It’s very rare I will take the time to provide my feedback, but today it is very necessary. I would like to give 5 stars to the young lady Cassey that is in the printing department. She gave me and my Mother EXCELLENT Customer Service. She made sure we understood what we were ordering and basically did everything for us with no hesitation. She should be on supervisory level with the experience, knowledge and attitude she showed towards us. She showed that she cared, took her time and was able to execute the sale! She made us feel like we made the right choice by coming to Staples instead of somewhere else.I tried telling the supervisors on duty I believe one of their names is Charles and another guy, but they didn’t care to acknowledge the outstanding job I was trying to explain to them she was doing. I advised that she was providing to us great service, etc. I gave the experience overall a 4 star because of their nonchalant attitude in the supervisors!!! They could’ve cared less I was giving any compliments. You need professional upper management in place and they aren’t it! Give it to Cassey who cares about the customers and the establishment! Thank you Cassey AGAIN for EVERYTHING because of you I will be back to spend more money!!!

The Printing department offers one of the worst customer service experiences I've encountered. The staff, particularly the Ladies in charge, are frequently ornery and unpleasant. When issues arise, they seem reluctant to assist, making it feel like a burden. Despite its convenience, after enduring a year of such treatment, I'm inclined to seek services elsewhere.

I always leave this store UPSET. The employees are just NOT helpful. I never leave any reviews but today was the straw that broke the camels back for me. They act as if the customers are bothering them. Customer service not great at all.I left there as usual not being helped with what I need.

UPS and USPS shipping here is convenient. However, the Amazon return process is abysmal. I have walked out twice. The first time, they directed me to a desk with nobody at it, where I waited for 10 minutes. The second time, I waited in line for 15 minutes, before being helped by a clerk who didn’t know how to process a return. After 5 minutes of fumbling, he said that I would just have to wait for the next clerk. Useless.

I needed a printing order done ASAP for my daughters school. I placed it online very easily and asked Ashley if she could do it for me before the pick up time. She quickly finished my order and was very sweet and helpful!

I am so impressed with 2 young Associates (Ms. Tori and Ms. Ashley) at the Vauxhall Staples. They were "professionalism personified". I had a very large order, my print files had issues, I wanted a different stock and these two young women met the challenges with smiles, grace and courtesy. They went above and beyond to make sure I as the customer was satisfied(I submitted file corrections on various pages twice, I delayed production to look for different paper). I am so pleased with the service I received 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I am blown away at the wonderful experience we had at this location. Special shout out to Missy! I created my wedding invitations myself and they didn’t line up with the correct sizes. Missy sat with me and walked me through exactly how to do it, not to mention how kind she was. You guys have a gem! Thanks, Missy! The invites turned out PERFECT!

The UPS has the worst service ever. Only one person offering service, apparently in training and it’s taking forever. I think taking the package myself is faster. Been here 10 min and they’re only taking care of one person. Do yourself a favor and go to any other UPS store.

Saturday, March 18th, THREE CSRs looked at me and took other customers when it was clear that I was next in line. I said “excuse me” SEVERAL times and they looked at me then continued to take others customers!! One from print, one from the ups center, then one who was just walking around. When I went to the regular registers and told the girl what happened, she just asked what I needed help with.. WHAT?!!! No apologies?? No question as to who treated me poorly???? Not trying to say it was a race issue, but what other reason could it have been???

I called to make sure that they shred documents.There were absolutely no carts to be found in the store or outside.No one tried to even find us one.We had to walk around outside everywhere to find a cartI went in to drop off documents for shredding.When I reached there, the associate tells me the weight machine is brokenTold me he will estimate the weight of 6 boxes of paper, by his experienceThen he another and female associate kept assuring me that they would guesstimate it less than what it was.The manager was busy on the phone and had no solution when he finally got off.Finally the manager said that we can just drop it in the boxes without weighing them.This store is terrible.There are hardly any sales associates to help you.No carts available.No motivation to help customers at all.

Tony the manager was super insightful and helpful! He listened to my concerns about the poor quality of service I had received at Best Buy and made sure I received a great printer before leaving the store. I am a teacher and desperately needed a printer, thanks to Tony I am now able to print from home and not just at school. Thanks so much Tony for showing me that staples is by far superior to Best Buy in terms of customer service!

Their employees were really nice to me... even after I held them at the store for an extra 10 minutes after closing. A guy told me to "take my time". I appreciated his understanding after a computer needed confirmation from a cell-phone to print.The only problem I have with Staples overall is their prices. You don't need to pay extra for a certain folder, pencil, or planer.

I only give this store five stars due to one particular employee in the copy center. Each time I go there which is often, I get really upset when I don't see this particular staff working. Like the other comments, this store is one of the worst staples. This is due to some of the employees are not focused on providing great customer service, as well as not being fully knowledge on the equipment they are utilizing. However, Brianne is great she goes above and beyond at all times and tries to handle all the customers in a timely fashion. If the employees would not be so focused on what type of paper they can't print on without charging you more and talking among each other they can get some work done and complete it accurately. While writing this post I'm still waiting to speak to the Manager. There you have it, the Managers need to get it together. Now I understand that these employees are only learning from their Managers.

The personnel at the business center are unprofessional. One young lady appeared to be off duty but was on her phone behind the counter. She arbitrarily chose to assist a client when I had been waiting. She then made it clear to me that she was off duty. Very rude and unprofessional. Thank God I am moving out of the area and NEVER have to come to this location again.
