We’ve taken our dog to several other groomers over the years and never settled on anyone until we stumbled on Here Boy. The owner Nancy is a pleasure to deal. Our dog has never been more relaxed to get groomed and the cut is exponentially better than any of the others. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Here Boy! While the mobile groomer was convenient, the results and the dogs temperament at Here Boy are well worth it!!

The worst dog grooming service I've ever had! My dogs hair is uneven, she smells worse now then before she was groomed by them she smells like wet dog not fresh and they hurt her paw cutting her nails!!!! Don't take your pet here! Save your money! You'll be better off bathing them at home then taking them to here boy!

Molly my ShiPoo had her first groom here today. Sunshine did a great groom on her. Molly came home shy at first but with in minutes she was her playful self.

Love this place! Owner Nancy is awesome! Groomers are super knowledgeable and friendly. Place is super clean. Def. makes me feel so comfortable leaving my dog there. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Here Boy is the place for our doggies to be! :-) Highly recommended!!!!

I just want to express my sincere thank you to Here Boy on Fisher Blvd. They do an amazing job every time I bring my dog there. I have been using Here Boy for close to 35 years. I have taken all three of my dogs to them and have never been disappointed. Very pleasant staff and very experienced. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

I just want to say how awesome Here Boy Grooming is. I’ve been a customer for many years, and I am always pleased with the job they do. Everyone is so pleasant and kind and they treat my dog like one of their own. One time they noticed my dog had swollen anal glands, and thankfully I took her to the vet and they caught it early before it became infected! They are amazing! I would highly recommend them. They are very accommodating, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Here Boy is a miracle! No one would touch my dog so he became matted! They were able to shave him and even said he was a good boy! I am astonished! Will definitely keep coming back!

Here boy did a great job with my pack of dogs. She gave my Westies a traditional Westie cut (they were difficult clients) and treated my baby Bernese so kindly with the perfect blowout.We are customers for life. Highly recommend!

Don’t waste your money.. it took all day to get my dog back when I had a 10 AM appointment. Then when I brought my dog home, I noticed she was limping, and she wasn’t limping when I dropped her off at the groomer. I called and asked them if anything had happened and they said no (for obvious reasons) and now today, my new groomer(who is amazing btw) had asked what had happened to my dog at the last groomer. She went to go cut her back paw and she started screaming.. no, not barking, screaming. I understand accidents happen but the fact is, is that I was lied to knowing that something had happened. She came back limping. Obviously there was an issue and they lied about. It says a lot about the type of business they run. And on top of all that my dog is bald! 😠

I would like to say that I am very pleased, Nancy did a great job, all the ladies were so friendly. I dont base my opinions on what the facility looks like and I love Nancy's spiciness, she reminds me of a Jersey City gal. The place was clean and my dog Cadi was taken care of and looks adorable. First time here. Wonderful experience! We brought our 4 month old cockapoo for a very simple groom. We were welcome to stay and wait since it would be relatively quick as long as it didn’t cause our puppy to be distressed by seeing us there while she was being groomed. Puppy was good, we stayed, and enjoyed conversation with the owner and staff. Our puppy was taken care of with love and looks adorable!

We’ve tried 5 or 6 groomers in the Toms River area, and our dog dreaded going to every single one… until we found Here Boy! Now when we say “Time to get a bath”, he runs towards the door. He LOVES Nancy, Sunshine, and all the other girls there! This is the only place we’ve taken Bruno that he doesn’t come home sluggish and miserable like he’s been drugged. They do a fantastic job and our sloppy smelly bulldog comes home looking and smelling very handsome!! I’d give it 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend!

I have been taking my dogs here for years and have never been disappointed. My little Maltese loves the staff and being pampered by them. My 110 pound German shepherd can be intimidating but not for them they are so kind and gentle here and really try to help you and your best friend feel comfortable and safe.

The groomers are friendly & Nancy, the manager is SO accommodating. They do a thorough job on your dog, from grooming, nails trimmed, teeth brightened, to anal glands extraction for a reasonable price. My furbaby Lulu comes out smelling & looking BEAUTIFUL! I couldn't be more pleased.

STAY AWAY! If I could give zero stars I would! Nasty person in charge, refused to allow me to wait for my dog and then I realized why! Heard her screaming at one dog and viciously pulling him to behave! Also my dog came out of there with scratches all over him and was itching and red all over for almost a week! I’m sure it was due to them using the razor too hard and cheap products! She clearly isn’t a dog lover or even like. I saw with my own eyes how she treated some dogs that were groomed in front. No wonder she wanted me to leave!If you care about your dog, please do not use this place!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place completely scalped my mother's beautiful collie. He had some matting and they took it upon themselves to shave him instead of taking the time to either clip them out or brush them out. Never once gave a phone call for permission to shave him to this extent. He looks like a poodle. Never ever going back!!!! So upset.

I’m am completely disgusted that your business has all these “great reviews” when my dog got turned away not because he was aggressive or mean…I mean you guys wouldn’t know that because you wouldn’t take him in because of his breed. Pitbulls are like every other dog. Don’t judge a book by its cover. I’ll leave this review so maybe you’ll change your policy for future business.

Wonderful experience! Our dog Jack is newly blind and we were worried about his reaction to being groomed since the last time he was there he could see, we explained to the owner and staff and they were very reassuring of the fact he would be fine.That is exactly how it went, Jack was happy and clean smelling devine!One more positive thing is their patients in the fact that we have cancelled and or rearranged appointments last minute because of his “new” adjustment period to the blindness, they were always understanding even when they didn’t have to be.Thank you Hereboy for providing a great service with skill and a big heart❤️

I’ve been taking my bull dog to Here Boy for about 4 years now. i absolutely love how my dog is groomed and the staff are very kind, sweet and definitely love your animals as their own. i highly recommend if anyone needs their dogs groomed to go there. their prices are cheaper than other places.
