were super authentic (they reminded my fiance of his grandmothers!) and just melt in your mouth. Also important..they did not short me on alcohol in my margarita like a lot of places do! They know how to make a proper drink. Trivia night was also entertaining. We can't wait to come back!!

Popped by for lunch on Fri. 3/31, very cold inside, menu was dirty, place was almost empty yet many tables weren't fully cleaned, and server was sweet but lacked knowledge of menu options, never offered dressing for salad, food was okay but lacked flavor. It was my first visit and had hoped for a bit more... maybe I will give them another try for dinner once it gets warmer out.

In process of moving to Waretown and my wife and I decided to try Breakers out for the first time for on Monday, July 3 at around 6:30 pm. We were seated and girl came over minutes later to take our drinks order. After 20 minutes watching her checking on other tables and talking to the receptionist, I walked over to her and asked about our drinks - hot day we were thirsty. She asked me what I ordered and said she’d “put in our order and be right over”. After another 5 minutes she started waiting on another table as another customer, trying to pay his bill, walked over to her and shared his frustration about the wait to pay his bill. At that point we just walked out as the receptionist, who was doing literally nothing at the front desk, watched us leave and likely never return again. Too many good places to eat run by family owners with great respect for their customers.

So, Breakers is closing down on September 20th, for renovation and a new owner. They are advertising about coming in before then to celebrate the sale of the place. After being there this evening, I agree that there is cause to celebrate that fact. But, if you are curious to go and have a goodbye meal there, save yourself the heartburn and the aggravation. Stay home and make yourself a sandwich! The food was not fresh. The service was incompetent. They don't care. It is not a surprise that they will not be in business in a couple of weeks...One bright spot- although the acoustics are poor, the Kootz played some rockin' music tonight. What a great band!

Very disappointed in food and bill. The food was just okay--risotto not good at all. My biggest issue is my husband and brother-in -law split the bill and tip using credit cards. When I went onto my bank statement this morning they must've changed our tip amount since a higher amount was deducted. I will NEVER go to this dishonest establishment again. Buyer beware--use cash.

I wanted to like it here, but something seemed off. Staff was nice and wings were good. Beer was warm, bathroom smelled bad, felt warm inside, entrees were so so. Could be a top notch place if they make some changes.

Just had dinner there for the 2nd time. First time was great but this time the experience was awful. Waitress was super sweet however while I was enjoying my last bite of my blackened cod taco I felt something off in my mouth. As I reached into my mouth and pulled out what was very clearly not my hair because I’m long blonde haired and this was short dark brown hair. The disgust just sank in as I had to hold back my urge to vomit. I pushed my plate to the side and a bus boy came to grab the plate. I quickly informed him of the issue in which I’ve replied he’d go kill the cook. However he completely never told our waitress. Once she approached us with the bill and we informed her of the issue. I was told there were no managers on staff but however she could offer me a free dessert for next time. We will NEVER be back. I seriously can not believe that we had to pay for eating some unknown persons hair. This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My husband said the soda was flat and not to forget to mention it in my review.

The worst service ever! Correction no service. Had to ask waitress for water twice and after waiting over 20 minutes we had to walk up to bar and order for self. Forget getting drinks. Then appetizers weren’t brought out first and waitress tried to tell us we asked for it together. Then packed it up to go and tried to charge us for her mistake. Poor management to fail to adequately staff or help their understaffed restaurant on holiday weekend. Eat anywhere else if you expect to be served food and drinks.

While the food was good, they charge $19.00 for a chicken Caesar wrap and side of French fries, which felt like a lot. The waitress was kind and professional. Seemed nice enough but I'll likely go someplace else now.

It's definitely a fun place. The food is better than expected for the venue. The venue is cavernous, but looks a little bit like leftovers from a cafeteria. The table bench I was sitting on was poking me in the butt.The calamari was a little miniscule and lots of bread, but the burger was magnificent. The scallops were generous and tasty, but a little soggy cooked in butter and garlic.Overall the service was fantastic, beer selection good, and food better than expected. Atmosphere? Very cozy and homey but certainly not what you'd expect in a fine dining establishment. And prices were more fine dining establishment level.

We went On Saturday just a couple of weeks ago to go and dine in about a 1/2 hour before happy hour. I ordered basically the loaded nachos as an appetizer from the regular menu And as for an entree my wife and I had the mushroom risotto and my mom had the Drunken mussels in a wine sauce with garlic bread. Now the mushroom result though though was pretty tasty the period now for those of you that are watching what you eat it is definitely not for you they're really heavy cream butter made up the bulk of the risotto but again it was tasty. My mom said the mussels. were excellent I'll take her word on it I can't have shellfish. As for the Abbey on the boost weren't even remotely screwed to the floor so you could easily push them around even my three-year-old had no problem to do that do that the table obviously moves moves there was rips or tears in the booths seats The ceiling tiles in the bathroom left something else to be desired they were missing you could see where the water leaks were you could see where wires were dangling from the water leaked areas so it didn't look safe to me I did not sit at the bar so I couldn't tell you how clean or cleansiness it was there. Henceforth that's why I'm giving it a 3 star review the food was at least tasty . By the way the waitress was very friendly and good

Steaks overcooked and the blackened steak bite were way too salty. French fries were undercooked and limp. The service is very slow. We've been there 3 time over the past 4 years and the service is always slow.I really cannot recommend.

My wife I enjoyed our delicious lunch/Dinner . She had the grilled honey mustard sandwich and proclaimed it the best she ever had and her close 2nd best was Vegas. My bacon grilled cheese burger was fresh a great bun as well .Which in my opinion is very important . Waitress was extremely friendly & attentive.. very clean establishment. Overall great experience and reasonable priced. P.s. loaded tatter tots , wow.

Breakers first country line dancing event! The house was packed!! DJ Lisa and Instructor Billy gave some lessons and got everyone's boots dancing! More dancing next month!We enjoyed a delicious dinner and drinks before hand in the dining room.

We just moved to the area and was excited to try a new local restaurant, this place was disgusting, tables were sticky. Once we received our appetizers we were swarmed with flies that didnt leave the entire time we were sat. Then My boyfriend received an extremely undercooked burger and i had a HAIR in my risotto. Waitress never asked how we were doing or if everything turned out okay, and so we tried to enjoy ourselves given the situation and i wanted a refill of my beer because my boyfriends had a full one and she never stopped by again for me to ask so he drank the beer alone while i watched. Terrible first experience and definitely the last.
