Wonder Dog 🐶 is AMAZING!! I brought my 6 month old puppy there today and they went above and beyond! He was nervous because the last groomer was not good. I told the staff and they were so kind understanding and professional. Our puppy was treated very well. And his grooming was out of this world. AND no overbearing flowery perfume. Our puppy was happy, comfortable, and liked all the staff. I cannot recommend Wonder Dogs enough. Our puppy is a happy new customer and we are going to look into some of their other services. Love this place! It's quite far from me, but they have boarded and trained my pitbull twice now and I can tell she gets a lot of exercise and enrichment from them, rather than being tossed in an enclosed room all day. I'm so glad she is with people that obviously care a lot for her and she is being safe with other dogs. It really makes me feel that I can trust them with her for a long time. love this place, the treatment they give to our beloved babies is priceless, it is a clean, organized place. I have never had to wait hours for my baby at his grooming appointment. I value the respect they give to the dogs that are part of our lives. They are our family. I love Wonder Dog Studio

They always have the cutest and most unique selection of seasonal toys and treats. I never see the items they have in stock anywhere else. The owners truly are dog people and every time I come in there is at least one dog in the store to greet me!

My dog Paisley has been attending camp at Wonder Dog Studio for a couple of months.We adopted Paisley from a rescue last summer. From the very beginning, Paisley was nervous, anxious and almost fearful of new people, sounds, other dogs. We tried other training classes but she would just hide behind me and not interact with the other dogs. I happened to walk past Wonder Dog Studio one day and the staff, took time to explain how camp worked. They are especially trained to handle nervous, anxious dogs. In just the couple of months she has been going, she is a different dog. She can now go on walks and not jump when a car passes or growl at other people. She plays and interacts with the other dogs. When I drop her off in the am, she actually races to their door, as soon as it's open, she runs to go upstairs. She is not the same nervous puppy we adopted. She will probably always have a bit of a nervous personalty, but at Wonder Dog Studio, she has come out of her shell and is able to enjoy other dogs and she is so happy. If your looking for help with your puppy or dog, I highly recommend their studio! Their staff is extremely professional and happily answers my many questions. Give your dog the gift of friendship and play. Check out their studio in downtown Summit.

I've been bringing my pup to Wonder Dog for grooming and baths for years, and they consistently do an amazing job! Last time I went, I was lucky enough to meet Nick, an amazing dog trainer, basically a dog whisperer... he gave me a couple of little things to do and my dog's annoying behavior was suddenly gone. Everyone at Wonder Dog is super friendly and nice, but Nick is a game changer!

My 7 month old dog was trying on collars and leashes in Wonder Dog when the one of the owners opened the front door (after being warned that my dog in the store was skittish and could make a run for it) and my dog bolted out of the door. The owner (self proclaimed 18+ of dog experience) chased after him scaring him even more and he ran off through town. He was missing for 20+ hours, overnight and in a rainstorm. It was an exhausting and traumatic ordeal. The Wonder Dog team did the absolute bare minimum to help with the search. They posted on their social media, drove around in their car for a little bit (my family was on foot with flash lights for hours late into the night and early morning) and suggested we call in an amber alert. That was it. That was only help they provided. Not a single staff member came to help with the search that went on for 20+ hours. After the dog was found, we didn’t receive even a milk bone or a check-in from the owner (which honestly, is all for the best). The Wonder Dog team did not meet my family with compassion, empathy or patience over these 20 hours. They had no plan to remediate the situation. No plan of action or direction on how to find a lost dog. They were defensive and all-in-all not helpful. From my experience with Wonder Dog, they do not feel like “dog people” or provide the care and expertise you want from a business centered around dog health and well being. Additionally, my experience showed me that Wonder Dog does not care or understand the values of the community it set shop up in.Additional notes: Initially, because my dog is not confident in new places or situations, my dog was in the car with my father while my mother ran in to get the new collar. The owner came out to the car to bring my dog into her store. Knowing how timid my dog is she thought it was still a good idea to bring him into her store.

Purchased two high end dog toys from here that our dog ripped through way too quickly. Each in under 30 mins while being supervised. The second one she got the squeaker in her mouth which could have gotten ugly. Took them back to the store within a week of purchase this past Fri. The guy working the store said ‘that’s what’s supposed to happen.’ That they are designed to be tore up. That may be, but not in mere mins. At $35.26 for two pieces of cloth and rope I expected better quality and more importantly better service in remedying. Our dog has had many toys with squeakers and none that have been destroyed in in a matter of weeks never mind minutes.

Today i watched a white lady with dirty blonde wavy hair, with a wonder dog hoodie hit a dog multiple times and drag the dog by the collar and choke it. I also saw a couple weeks ago a black man shoving more than 10 big dogs in the back of a mini trunk and slamming the door on them while all being uncomfortable and squished. I work near by and see this daily please do not bring your dogs there if you care about them.

My 1 yr old pup loves getting his energy out at Wonder Dog and comes home happy and ready to rest! The staff is amazing and I can’t conpliment them enough! We have also used their boarding farm and were so happy with that too....Highly recommend :)

Brought my dog in for bath and grooming. A few weeks before they had bathed him and said he would need a groom. I brought him back. He tends to get matted and we brush him constantly. They said they would brush him out and shave a few areas where he was matted. We did not think he was overly matted because we have dealt with his fur for almost 4 years. If a groomer is patient they take the time to use all sorts of brushes to deal with it. These guys shaved him to the bone. They told me they were going to only shave the matted parts which is what I requested. They said it might not look great but it was what I asked for. I now have a totally shaved dog and they cut his ear while doing so. They then left a lot of fur hanging around his private parts. I pointed it out and he said he was afraid of hurting him! We are so upset that they did this without our permission. I of course paid them and gave the groomer a great tip because I was too stunned to do otherwise. Make sure that you know what will be done if you go-whatever they want. Very unprofessional.
