As a black man in society, there should be no racism for the bathroom. I was doing the experiment and I asked one of the cashier ladies in the front. Can I use the bath stated that there is no bathroom at all. I ask one of my friends, which is white to use the bathroom they kindly guided her to the bathroom. These type of things are unacceptable and establishment like this you got to do better.

I always feel very uncomfortable at this store, as a brown man I feel like there is a big undertone of racism here, similar to other reviews. I will be complaining to corporate. For example, the white man in front of me received a very friendly hello and thank you. I received none of that. The worst is the long white haired lady that is there in the AM.

Nice staff but, as most stores in NJ, always attempting to rip people off and scheming. The prices listed in the store are rarely current nor are the sales valid. This is done purposefully.When you go to the register and pay, you realize that most of items you have just paid for were actually priced inaccurately. Most people go ahead and pay. They get away with things in NY and NJ because they don't think people will notice. We do.Then again people here think they're getting a deal at places like Shoprite lol.

This is the most awful pharmacy I have ever experienced. On multiple occasions I have had extremely bad service from them. They are the rudest bunch of people, the pharmacist is a rude and very cold person, she is plain nasty, and has no compassion. She is dealing with people that are sick, and she will not budge to help a soul. They all need a lesson in customer service, or maybe just be replaced...awful awful experience, and I will never go there again.

Rarely do they have auto refills ready. Extremely slow service. Always a long wait to pick up a refill. This pharmacy is completely dysfunctional and provides horrible service. But since they have put most of the small pharmacy's out of business and worked out deals with prescripton/insurance companies they don't care!

Samantha who works in the pharmacy is amazing!!! She went above and beyond to make sure that I did not overpay for my prescription. The doctor ‘s off did not provide my insurance information and Samantha made sure that she had exhausted all options to process my prescription. It is so refreshing to interact with someone who cares and does their job very well. Thank you Samantha!

There are some many choices for purchasing drug store items. Supermarkets, Walmart, Target CVS, Walgreens, Costco - PLUS there's online. The prices at Walgreen and CVS tend to be higher than CostCo or Walmart and we are there anyway for something else.

As of today, 11.27.19, they still fail to meet the mark! Asked to refill a script. I was told it was out of stock and would take 24 hours to fill . OK, no problem. The next day I checked on it and was told it required prior authorization. Never has a script of mine required that with my insurance. I called and was told that it no longer required authorization and that it would be ready shortly. I then received a call saying that it was out of stock (again)! They also changed the amount of the med to be dispensed. When I asked them to review the original script written by the doctor they gave me attitude, claimed I was difficult. Now they have doubled the amount, above and beyond what the doctor ordered. Is this legal? Aren't pharmacies restricted by the doctor's scripts? Maybe walgreens recent culpability in the opioids crisis was not enough to make them dispense meds as written. This pharmacy needs to be investigated! Their staff is terrible, and walgreens should shut this place down! If the Attorney General needs people to testify against this pharmacy, count me in!Here is my original review:Stay away from this Walgreens pharmacy! They don't fill scripts promptly. They delay them unnecessarily, trying to get scripts changed from the way they are written. Understand, I have been with this pharmacy for over 30 years (back to Drug Fair days). I have patience. These are beyond a doubt the absolute worst! Stay away and get your meds filled the way the doctor wrote them, and without delay! Additionally, when you call to ask why it takes a week or more to fill a script, they give you attitude for being upset that most of my scripts take a week or more! Just insane! Their prices are terrible as well.

I went to Walgreens yesterday to pick up a prescription. When I got there (well befor closing) only to see a sign saying that pharmacist not available. Not only did I waste a trip, I'm also wondering in what universe does a drug store think it's okay not to have a pharmacy

This location goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. The pharmacist and her entire team literally go above and beyond to help me with my medication, whether it’s insurance issues or even general questions on side effects. The workers go above and beyond. I was the one that made a mistake when ordering photos and the Walgreens Stirling associate called ME to fix it rather than let me pay for “messed up” photos. Literally a joy to work with the team here

The pharmacy is horrendous. They move like molasses, take very long and always have to order-in even the most basic of antibiotics. On many occasions when I have attempted to pick up antibiotics for my kids, they claim the doctor's office "just" sent the prescription, even though I confirmed with my doc's office that it was sent hours earlier. On several occasions when they didn't carry the antibiotics, they said they would call Walgreens in Warren to see if they carried it. After waiting forever, they told me the Walgreens in Warren never picked up the phone. Immediately after they told me that, I called Walgreens in Warren and they picked up AND they carried the prescription.

I don't usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience with others at this Walgreens. On two occasions I have dropped off a script to get filled and they have checked stock when I dropped off and then said that it was ready for pickup and when I went it was not in stock. On another occasion I dropped off my script, they checked the stock and said it was ready for pickup in an hour and a half and then they called me and said it was not in stock. I have a script that I must take regularly and this is a huge inconvenience that continues to happen at this Walgreens. Unfortunately, this is the closest Walgreens to me and is inconvenienced for me to use other ones or else I would.

The cashier was a Karen. I came into the store to pick up a case of Coca Cola with my bags from TJ max . Only to be asked by the cashier if I was paying for the things in my cart. It was clearly in a TJ Maxx bag and what I bought in TJ Maxx Walgreens don’t sell.my one regret is not asking for the manager.

I have been going to this walgreens pharmacy since they were across the street next to shop rite and the last few years the pharmacy has gone from bad to horrendously inept. Everytime you walk in it's a 10+ minute wait just to get to the counter. If something is wrong then expect to be there for over 30 minutes. I go in on Saturday and ask switch a new med to 30 day supply from 90. They say 15 minutes. 3 days later come back and it was reprocessed as a 90 day supply. They say couple minutes but 30 minutes later I'm still waiting (along with about 8 other customers who had to wait for sometime period) for them to fix b4 I walk out screaming at managers for the 2nd time. I'm done...do yourself a favor find a different pharmacy. This is just the final straw I've had with their ineptitude...I have waited for over 2 hrs in the last year alone in this store.

Terrible pharmacy department. Nothing ever ready as promised. Purposely wait at least an hour from doc visit before going to pick up meds. Always seem to wait another hour inside. Back there today. Med called in by doc on 3/30/2020, 4 days ago, still waiting almost an hour for my med.

THERE COVID VACCINE WORKS!!!!!!!. STRAIGHT UP, I WAS EXPOSED TO THE CORONAVIRUS, I DROVE IN THE SAME CAR WITH THE GUY, I SAT NEXT TO HIM ON CHRISTMAS DINNER, 2 DAYS LATER I FOUND OUT EVERYONE AT THE PARTY GOT SICK. I ONLY DEVELOPED A SORE THROAT, NO FEVER NO COUGHING. I JUST FELT A LITTLE ACHY AND A MILD SORE THROAT. I FELT 100% BETTER IN THE MORNING. AND I CONTINUE TO FEEL 100% NORMAL. I GOT THE PFIZER SHOT. IF YOU DIDN'T GET VACCINATED DO IT. AND YOU CAN BEAT THE CORONAVIRUS.

Bad place and they treat their customers worse. Had 1/2 inch of water, put a wet floor sign up and said “well we have a sign up” after 3 ppl hit the floor and almost hit their head.How can a place like this “care” about people and do that..... idk who they hire
