Be mindful of pricing at this store. Bought Pork Chops with one package at $3.79 a pound, and the same section had another identical package for $8.99 a pound! Also, the hotdogs they just had on sale "Nathans" made me sick and two other people that I know. Those meat cases by the front door need to be elsewhere, so the foods stay at a safe temperature. Not impressed with this store, and prices are going higher and higher as time passes. Traffic is a nightmare to get in and out, and the local residents pay the price for poor property management. Romano family not known for being customer friendly.

Beautiful store, well stocked, very professional employees. Very organized hot food bar, olive bar all very well stocked. Plenty of parking. This Shoprite is one of the best. I'm sure you will like it. ACE hardware is right in side to help you with all your hardware needs.

Ordered a cake from their bakery. Gave them a picture and called several times to make sure they are able to make it the way I needed it. Picked it up only for it to look nothing like the picture and not what I needed it to be. Very disappointed. Will never get a custom cake from them again.

I was passing by this shoprite decided to stop in to see if they had the pickles I like since the store by me does not sell them and they were expired like the other shoprite by me that is also half-hour away so look at dates I called shoprite to let them know and the better date that was on the shelf was about to expire so look at dates

Customer service is so nice. Anytime I’ve had to call for at home pick up, they’ve been super accommodating. Unfortunately every order that I place needs substitutions which is understandable. The issues I have is the recommended substitutions are not the best, so I have to call. I don’t recommend using shop from home if you’re on a budget and can’t run to another store before you need an item. Most of the time if you deny a substitution that states they’re out of stock in, you can go into the store and find the item. Make sure you call first because sometimes they’ll check for you and find the item. This isn’t an issue with just this location, it’s just the risk you take with shop from home. I have a lot of kids and get tired half way through shopping and resort to grabbing the wrong stuff too 😂 Again, this is a new store and the shoppers are just kids. I wish they would allow tipping too. This location mainly I’ve gotten kids who say they’re not allowed to accept tips. I get it, but I feel bad for them. You

I usually shop at the Montgomery NY store. This brand new Shop Rite is amazing! The isles are spacious and well organized. Very modern, bright lighting g. I really liked the layout of the seafood dept. It looks like you are going into a real fish market, not just a seafood counter. All of the employees were very helpful, asking if you needed help or to find a location of an item. I wish I lived closer! I would shop here all the time!

SEAFOOD DEPARTMENT - I was really excited about shoprite opening closer to me. The spicy craw-fish dip from the seafood department is one of my favorite things(sparta shoprite). The first couple weeks it was great, but the last 2 times I purchased this; 1. first time was so hard and overcooked I could not eat it, had to throw it away.2. Second time fishy tasting, not good at all, looks nothing like it normally does, its like its a completely different recipe. The consistency of the craw-fish dip is non existent. Two full lbs of this stuff in the garbage, inedible....very disappointing.

Nice, big new store... And sitting in the middle of farm land, their produce section is SEVERELY lacking. More often than not you'll also find yourself scanning and bagging your own groceries because they have no cashier lanes open. Sorry, but unless you offer a discount for self checkout, they need to hire more people. Back to Acme where the produce is much better and they have cashiers!

I like the new store , big and spacious , product selection is excellent. My one big complaint, the produce section is a joke! for a store this large the broccoli , scallions and such have small displays.

I wish I had caught his name, but the person who checked me out was absolutely wonderful. This is my first time hosting Christmas and I am very overwhelmed, my cart was overflowing and I was thinking about how I could do self check out. I usually do self check out to avoid human interaction honestly. He saw me walk by and offered to help check me out. He was so kind, considerate, and efficient. It is not often that you walk out of a store and think about the person who helped check you out after the transaction is complete. He was so wonderful my experience actually came up in conversations with multiple friends and family members. What ever you are paying him it is not enough. 10/10. I am not sure if it will help identify him but his operator number is 45746 on my receipt and he was talking to me about his uncles restaurant.

Clean and organized. I'm able to find things better than any other shoprite I've been in. I like the split isles. They have great selection and the hot bars are delicious!

Very nice store, brand new. Enormous. All of my interactions with staff have been very good. Gals at the deli, the kids at the self checkouts, all very friendly.I will say it is extremely frustrating as I went three days in a row to the bakery for their Tres Leche cake only to find they haven’t replenished it yet. I would have figured they’d have their desserts fully stocked daily, but I guess not. Also, their hot French onion soup is really, really terrible. Lol. Nonetheless, I do like the new store!

Like all Shop Rites in the area when you enter your head needs to be on a constant swivel. There WILL be someone right behind you ready for you to fall behind to brush the back of your legs with their cart. Or to favor you with a dirty look if you realize you just passed what you were looking for. Also be prepared to have a full 360 degrees of awareness for the children running all over completely out of control that will barrel into you or your cart. Also be prepared for the staring matches with others as you seemingly always run into someone else anxious to get the exact same product you want. Then when you return the cart you need to deposit a quarter for and attempt to get your quarter back be prepared for another duel with others as you jockey for position.Honestly, shopping in this store is exhausting. I have no comprehension why customers treat shopping in here regardless of date, season, or time like it's five minutes to closing before the store is closed for days for a Holiday. It's a horrible, awful experience. And one I never quite feel replicated until I walk in another Shop Rite in Northwestern New Jersey.

LOVE the new Shoprite. We are ecstatic to have fresh food at reasonable prices in our neighborhood finally!! Staff is friendly, quick to help and it has been a wonderful experience so far. We were concerned that traffic flow would be an issue but it is well thought out and very navigation friendly. 100% excited and doing the dance of joy because we finally have an affordable grocery store less than 15 minutes from home!!!! 30 years later, it was overdue.

Man what a disappointing first time shopping at this ShopRite. Abysmal produce section, zero logic to the way the store is laid out. From the prepared foods down to the freezer aisle it’s almost impossible to find anything, and no natural flow to walk through. Seems like the strategy of make them spend more time in the store so they spend more money. Considering there’s three other supermarkets about the same distance from my house, I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

This store is great. It's big, clean and has friendly, helpful staff. The prices are way better than Acme which definitely helps. Nice to finally have another option when I don't want to drive to Newton or Franklin or be gouged for not doing so. Sad seeing people use Google reviews as a platform to launch personal attacks on the owners but I get it. Jealousy can be a hard pill to swallow for a lot of people. For those saying they can't find anything, I have faith in you. After a couple of times in the store I'm sure you'll figure it out. Keep at it. You'll get there. For the person saying that acme has no "slippage" and the manager of shoprite told them they're having less customers than expected; from what I've heard they've actually been having a lot MORE than they expected and somehow I doubt any manager there told you that. I also read numerous reviews here with people stating that they will never return to acme again so I'm not sure where they're getting this idea from but I don't buy it. I walked into acme for the first time in quite a while after shopping at shoprite for a few times and it felt like I was walking into a post apocalyptic wasteland. It's so dark and dismal. Same old high prices and rotten produce. The only one thing they have is that they're open until 11 while shoprite closes at 9. I'd just get to the store a little earlier and save yourself some money. 🙂

the new store looks great. however they couldn’t figure out how to use my gift card to the point when i had to pay normally and leave because my food was thawing. i also realized once i got home that multiple items i purchased were expired by as many as 5 days. i should’ve check the dates but they should’ve first.

This new ShopRite location is generally clean. The layout is such a headache, clustered and very poorly designed. No clear structure of isles. One needs to go around 2-3times to find what you are looking for. You need a golf car to go around as it can get exhausting. As soon as you enter, on the side of the pathway that has two doors north and south, there is a fridge section with prepared food. It does give the impression that is not for shopping but some leftovers to divide the area from the self check out station.Quite a slap on the face! The staff though is very helpful. There is not much variety of vegetable, however you can somewhat compensate from the frozen section.Fish is an excellent and fresh section especially the Norwegian salmon & Sockeye salmon. Meat is also great. However it is more preferable to get really fresh, local and organic from Sussex Meat Packing. The bakery has some general cookies and deserts but not the wonderful local recipes of ACME and local bakeries. They need to hire a real chef. There is few organic options when it comes to soaps and shampoos or tooth pastes and rinsers… other shop-rites such as the Newton one is way better. The store needs to improve regarding other isles such as international/mediterranean goods and on the more holistic side of the food. The bigger part of frozen already prepared food has some serious health destroying substances such as stuffed pasta, french fries and more. The dairy section is split in two by another random shelf stand and unless you really slow motion look, you may miss it.The already prepared food is ok but misses the vibe a real cook kitchen that you will find in the other local supermarkets/stores.The customer service booth rep has more of a customs & security attitude and not much of a friendly one. Also, ShopRite must get food supply from the locals if they want to do very good. The surrounding population believes in it.Prices are high so it makes shopping quite selective. One goes to for fish or a quick pick thing only. The pharmacy section is so small and without any privacy when browsing, asking questions or having a vax shot? There is a way greater space for toilet paper and paper towel than the tiny pharmacy. Really? It is an OK store that needs a more knowledgable management and more current with the today’s high demand for quality, health friendly food and variety as we are a multicultural nation. It is very crucial to be inclusive.Looking forward to seeing improvement.By National Business Critic

Wow, Shoprite has got it together now. Even my husband didn't complain about shopping there. The place was clean, well stocked, and I have to say it was a pleasure to shop with you. Thank you for providing employment opportunities to our local communities. It was so nice to see happy employees running registers. I cannot express to you Corporate America how depressing it is to not interact with a Real Person when your shopping and spending time and money with a business A Shopping experience with Real People can be a real life saver 🙌 🙏 Thanks be to God and lets continue to Shoprite!!!

As compared to other shop rite supermarkets, this store has a strange layout. The isles are separated by a split, and then the aisle continues. The entry is very awkward. Obviously going to take some getting used to. Not a friendly neigborhood feel.

Great selection. The order of goods is an unsural arrangement. Making it difficult to find stuff. Large store. Not busy. Check out was fast.

Massive new grocery story with a ton of great options and varieties of food. The fish market has fresh selections, the deli has a ton of prepared foods, and the meat section has some great cuts as well. Well staffed with friendly people and just an overall enjoyable shopping experience.

I heard this store was now opened. However nothing from the store to let me know, just word of mouth. I went to check it out. While walking into the store was the produce department. Very confusing.. couldn't even find the cucumbers. Deli department almost none existent. Very small. One person working, had to walk away because of the wait time. After shopping for about 1 and half hours, went to check out .After putting items up on the belt and the cashier started to ring them up, she stated to me that the price plus was not working and that I could go to customer service after. Left the groceries there after looking at the line at customer service. One person working there. After leaving I tried to call the manager to suggest that if price plus wasn't working that they should let the customers know . Maybe a sign at the entrance door. The person hung up on me. Called back and asked to talk to manager again and please don't hang up on me. Someone answered the phone (maybe manager). Asked why the store didn't let the customer know why price plus wasn't working before spending their time there shopping. He said he didn't know it wasn't working. I proceeded to talk with him and realized that he was no longer there listening to me. Just left me hanging on the phone. Very customer conscious sir.So he left me to assume that the cashier lied to me or he didn't know what was going on in his store. Not very well managed. Just because store is nice and new doesn't mean it will stay that way with that kind of management. No thank you, there are too many grocery stores out there to be treated like that.

Absolutely the best ShopRite I've been to. So many selections and the isles are huge and spacious! Definitely would be nice if they could remain open later than 9 later on down the line, but genuinely impressed with this shoprite I feel the selection was larger.
