The experience was so easy with self checkout. It went smoothly and i wasn't annoyed by the process. Now I'm not allowed to do self checkout, so I'll be making the trip somewhere else where my day isn't inconvenienced for seemingly no reason. I wish this wasn't the case, as I've been going to this store for years.

People running the cashier part are very unfriendly. I was a good customer. Next acknowledge me or say hello. Never smile. I had an incident where I put 1.25 bags in my cart and while I was in the bathroom they snatched them out. I had 200 dollars worth of groceries in my cart. I wasn't stealing 1.00 bags.another time they accused me of not ringing up a soup and I did. The front end manager came to check my receipt and after a while saw I paid. Not even an apology. Never shop there again

The change to self checkout being 25(?) Items or less has made this an awful experience. Like others have said it used to be a way more relaxed experience to be able to take your time but now you're forced to use the checkout lanes where you're having to speed through everything to not hold up the other people. Very unpleasant experience especially compared to the ShopRite in Delsea.

The self checkout attendant was very rude. I didn't notice the sign stating that I had to have 20 items or less. The attendant rudely told me that there is a "huge sign right there" while pointing. She then told me I had to go to another lane to be rung up. I had 23 items. I was embarassed by the way she treated me and will not be returning to the store anytime soon. This could've been handled much better.

Did a shop from home order for the new year; the pork loins we received looked disgusting and felt hard. No biggie; we go to the store to exchange these loins for some better looking ones and they were all out. Lady at the courtesy counter wouldn't rain check us for the sale price? We returned the loins but had to miss out on the sale because someone doing our order decided to grab us borderline inedible meat.

I've shopped at this location for the past 20+ years and after today I believe I will be going out of my way to go to the Delsea, Millville, or Willimstown Shoprite. I work in retail and have always preferred to use self checkout after working with the public grocery shopping is a time i relax and can be left alone. I don't want to have to be social and talk to the person at the regiister. I was there today and had no idea that the self checkout had all changed to express. As I was ring up my over 20 items I was approached by a rude employee who made me feel as though I had committed a crime because I was at the selfcheckout. She then had another employee take me to a line where I had to wait to be rung up. Then I had to try and bag my items quickly so that the next customer could be taken care of. Another reason I prefer selfcheckout is i bag as I ring and separate to make unpacking at home easier. Since none of you selfcheckouts now accommodate shoppers like me I will go somewhere else that does. Some place where the employees don't try to humliate you because of what in my opinion is a stupid new policy. Walmart doesn't even limit the number of items you ring up and the theft there would justify it. Overprice inconsiderate cashiers, they don't want to touch down. They think they'd better than one time I was there they debated over the price they tried to try to drive mect to 50 Cent a pound, and The Thing was on sale the next morning for the same price I was gonna buy for.

There are two ShopRites in town. ShopRite of East Landis avenue also called ShopRite of Lincoln avenue was visited by me at approximately 2:00 p.m. The produce department was in very bad condition. I took some pictures. There were two produce clerks working. The major problem was potentially unsanitary conditions and areas that drastically needed cleaning.*I do like this ShopRite because they stock a lot of kosher items. Unfortunately I have to split my shopping between the Bottino's ShopRite and Lincoln and Landis. The other areas of the store were in very good condition and well stocked. I did like the selection of breads, dairy items, as well as a well stocked meat department.

Sally in Bakery is Gem. These days customer service is trash. On a day that could have been stressful she was kind to me and pointed me in the right direction and worked magic to ensure my daughter had a birthday cake she would love ! And her icing skills are NICE. She got me in and out of there with a smile. Thank you for making several peoples day easier , and enjoyable. Kindness matters . Again. Thank you for GREAT customer service in times where it’s rare. Keep it up. BECAUSE of workers like HER. I will return .

Have had other issues with shoprites, started using this one for shop from home. Placed an order and was not seeing half of it scanned and called with concerns and tried to reach the shop from home depratment, was redirected to customer service twice and then the line disconnected. I called back and then spoke with a manager that was able to put me in touch with somone in the department. I was asking about my order and was told by the person on the phone, they had customers....I am a customer or was.

Let me start by saying the staff at this store are very nice. However, it is rare that I have a shopping trip in which I do not find a price error (and not in my favor) on at least one item in my order. Perhaps it is because I shop on Sunday, which is the first day of new sales. I’m not certain, but it is very frustrating. I don’t always have the time to check nor stand in line at customer service to get the refund. My other concern is that there are often sale signs on products that aren’t on sale which to me, is misleading. If there is a variety of chips for example, not included in the sale price, please don’t put them in the sale display.As a shopper it would be nice to be able to trust the prices are accurate and that advertised sales are clear.

I use to love this store. Staff has changed too many times, poor customer service. Rude employees and after dealing with a rude employee this evening I came home to open a moldy pie crust! Done with this store both for myself and my business account. I will gladly take on the cost of driving into central Vineland to Bottinos from now on.

I will not be back to this location. I did a online pickup order and end up getting an extra charge of $36.90 that was not a holding fee. I spoke to managers they claimed they couldn't find the transaction. I believe a coworker got ahold on my information and stole the money. Still till this day the problem was never solved. BE CAREFUL!!!!

This is so frustrating. This is like the fourth time I've had an order come from an online order that I placed and they state that they delivered an item that never came.ShopRite basically keeps stealing my money and charging me for things that I never received. And unlike Walmart or DoorDash, they never have the freaking delivery drivers take a picture so you can see this clearly.There's like no oversight for something as big as this and I'm absolutely baffled that they're still so behind when it comes to something as simple as ensuring that people are getting their actual groceries and taking pictures as proof that the delivery was made. I only got two of my items.What's even worse is emailing ShopRite does nothing. They just take your money and no one ever responds to any emails.I suppose I just have to start purchasing items only on credit cards so that I can do a chargeback much easier with my bank. That seems to be the only way that I'll get ShopRite to stop stealing my money for items they never delivered.

The ShopRite from Home order pickup was really great when they first started, but now every time I come I’m waiting almost 30+ minutes for my order to come out. I also have items missing almost every week. They need to adequately staff this area and have more than one person running orders.

Spent $256 in groceries the young girl with braids behind the counter had an attitude Sunday told me there were no baggers so she expected ME to bag all my groceries. I don’t come to the supermarket to work! I go to shop and for convenience. And since you wanna be smart and not offer the service I will bring my business elsewhere. And stop letting teen dance members harass customers forMoney right at the door!!!! Literally staring people down. Horrible! If they don’t bag the groceries leave and let them put all the items back

This is the store I grew up shopping at with my dad and I worked here for six years and left to work at another ShopRite for the last two years and just came back to work here again and I feel like I haven't missed a beat. It's such a clean store and they have everything you need for your shopping experience and they are local right in East Vineland. I'm sad that I ever left now because I'm getting right back into the groove and it didn't take very long. The experience I had working down at the Somers Point store really gave me an edge. I think I can make a huge difference here now based on my time working at both stores. I've been with Village Supermarket for almost ten years and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else based on just my first night back last night knowing I can really make a difference and it'll help people out who need it.... i.e customers and my fellow associates.!!

Everything was clean and they had sanitizer to wipe down the carts. It was a good shopping experience. Most items were in stock and they have very good sales. The only problem is with the digital coupons, Coke was on sale 3 case's for 8.88 and we were charged 12.00 when we went over to customer service to get reimbursed we were only given one dollar and change. Let's figure out basic math because now a days every dollar counts!!

Everytime I come here I see cashier's with long lines who are obviously overwhelmed while the "managers" convene in a circle and goof off. Maybe they should actually come out and help. Can't imagine how the employees feel. Do yourself a favor and go to the ShopRite across from Walmart. It's newer and nicer.

I do not like what they have done with their deli. Now you have to go through seven steps on a monitor to get what you want. Then you have to wait 15 minutes to go pick your order up which means you have to come back to the deli again. And to top this off they're quick Express line is that the other end of the store away from the doors. You can pick up free packaged but if I want my cheese to be layered I have to take what they have. It was much more enjoyable to pick a number and watch your order being sliced they would ask you how thick you want it etc.

This store was easy to find. It is well organized and clean. It has self checkout with regular sized belts for large orders. Self checkout is very easy to use. I would recommend this store to others. Did not have any interactions with the staff but they appeared to be helpful to other shoppers.
